1DETECTION ON MICRO-DOPPLER EFFECT BASED ON LASER COHERENT RADAR显示文摘A laser coherent detection system of 1550 nm wavelength was presented, and experimental research on detecting micro-Doppler effect in a dynamic target was developed. In the study, the return signal in the time domain is decomposed into a set of components in different wavelet scales by multi-resolution wavelet analysis, and the components are associated with the vibrational motions in a target. Then micro-Doppler signatures are extracted by applying the reconstruction. During the course of the final data processing frequency analysis and time-frequency analysis are applied to analyze the vibrational signals and estimate the motion parameters successfully. The experimental results indicate that the system can effectively detect micro-Doppler information in a moving target, and the tiny vibrational signatures also can be acquired effectively by wavelet multi-resolution analysis and time-frequency analysis.SunYang ZhangJun 2012Journal of Electronics(China)2012,29,1:3

The experimental results indicate that the substitution with Cr on Mn sites is impotent indriving Tc, but with the increase of Cr content, which leads to the appearance of two peaks in resistivity andCMR response, the temperature range of CMR response is significantly broadened. 7tRF-Gln-CTG-026 ameliorates liver injury by alleviating global protein synthesis显示文摘tsRNAs(tRNA-derived small RNAs),as products of the stress response,exert considerable influence on stress response and injury regulation.However,it remains largely unclear whether tsRNAs can ameliorate liver injury.Here,we demonstrate the roles of tsRNAs in alleviating liver injury by utilizing the loss of NSun2(NOP2/Sun domain family,member 2)as a tsRNAs-generating model.Mechanistically,the loss of NSun2 reduces methyluridine-U5(m^(5)U)and cytosine-C5(m^(5)C)of tRNAs,followed by the production of various tsRNAs,especially Class I tsRNAs(tRF-1s).Through further screening,we show that tRF-Gln-CTG-026(tG026),the optimal tRF-1,ameliorates liver injury by repressing global protein synthesis through the weakened association between TSR1(pre-rRNA-processing protein TSR1 homolog)and pre-40S ribosome.This study indicates the potential of tsRNA-reduced global protein synthesis in liver injury and repair,suggesting a potential therapeutic strategy for liver injury.Sunyang Ying Pengcheng Li Jiaqiang Wang Kaiqiong Chen Yu Zou Moyu Dai Kai Xu Guihai Feng Changjian Zhang Haiping Jiang Wei Li Ying Zhang Qi Zhou 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,5:0
8Probing Patient Messages Enhanced by Natural Language Processing:A Top-Down Message Corpus Analysis显示文摘Background.Patients increasingly use asynchronous communication platforms to converse with care teams.Natural language processing(NLP)to classify content and automate triage of these messages has great potential to enhance clinical efficiency.We characterize the contents of a corpus of portal messages generated by patients using NLP methods.We aim to demonstrate descriptive analyses of patient text that can contribute to the development of future sophisticated NLP applications.Methods.We collected approximately 3,000 portal messages from the cardiology,dermatology,and gastroenterology departments at Mayo Clinic.After labeling these messages as either Active Symptom,Logistical,Prescription,or Update,we used NER(named entity recognition)to identify medical concepts based on the UMLS library.We hierarchically analyzed the distribution of these messages in terms of departments,message types,medical concepts,and keywords therewithin.Results.Active Symptom and Logistical content types comprised approximately 67%of the message cohort.The“Findings”medical concept had the largest number of keywords across all groupings of content types and departments.“Anatomical Sites”and“Disorders”keywords were more prevalent in Active Symptom messages,while“Drugs”keywords were most prevalent in Prescription messages.Logistical messages tended to have the lower proportions of“Anatomical Sites,”,“Disorders,”,“Drugs,”,and“Findings”keywords when compared to other message content types.Conclusions.This descriptive corpus analysis sheds light on the content and foci of portal messages.The insight into the content and differences among message themes can inform the development of more robust NLP models.George Mastorakos Aditya Khurana Ming Huang Sunyang Fu Ahmad PTafti Jungwei Fan Hongfang Liu 2021Health Data Science2021,,1:0
