2Reaction kinetics modeling for lithium and cobalt recovery from spent lithium-ion batteries using acetic acid显示文摘Lithium and cobalt recovery from spent lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) is a major focus because of their increased production and usage. The conventional method for recycling spent LIBs using inorganic acids produces harmful byproducts. In this work, the leaching agent was substituted with a less expensive and more environmentally friendly alternative—acetic acid—and a mathematical model was developed to describe the kinetics of the recovery process. The variables used were the pH value, temperature, H_2O_2 concentration, and the solid-to-liquid(S/L) ratio. The mathematical model used was the shrinking core model, which was modified to accommodate an equilibrium reaction. The experimental results show that the rate of recovery of Li and Co over time was only affected by temperature. The leaching behaviors of Li and Co were found to oppose each other. An increase in temperature resulted in increased recovery of Li but decreased recovery of Co because of the product-favoring endothermic reaction of Li and the reactant-favoring exothermic reaction of Co. The product of Li has a lower entropy value than the reactant as a free-moving ion, whereas the product of Co leaching has a higher entropy value as a stiff crystal complex. 4Progress in development of electrocatalyst for CO2 conversion to selective CO2 production显示文摘The conversion of carbon dioxide(CO2)to valuable fuels and chemicals offers a new pathway for sustainable and clean carbon fixation.Recently,the focus has been on electrochemical CO2 reduction on heterogeneous electrode catalysts,leading to remarkable achievements in the reaction performance.To date,CO2 to carbon monoxide(CO)conversion is considered as the most promising candidate reaction for the industrial market,owing to its high efficiency and reasonable technoeconomic feasibility.Moreover,CO has been proposed as a key intermediate species for further reduced hydrocarbons,which can pave the way for various fuel production.This study sets out to describe recent progress on the electrochemical CO2 reduction to CO in a heterogeneously catalyzed system.The review includes understanding of the catalytic material employed and engineering strategies implemented by adjusting the binding energy of key adsorbates.These material design approaches,such as nanostructuring,alloying,doping,and so forth,have pioneered breakouts in the intrinsic catalytic nature of transition metal elements.Moreover,recent advances in systematic design are summarized,with focus on practical industrial applications.Finally,perspectives on the design of electrocatalyst materials for CO production by electrochemical CO2 reduction are presented.Dang Le Tri Nguyen Younghye Kim Yun Jeong Hwang Da Hye Won 2020Carbon Energy2020,2,1:7

6Association of core promoter mutations of hepatitis B virus and viral load is different in HBeAg(+) and HBeAg(-) patients显示文摘AIM:To identify the prevalence of hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) and to assess the association of hepatitis B virus (HBV) core promoter mutations and viral load in Indonesian patients.METHODS:Sixty-four patients with chronic hepatitis,65 with liver cirrhosis and 50 with hepatocellular carcinoma were included in this study.HBeAg and hepatitis B e antibody (HBeAb) tests were performed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and the mutations were analyzed by sequencing.Viral load was measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:Of 179 patients,108 (60.3%) were HBeAg(-) and 86 (79.6%) of these HBeAg(-) patients had been seroconverted.The A1896 mutation was not found in HBeAg(+) patients,however,this mutation was detected in 70.7% of HBeAg(-) patients.This mutation was frequently found when HBeAg was not expressed (87.7%),compared to that found in