1超高产大豆砧木对不同年代育成品种光合生理指标和产量性状的影响显示文摘【目的】研究以超高产大豆品种为砧木嫁接不同年代育成品种,旨在明确嫁接超高产品种的根系对接穗品种叶片生理指标的影响,从而揭示根系改良在大豆育种中的作用。【方法】以来自相同的祖先亲本(Williams和Amsoy)且地理纬度相同的美国俄亥俄州和中国辽宁省不同年代育成的11个代表性大豆品种为接穗,采用劈接法,于子叶期分别与超高产大豆品种辽豆14和中黄35的砧木进行嫁接,其中,以11个不同年代育成品种的自身嫁接处理与不嫁接处理作为对照。在盆栽条件下,于R1、R2、R4、R5、R6期测定植株叶片的光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和叶色值,于成熟期收获后对植株进行考种,测定植株的单株粒数、百粒重和单株产量。【结果】不同生育时期大豆品种的根系活力均表现为辽豆14>中黄35>11个不同年代育成品种,R5期和R6期达到显著或极显著差异水平。叶片的光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和叶色值均呈单峰曲线变化,其中,光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率于R2期达到高峰值,叶色值于R4期达到高峰值,而后开始呈下降趋势。不同年代育成品种在不嫁接与自身嫁接条件下具有相似的变化曲线,而嫁接于超高产品种辽豆14和中黄35的砧木后,曲线下降较缓慢。R5至R6期间,嫁接于自身砧木上的植株其叶片的光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和叶色值平均每天分别下降1.43%、3.67%、3.38%和0.82%,而嫁接于超高产品种砧木上的植株相应下降了1.11%、3.26%、2.05%和0.48%。不同年代育成品种在自身嫁接与不嫁接条件下,其单株粒数、百粒重、单株粒重无显著变化,而与自身作砧木的植株相比,嫁接到超高产品种辽豆14或中黄35砧木上后,其单株粒数、百粒重和单株产量分别提高了2.82%、9.36%和10.60%,且当代品种的增幅要大于中期品种和共同亲本。【结论】超高产品种辽豆14和中黄35根系在生殖生长期具有较高的生理活性。嫁接超高产品种砧木可以有效减缓不同年代大豆品种生育后期的叶片光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和叶色值的下降速率,增强植株的光合能力,进而提高产量。因此,在未来大豆育种工作中,应该更加注重根系的遗传改良。滕菲 李盛有 饶德民 姚兴东 张惠君 敖雪 王海英 Steven St.Martin 谢甫绨 2016中国农业科学2016,49,23:2

4Evaluating indicators of human well-being for ecosystem-based management显示文摘Introduction:Interrelated social and ecological challenges demand an understanding of how environmental change and management decisions affect human well-being.This paper out-lines a framework for measuring human well-being for ecosystem-based management(EBM).We present a prototype that can be adapted and developed for various scales and contexts.Scientists and managers use indicators to assess status and trends in integrated ecosystem assessments(IEAs).To improve the social science rigor and success of EBM,we developed a systematic and transparent approach for evaluating indicators of human well-being for an IEA.Methods:Our process is based on a comprehensive conceptualization of human well-being,a scalable analysis of management priorities,and a set of indicator screening criteria tailored to the needs of EBM.We tested our approach by evaluating more than 2000 existing social indicators related to ocean and coastal management of the US West Coast.We focused on two foundational attributes of human well-being:resource access and self-determination.Outcomes and Discussion:Our results suggest that existing indicators and data are limited in their ability to reflect linkages between environmental change and human well-being,and extremely limited in their ability to assess social equity and justice.We reveal a critical need for new social indicators tailored to answer environmental questions and new data that are disaggregated by social variables to measure equity.In both,we stress the importance of collaborating with the people whose well-being is to be assessed.Conclusion:Our framework is designed to encourage governments and communities to carefully assess the complex tradeoffs inherent in environmental decision-making.Sara Jo Breslow Margaret Allen Danielle Holstein Brit Sojka Raz Barnea Xavier Basurto Courtney Carothers Susan Charnley arah Coulthard Nives Dolsak Jamie Donatuto Carlos Garcia-Quijano Christina C.Hicks Arielle Levine Michael B.Masci Karma Norman Melissa Poe Terre Satterfield Kevin St.Martin Phillip S.Levin 2017Ecosystem Health and Sustainability2017,3,12:0

6超高产大豆砧木对不同年代育成品种农艺性状的影响显示文摘以超高产大豆品种为砧木嫁接不同年代育成品种,旨在明确超高产品种砧木对农艺性状的影响,从而揭示根系改良在大豆育种中的重要作用。以来自相同的祖先亲本(Williams和Amsoy)且地理纬度相同的美国俄亥俄州和中国辽宁省不同年代育成的代表性大豆品种为接穗,分别与超高产大豆品种辽豆14和中黄35进行嫁接,成熟期测定植株农艺性状。结果表明:嫁接处理对大豆品种的农艺性状存在显著影响。自身嫁接的植株与不嫁接植株相比,其农艺性状没有显著变化。与品种自身作砧木的植株相比,嫁接到超高产品种辽豆14或中黄35砧木上时,不同年代育成品种的株高、主茎节数、分枝数等性状没有显著变化,但单株荚数、百粒重、粒茎比和单株粒重会显著提高。其中,与品种自身作砧木的植株相比,嫁接到超高产品种砧木上,共同亲本、俄亥俄中期、辽宁中期、俄亥俄当代、辽宁当代的大豆品种单株产量分别提高了4.5%、6.9%、9.4%、15.7%、19.9%。由此说明,根系改良会带来大豆品种产量的大幅度提高。滕菲 李盛有 饶德民 姚兴东 张惠君 王海英 Steven St.Martin 谢甫绨 2016大豆科学2016,35,3:0
7Effect of Plant Density on Modern Soybean Cultivars Released from Ohio and Liaoning显示文摘Seeding rate is an important management practice for soybean production.Chinese and U.S.soybean growers use different seeding rates,and breeders in the two countries have developed cultivars adapted to respective plant densities.The objective of this study was to compare the effect of plant density on cultivars recently released in different breeding programs,using four cultivars developed in Liaoning,China and four in Ohio,USA.We used 3 plant density treatments(7.5,15.0,22.5 x 104 plants/hm2) and assessed yield and agronomic traits from 2004 to 2006 in Liaoning.There was no significant effect of plant density on yield for either group of the cultivars.The average yield of Ohio cultivars was higher than that of Liaoning cultivars,and there was no significant interaction between plant density and cultivar for all the assessed traits.The plant height of Liaoning cultivars was significantly higher than that of Ohio cultivars,and there was a significant effect of plant density on plant height.The average branch number of Ohio cultivars was larger than that of Liaoning cultivars;higher plant density reduced the branch number per plant greatly.Plant density had a signifi-cant effect on the node number and internode length,Liaoning cultivars generally had longer internode length.Plant density had a significant effect on seed yield:stem ratio,as the plant density increased the seed yield:stem ratio decreased for both groups of cultivars.However,100-seed weight was not affected by plant density.谢甫绨 St.MARTIN STEVEN K. 2010江西农业大学学报2010,32,5:0
