| 1 | Primary duct closure versus T-tube drainage after laparoscopic common bile duct exploration:a meta-analysis显示文摘Background and aims:Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration(LCBDE)is considered a safe and effective method for the removal of bile duct stones.However,the choice of primary duct closure(PDC)or T-tube drainage(TTD)technique after LCBDE is still controversial.This study aimed to compare the safety and effectiveness of PDC and TTD after LCBDE.Methods:Studies published before May 1,2021 in Pub Med,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library databases were searched to screen out randomized controlled trials(RCTs)and cohort studies to compare PDC with TTD.Meta-analyses of fixed effect and random effect models were performed using Rev Man 5.3.Results:A total of 1865 patients were enrolled in six RCTs and ten cohort studies.Regarding RCTs,the PDC group was significantly better than the TTD group in terms of operation time,total postoperative complications,postoperative hospital stay,and hospitalization expenses(all P<0.05).Based on cohort studies of the subgroup,the PDC group had shorter operation time,shorter postoperative hospital stay,less intraoperative blood loss,and limited total postoperative complications.Statistically,there were no significant differences in bile leakage,retained stones,stone recurrence,bile duct stricture,postoperative pancreatitis,other complications,or postoperative exhaust time between the TTD and PDC groups.Conclusions:Based on the available evidence,compared with TTD,PDC is safe and effective,and can be used as the first choice after transductal LCBDE in patients with choledocholithiasis. | Taifeng ZHU Haoming LIN Jian SUN Chao LIU Rui ZHANG | 2021 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2021,22,12: | 15 |
| 2 | L-type calcium current in right ventricular outflow tract myocytes of rabbit heart显示文摘The mechanism of idiopathic ventricular tachycardia originating from the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) is not clear. Many clinical reports have suggested a mechanism of triggered activity. However, there are few studies investigating this because of the technical difficulties associated with examining this theory. The L-type calcium current (ICa-L), an important inward current of the action potential (AP), plays an important role in arrhythmogenesis. The aim of this study was to explore differences in the APs of right ventricular (RV) and RVOT cardiomyocytes, and differences in electrophysiological characteristics of the ICa-L in these myocytes. Rabbit RVOT and RV myocytes were isolated and their AP and ICa-L were investigated using the patch-clamp technique. RVOT cardiomyocytes had a wider range of AP duration (APD) than RV cardiomyocytes, with some markedly prolonged APDs and markedly shortened APDs. The markedly shortened APDs in RVOT myocytes were abolished by treatment with 4-AP, an inhibitor of the transient outward potassium current, but the markedly prolonged APDs remained, with some myocytes with a long AP plateau not repolarizing to resting potential. In addition, early afterdepolarization (EAD) and second plateau responses were seen in RVOT myocytes but not in RV myocytes. RVOT myocytes had a higher current density for ICa-L than RV myocytes (RVOT (13.16±0.87) pA pF-1, RV (8.59±1.97) pA pF-1; P<0.05). The ICa-L and the prolonged APD were reduced, and the EAD and second plateau response disappeared, after treatment with nifedipine (10 μmol L-1), which blocks the ICa-L. In conclusion, there was a wider range of APDs in RVOT myocytes than in RV myocytes, which is one of the basic factors involved in arrhythmogenesis. The higher current density for ICa-L is one of the factors causing prolongation of the APD in RVOT myocytes. | 4 | Colloidal synthesis and phase transformation of all-inorganic bismuth halide perovskite nanoplates显示文摘Lead-free bismuth-based halide perovskites and their analogues have attracted research interest for their high stability and optoelectronic properties.However,the morphology-controlled synthesis of bismuth-based perovskite nanocrystals has been rarely demonstrated.Herein,we report the colloidal synthesis of zero-dimensional(0D)Cs3BiCl6 nanosheets(NSs),Cs3Bi2Cl9 NSs/nanoplates(NPs)and Cs4MnBi2Cl12 NPs through a hot-injection method.We demonstrate that the Cs3BiCl6 NSs,as an initial product of Cs3Bi2Cl9 and Cs4MnBi2Cl12 NPs,can transform into Cs3Bi2Cl9 NSs or Cs4MnBi2Cl12 NPs via Cl-induced metal ion insertion reactions under the templating effect of Cs3BiCl6.This growth mechanism is also applicable for the synthesis of Cs4CdBi2Cl12 nanoplates.Furthermore,the alloying of Cd2+into Cs4MnBi2Cl12 lattice could weaken the strong coupling effect between Mn and Mn,which leads to a prolonged photoluminescence lifetime and an enhanced photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY).As a proof of concept,the alloyed Cs4MnxCd1–xBi2Cl12 NPs are used as a scintillator,which show a lowest detection limit of 134.5 nGy/s.The X-ray imaging results display a high spatial resolution of over 20 line pairs per millimeter(lp/mm).These results provide new insights in the synthesis of anisotropic bismuth-based perovskite nanocrystals and their applications in radiation detection. | Chao Wang Jiawen Xiao Zhengguang Yan Xiaowei Niu Taifeng Lin Yingchun Zhou Jingyu Li Xiaodong Han | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,1: | 0 |