HBeAg seroconverted patients (65.1%).The A1899 mutation was also more prevalent in HBeAg(-) than in HBeAg(+) patients (P=0.004).The T1762/A1764 mutation was frequently found in both HBeAg(+) and HBeAg(-) patients,however,the prevalence of this mutation did not significantly differ among the two groups (P=0.054).In HBeAg(+) patients,the T1762/A1764 mutation was correlated with lower HBV DNA (P < 0.001).The A1899 mutation did not correlate with HBV DNA (P=0.609).In HBeAg(-) patients,the T1762/A1764 mutation alone was not correlated with HBV DNA (P=0.095),however,the presence of either the T1762/A1764 or A1896 mutations was associated with increased HBV DNA (P < 0.001).CONCLUSION:The percentage of HBeAg(-) patients is high in Indonesia,and most of the HBeAg(-) patients had been seroconverted.The A1896 mutation was most likely the major cause of HBeAg loss.The T1762/A1764 mutation alone was associated with lower viral loads in HBeAg(+) patients,but not in HBeAg(-) patients.Andi Utama Marlinang Diarta Siburian Sigit Purwantomo Mariana Destila Bayu Intan Tri Shinta Kurniasih Susan Tai Rino Alvani Gani Laurentius Adrianus Lesmana All Sulaiman Wenny Astuti Achwan Soewignjo Soemohardjo Arnelis Nasrul Zubir Julius Syafruddin AR Lelosutan Benyamin Lukito Tantoro Harmono 2011World Journal of Gastroenterology2011,17,6:3

10中国-印尼积雪草药材化学成分对比研究显示文摘目的比较研究中国和印尼积雪草药材化学成分的差异。方法以积雪草苷为对照品,采用薄层色谱法(TLC)、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)及高效液相色谱蒸发光散射(HPLC-ELSD)指纹图谱对来源于中国和印尼的积雪草药材进行比较研究。结果薄层色谱鉴别:来源于中国的积雪草药材365 nm处检视有一特有的蓝色荧光斑点,两个不同来源的积雪草药材其他斑点颜色、数目及比移值(Rf值)基本一致;含量测定:来源于中国的积雪草药材中积雪草苷含量较高,达到0.52%(n=3),本批次的印尼积雪草药材中积雪草苷含量较低,为0.35%(n=3);HPLC-ELSD指纹图谱:两种不同来源的积雪草药材化学成分存在较大差异,其中1、2、5号峰为中国积雪草特有的峰,而3号(积雪草苷)、4号峰为两者共有的峰。结论首次初步建立了积雪草药材的HPLC-ELSD指纹图谱方法,有利于中医药研究的国际交流合作。张培培 郭力 许莉 Wulan Tri Wahyuni 2018河南医学高等专科学校学报2018,30,5:3
11子午流注针法对心理应激大鼠HPA轴中枢调控的影响显示文摘目的观察子午流注针法对心理应激大鼠HPA轴中枢调控中促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、血清皮质醇(CORT)及免疫因子白细胞介素1 (IL-1)的影响,探讨子午流注针法治疗心理应激的机制。方法 52只Wistar大鼠随机分为子午流注开穴组、针刺对照组、造模组、正常组,每组13只。采用旁观电击实验建立心理应激模型。子午流注开穴组以养子时刻开穴法定时开穴治疗,针刺对照组针刺取百会穴。放射免疫法分别检测血清CORT和ACTH含量、下丘脑中CRH含量、垂体中ACTH含量、肾上腺中CORT含量,免疫组化法、RT-PCR法分别检测下丘脑、垂体中IL-1及其mRNA表达水平。结果与正常组比较,造模组大鼠血清CORT和ACTH水平、下丘脑中CRH含量、垂体中ACTH含量、肾上腺中CORT含量显著升高(P<0.01),下丘脑、垂体中IL-1及其mRNA表达水平显著升高(P<0.01);与造模组比较,子午流注开穴组大鼠血清CORT和ACTH水平、下丘脑中CRH含量、垂体中ACTH含量、肾上腺中CORT含量显著降低(P<0.01),下丘脑、垂体中IL-1及其mRNA表达水平显著降低(P<0.01);与针刺对照组比较,子午流注开穴组大鼠血清CORT和ACTH水平、下丘脑中CRH含量、垂体中ACTH含量、肾上腺中CORT含量明显降低(P<0.05),下丘脑、垂体中IL-1及其mRNA表达水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论子午流注开穴针法可以调控心理应激大鼠CRH、ACTH、CORT的异常分泌,促进处于异常状态的HPA轴向正常状态恢复,其作用机制可能与下调IL-1 mRNA,减少诱发ACTH的分泌,传递信号参与大脑中枢调控有关,从而改善机体出现应激状态。王毅 王雯 ANGGARAENI KOMANG ROSA TRI 王儒蒙 张艾嘉 董烨卿 吴吉霞 许英萍 胡智海 2020上海针灸杂志2020,39,1:3

14印尼姜黄与中国姜黄药材的质量标准对比研究显示文摘目的:建立印尼姜黄药材的质量标准,并将其与中国药典收载的姜黄品种进行对比。方法:应用性状,显微鉴定等方法,以姜黄素、去甲氧基姜黄素、双去甲氧基姜黄素为对照,采用TLC法进行鉴别以及高效液相色谱法同时对三种姜黄素进行含量测定。按照中国药典2010年版中方法对10批姜黄药材中的挥发油、水分、总灰分、酸不溶性成分、浸出物进行测定。结果:印尼姜黄药材中姜黄素、去甲氧基姜黄素、双去甲氧基姜黄素平均含量分别不得低于1.3%、0.7%、0.06%,中国姜黄不得低于1.0%、0.25%、0.15%。印尼姜黄挥发油含量不得低于10.0%,水分不得过16.0%,总灰分不得过7.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得过1.0%,浸出物不得少于12.0%。结论:所建立的印尼姜黄和中国姜黄定性定量测定方法简单准确,能够为该药的质量控制提供有效数据。秦波 郭力 张培培 许莉 姚志昂 Wulan Tri Wahyuni Siti Sadiah 2011中药与临床2011,2,3:3
15Hepatitis B virus pre-S2 start codon mutations in Indonesian liver disease patients显示文摘AIM: To identify the prevalence of pre-S2 start codon mutations and to assess their association with liver disease progression. METHODS: The mutations were identified by direct sequencing from 73 asymptomatic carriers, 66 chronic hepatitis (CH), 66 liver cirrhosis (LC) and 63 hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. Statistical significances were determined using Fisher's exact test, χ 2 test, and t -test analyses whenever appropriate. Pre-S mutation as a risk factor for advanced liver disease was estimated by unconditional logistic regression model adjusted with age, sex, and hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg). P < 0.05 was considered significant. RESULTS: Mutation of the hepatitis B virus (HBV) pre-S2 start codon was found in 59 samples from 268 subjects (22.0%), with higher prevalence in patients with cirrhosis 27/66 (40.9%) followed by HCC 18/63 (28.6%), chronic hepatitis 12/66 (18.2%) and asymptomatic carriers 2/73 (2.7%) (P < 0.001). Logistic regression analysis showed that pre-S2 start codon mutation was an independent factor for progressive liver disease. Other mutations, at T130, Q132, and A138, were also associated with LC and HCC, although this was not statistically significant when adjusted for age, sex, and HBeAg. The prevalence of pre-S2 start codon mutation was higher in HBV/B than in HBV/C (23.0% vs 19.1%), whilst the prevalence of T130, Q132, and A138 mutation was higher in HBV/C than in HBV/B. The prevalence of pre-S2 start codon mutation was higher in LC (38.9%) and HCC (40.0%) than CH (5.6%) in HBeAg(+) group, but it was similar between CH, LC and HCC in HBeAg(-) group. 18乳酸林格液和BSS对白内障术后角膜内皮细胞密度和形态的影响(英文)显示文摘目的:比较超声乳化过程中分别使用乳酸林格液和平衡盐溶液进行灌注,对角膜内皮细胞密度和形态的影响。方法:前瞻性随机对照研究于2017-02/2017-04期间在印度尼西亚日惹市Dr.YAP眼科医院进行。共有年龄相关性白内障患者52例52眼纳入了研究,分为两组,一组26例26眼术中使用乳酸林格液作为灌注液,另一组26例26眼使用平衡盐溶液作为灌注液。术后1、7和28d,评估角膜内皮细胞的密度和形态,同时比较两组患者眼内炎症反应情况。结果:纳入的全部52例52眼接受了超声乳化白内障摘除术联合人工晶状体植入。术后28d,平衡盐溶液组角膜内皮细胞减少了173.96/mm^2,较乳酸林格液组低(253.20/mm^2);角膜内皮细胞变异系数增加了2.92%,也较乳酸林格液组低(3.42%);六角形细胞百分比减少程度(4.30%)较乳酸林格液组(4.84%)低。平衡盐溶液组角膜中央厚度增加程度与林格液组相当(4.69μm vs 4.53μm)。两组角膜内皮细胞相关指标的差异均无显著性。两组之间炎症反应情况也相似。结论:平衡盐溶液和乳酸林格液在避免老年白内障患者超声乳化术后角膜内皮细胞丢失和形态改变方面效果相当。Farahdina Rahmawati Agus Supartoto Wasisdi Gunawan Retno Ekantini Rinanto Prabowo Indra Tri Mahayana 2018国际眼科杂志2018,18,2:2
19Real-time whole-brain imaging of hemodynamics and oxygenation at micro-vessel resolution with ultrafast wide-field photoacoustic microscopy显示文摘High-speed high-resolution imaging of the whole-brain hemodynamics is critically important to facilitating neurovascular research.High imaging speed and image quality are crucial to visualizing real-time hemodynamics in complex brain vascular networks,and tracking fast pathophysiological activities at the microvessel level,which will enable advances in current queries in neurovascular and brain metabolism research,including stroke,dementia,and acute brain injury.Further,real-time imaging of oxygen saturation of hemoglobin(sO_(2))can capture fast-paced oxygen delivery dynamics,which is needed to solve pertinent questions in these fields and beyond.Here,we present a novel ultrafast functional photoacoustic microscopy(UFF-PAM)to image the whole-brain hemodynamics and oxygenation.UFF-PAM takes advantage of several key engineering innovations,including stimulated Raman scattering(SRS)based dual-wavelength laser excitation,water-immersible 12-facet-polygon scanner,high-sensitivity ultrasound transducer,and deep-learning-based image upsampling.A volumetric imaging rate of 2 Hz has been achieved over a field of view(FOV)of 11×7.5×1.5 mm^(3) with a high spatial resolution of~10 μm.Using the UFF-PAM system,we have demonstrated proof-of-concept studies on the mouse brains in response to systemic hypoxia,sodium nitroprusside,and stroke.We observed the mouse brain's fast morphological and functional changes over the entire cortex,including vasoconstriction,vasodilation,and deoxygenation.More interestingly,for the first time,with the whole-brain FOV and micro-vessel resolution,we captured the vasoconstriction and hypoxia simultaneously in the spreading depolarization(SD)wave.We expect the new imaging technology will provide a great potential for fundamental brain research under various pathological and physiological conditions.Xiaoyi Zhu Qiang Huangl Anthony Dispirito Tri Vu Qiangzhou Rong Xiaorui Peng Huaxin Sheng Xiling Shen Qifa Zhou Laiming Jiang Ulrike Hoffmann Junjie Yao 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,6:2
