1PCSK9 inhibitors: A new era of lipid lowering therapy显示文摘Hyperlipidemia is a well-established risk factor for developing cardiovascular disease(CVD). The recent American College of Cardiology and American Heart Association guidelines on lipid management emphasize treatment of individuals at increased risk for developing CVD events with 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase inhibitors(statins) at doses proven to reduce CVD events. However, there are limited options for patients who are either intolerant to statin therapy, develop CVD despite being on maximally tolerated statin therapy, or have severe hypercholesterolemia. Recently the Food and Drug Administration approved two novel medications for low-density lipoprotein(LDL)-cholesterol reduction: Evolocumab and Alirocumab. These agents target and inactivate proprotein convertase subtilsinkexin type 9(PCSK9), a hepatic protease that attaches and internalizes LDL receptors into lysosomes hence promoting their destruction. By preventing LDL receptor destruction, LDL-C levels can be lowered 50%-60% above that achieved by statin therapy alone. 3微网中储能系统的能量管控方法显示文摘微网利用光伏、风机等可再生能源发电(renewable energy source of electricity,RES-E)并与能量存储系统配合向本地负荷供电,可以减小能量传输损耗以及大电网扰动的影响。然而,微网中的可再生能源分布式电源出力与负荷逆向分布,如何利用储能元件实现能源就地高效利用、避免大量过剩功率入网是当前微网发展重点之一。针对这一问题,该文提出一种可变阈值的自动适应控制方法,采用自适应智能技术控制储能元件的即时充放电功率,提高电能分配效率,实现对于负荷的'削峰填谷'。文中利用现场测得的RES数据对提出的方法进行验证,结果表明与传统利用固定阈值和需要精确预测的方法相比提出的方法在不需要RES和负荷预测数据的情况下,可以更有效减小负荷峰值,得到更加平滑的负荷曲线,同时最大程度地利用本地RES能源。贾科 陈奕汝 毕天姝 Mark SUMNER 2016中国电机工程学报2016,36,10:7
4A case study of multi-seam coal mine entry stability analysis with strength reduction method显示文摘In this paper,the advantage of using numerical models with the strength reduction method(SRM) to evaluate entry stability in complex multiple-seam conditions is demonstrated.A coal mine under variable topography from the Central Appalachian region is used as a case study.At this mine,unexpected roof conditions were encountered during development below previously mined panels.Stress mapping and observation of ground conditions were used to quantify the success of entry support systems in three room-and-pillar panels.Numerical model analyses were initially conducted to estimate the stresses induced by the multiple-seam mining at the locations of the affected entries.The SRM was used to quantify the stability factor of the supported roof of the entries at selected locations.The SRM-calculated stability factors were compared with observations made during the site visits,and the results demonstrate that the SRM adequately identifies the unexpected roof conditions in this complex case.It is concluded that the SRM can be used to effectively evaluate the likely success of roof supports and the stability condition of entries in coal mines.Tulu Ihsan Berk Esterhuizen Gabriel S. 7PI_3激酶参与AT_1受体介导Ang II调节SHR脑神经元电活动的信号转导显示文摘目的 探索AT1受体介导AngII调节SHR和WKY鼠脑神经元电活动的信号转导机制。 方法 原代培养SHR和WKY新生鼠脑干和下丘脑神经元 ,用全细胞膜片钳以电流箝方式记录神经元的放电活动 ,观察AngII及各种信号分子抑制剂对脑神经元放电频率的影响。结果 AngⅡ (10 0nmol·L-1)可使WKY新生鼠脑神经元的放电频率从 (0 .4 4± 0 .0 8)Hz增加到 (1.39± 0 .16 )Hz。这种效应在SHR鼠更加显著。由AngⅡ引起的这两种鼠脑神经元放电频率的增加均可被AT1受体拮抗剂Losartan完全消除。使用PKC抑制剂calphostinC和钙调蛋白激酶II抑制剂KN 93能完全阻断AngⅡ对WKY鼠脑神经元的作用 ,但对SHR鼠脑神经元的放电频率仅阻抑约 5 0 %。磷脂酰肌醇 3(PI3 )激酶抑制剂LY2 94 0 0 2 (10 μmol·L-1)对SHR鼠脑神经元的放电频率可产生部分阻断作用 ,但对WKY鼠脑神经元无明显影响。结论 AngII增加SHR和WKY鼠脑神经元放电频率的作用均由AT1受体介导。PI3杜剑青 孙成文 唐敬师 Colin Sumners Mohan K Raizada 2003西安交通大学学报(医学版)2003,24,6:2
