| 1 | The seasonal dependence of cycle slip occurrence of GPS data over China low latitude region显示文摘The relationship of daily accumulated cycle slip occurrence with the season is analyzed using the GPS data observed in six GPS stations located in China low latitude region in 2001. It is found that the seasonal dependence of cycle slip oc-currence is evident. The cycle slip mainly occurs during the periods of two equinox months (March to May and September to October), and some correlative changes of the cycle slip occurrences over all six stations are exhibited in some special days. Considering the diurnal dependence of cycle slip, it can be inferred that the cycle slip occurrence with certain elevation limitation is related with the iono-spheric irregularities over this region. | ZHANG DongHe FENG Man XIAO Zuo HAO YongQiang SHI LiQin YANG GuangLin SUO YuCheng | 2007 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2007,50,4: | 10 |
| 2 | Effects of typhoon Matsa on ionospheric TEC显示文摘The effects of typhoon Matsa on the ionosphere are studied by using GPS-TEC data observed at about 50 GPS stations. It is shown that the ionosphere has been already influenced and TEC tends to increase before the landing of Matsa, and the difference of TEC from its monthly median over the typhoon area is about 5 TECU.With the landing of Matsa, both the magnitude and the area of increased TEC decrease. One day after the landing of Matsa,TEC reaches its minimum and is lower than the monthly median. In comparison of TEC along the typhoon's path with that along three reference paths far from the typhoon,it is found that typhoon's impact on TEC can be fully distinguished. The evolution of TEC variation has the same tendency as reported typhoon-induced foF2. | MAO Tian WANG JingSong YANG GuangLin YU Tao PING JinSong SUO YuCheng | 2010 | Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,8: | 8 |
| 3 | Abnormal perturbations in the ionospheric F2 region before Wenchuan earthquake on 12 May 2008显示文摘On 12 May 2008 at 14:28 BJT, a great earthquake (M=8.0) occurred in Wenchuan (31.00°N, 103.40°E), China. The hourly foF2 from 5 to 12 May have been analyzed over four ionospheric observatories: Kunming (25.00°N, 102.70°E), Chongqing (29.50°N, 106.40°E), Lhasa (29.63°N, 91.17°E), and Lanzhou (36.07°N, 103.87°E). The results show that foF2 were notably abnormal from upper bound (the maximum abnormality up to 65% at 17:00 BJT) and lasted about 3 h on 9 May over Chongqing station. Moreover, there were obvious perturbations of foF2 on the same day over other stations except Lhasa. Taking into account that the solar activity and geomagnetic activity were very quiet during this period, we can conclude that the observed positive ionospheric perturbations were likely associated with the imminent earthquake. | Xu Tong Hu YanLi Wu Jian Wu ZhenSen Suo YuCheng Feng Jian Huang ChaoJun | 2010 | Science China Earth Sciences2010,53,11: | 4 |
| 4 | Flexible Diodes/Transistors Based on Tunable p-n-Type Semiconductivity in Graphene/Mn-Co-Ni-O Nanocomposites显示文摘We report a novel Mn-Co-Ni-O(MCN)nanocomposite in which the p-type semiconductivity of Mn-Co-Ni-O can be manipulated by addition of graphene. With an increase of graphene content, the semiconductivity of the nanocomposite can be tuned from p-type through electrically neutral to n-type.The very low effective mass of electrons in graphene facilitates electron tunneling into the MCN,neutralizing holes in the MCN nanoparticles.XPS analysis shows that the multivalent manganese ions in the MCN nanoparticles are chemically reduced by the graphene electrons to lower-valent states.Unlike traditional semiconductor devices, electrons are excited from the filled graphite band into the empty band at the Dirac points from where they move freely in the graphene and tunnel into the MCN.The new composite film demonstrates inherent flexibility, high mobility, short carrier lifetime, and high carrier concentration. This work is useful not only in manufacturing flexible transistors,FETs,and thermosensitive and thermoelectric devices with unique properties but also in providing a new method for future development of 2D-based semiconductors. | Lihong Su Zhou Yang Xitong Wang Ziao Zou Bo Wang Gary Hodes Ninghui Chang Yongyong Suo Zhibo Ma Haoxu Wang Yucheng Liu Junping Zhang Shuanhu Wang Yuefei Li Fengxia Yang Jixin Zhu Fei Gao Wei Huang Shengzhong Liu | 2022 | Research2022,,1: | 0 |
