| 1 | Imaging of community-acquired pneumonia: Roles of imaging examinations, imaging diagnosis of specific pathogens and discrimination from noninfectious diseases显示文摘This article reviews roles of imaging examinations in the management of community-acquired pneumonia(CAP), imaging diagnosis of specific CAP and discrimination between CAP and noninfectious diseases. Chest radiography is usually enough to confirm the diagnosis of CAP, whereas computed tomography is required to suggest specific pathogens and to discriminate from noninfectious diseases. Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, tuberculosis, Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia and some cases of viral pneumonia sometimes show specific imaging findings. Peribronchial nodules, especially tree-in-bud appearance, are fairly specific for infection. Evidences of organization, such as concavity of the opacities, traction bronchiectasis, visualization of air bronchograms over the entire length of the bronchi, or mild parenchymal distortion are suggestive of organizing pneumonia. | 2 | Radiation therapy for portal venous invasion by hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM: To clarify the efficacy and safety of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3-D CRT) for this disease and to specify patient subgroups suitable for this treatment.METHODS: Fifty-two patients with HCC received PVI-targeted radiation therapy from January 1995 through December 2003. Portal venous invasion (PVI) was found in the second or lower order branches of the portal vein in 6 patients, in the first branch in 24 patients and in the main trunk in 22 patients. Child classifications of liver function before radiation therapy were A, B, and C for 19, 24 and 2 patients, respectively. All patients received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy with a total dose ranging from 39 to 60 Gy (57.0 Gy in average).RESULTS: Overall survival rates at 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 years were 45.1%, 25.3%, 15.2%, 10.1%, and 5.1%, respectively. | 3 | Influence Analysis of Emotional Behaviors and User Relationships Based on Twitter Data显示文摘One of the main purposes for which people use Twitter is to share emotions with others.Users can easily post a message as a short text when they experience emotions such as pleasure or sadness.Such tweet serves to acquire empathy from followers,and can possibly influence others' emotions.In this study,we analyze the influence of emotional behaviors to user relationships based on Twitter data using two dictionaries of emotional words.Emotion scores are calculated via keyword matching.Moreover,we design three experiments with different settings: calculate the average emotion score of a user with random sampling,calculate the average emotion score using all emotional tweets,and calculate the average emotion score using emotional tweets,excluding users of few emotional tweets.We evaluate the influence of emotional behaviors to user relationships through the Brunner–Munzel test.The result shows that a positive user is more active than a negative user in constructing user relationships in a specific condition. | Kiichi Tago Qun Jin | 2018 | Tsinghua Science and Technology2018，23，1： | 5 |
| 4 | Perianal tuberculosis: A case report and review of the literature显示文摘Tuberculosis(TB) is still a major health problem worldwide. We present a rare case of an immunocompetent patient with perianal TB. A 38-year-old man visited a clinic with pain, swelling, and redness in the perineum. He had been persistently coughing for the past 6 mo. The abscess had formed a fistula to the perianal region, indicating perianal abscess. Mycobacterium tuberculosis was found in sputum and perianal abscess. Surgical drainage was performed, and oral anti-tuberculous drugs were administered for 6 mo. The patient's clinical course was favorable. On review of the literature on 58 cases of perianal TB, we found that the duration of persistent perianal lesion was much longer in patients without active pulmonary TB(APTB) than in those with APTB(66.4 mo vs 8.3 mo; confidence interval, 0.0760-0.9620, P = 0.0380).
