| 3 | 船舶环境下集成与分布式方位导航及实时(PNT)数据显示文摘21世纪的海军对信息通讯的需求持续增长,对分布式和同步导航及实时技术领域提出了新的挑战。多源信息必须集成,而且必须容易大范围地发布到用户系统,且平台必须易于维护。美国的导航传感器系统接口(NAVSSI)就是一个持续发展以满足美国海军对船舶导航及作战信息需求的系统。
NAVSS1是为美国海军、西班牙海军及日本和韩国规划的精确、实时的数据源接收系统,它集成了位置、导航和时间(PNT)数据,在不久的将来将发挥其重大作用.NAVSSI设计思想为:集成多种导航传感器输入数据,并将综合导航方案发布到舰载武器和作战支持系统。由于NAVSSI要从不同的船舶采集输入数据,并将最终导航数据发布到各终端用户系统,它要由许多“用户接口”系统来接收数据。这些用户对导航和时间精度有着迫切的需求.为了得到高精度高可靠性的导航解决方案,NAVSSI执行导航资源集成(NSI)算法.这种程序算法是基于集成最佳导航数据源(通常是NIS和GPS),并且NAVSSI可以输出四种不同的时间格式,精度在1us到10ms之间,具体情况根据终端接口系统的需要而定.
高水准的集成和互操作能力的需求,给网络中心作战(NCW)提出了新的技术挑战,一些曾经独立工作的系统被集成起来,因此产生了新的安全问题,如交叉领域连通性。NAVSSI作为唯一的海军舰船PNT数据公共数据源,面临着连接机密与非机密系统领域的信息安全(IS)的挑战.PNT数据严格的时间需求,以及维护安全性的约束,抑制了IS信息安全产品选用范围.由于美国海军强调,非机密PNT数据可以穿过黑色非机密区域和红色机密区域,NAVSSI必须保证它不能被用来传输PNT以外的数据,或者给其它的网络和数据传输设备提供连接.

Civil engineering measures were taken to cut off the upstream catchment area, close the gully with bulldozers and construct contour bands to divide the slope in sections. Subsequent agricultural development of the area had not been completed which continued the threat of renewed gully formation An experimental field was established on the 2 ha slope where field trials were set up of ridging and cropping to develop proper methods to complete the gully reclamation process. The selected cropping patterns for different sections of the field and problems encountered in the research are discussed. | 18 | LONG TERM SEDIMENT YIELD AND MITIGATION IN A SMALL SOUTHERN PIEDMONT WATERSHED显示文摘Southern Piedmont lands suffer moderate to severe erosion when farmed under single-crop,conventional till systems consisting of moldboard plowing, disking or harrowing. This is primarily due to high soil erodibility, high energy spring-summer storms, low residue cover, and poor management thctors. A winter season with no crop often leaves soil unprotected from rainfall impacts.Conservation cropping systems that minimize tillage and leave a growing crop and crop residues on the surface both in summer and winter protect soil from erosive effects and sustain productivity. In this paper we present and discuss 26-years of soil loss, runoff and residue production data from a 2.71 ha catchment typical of small Southern Piedmont watersheds. The catchment was first managed in conventional tillage system of summer soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) and winter fallow from 1972 to 1974. It was then converted to conservation cropping systems of summer soybean, sorghum (Sorghuim bicolor (L.) Moench), or cotton (Gossypium hirsutum (L.)) and winter barley (Hordeum vulgare (L.)), wheat (Triticum aestivum (L.)), or clover (Trdolium incarnatum (L.)) which have continued to the present. Conservation cropping systems had immediate and residual effects in controlling erosion and runoff in both summer and winter. Destructive soil erosion, from high energy storms was significantly reduced. Residue production increased from about 2 Mg ha-1 yr-1 under conventional tillage to 9.88 Mg ha-1 yr-1 under conservation cropping systems over 20 years. | D.M. Endale(USDA-ARS, J.
