| 1 | MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF FINE PITCH DEVICES SOLDERED JOINTS BASED ON CREEP MODEL显示文摘Nonlinear analyses of quad flat package (QFP) on printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies subjected to thermal cycling conditions are presented.Two different solders are considered,namely, Sn37Pb and Sn3.5Ag.The stress and strain response of fine pitch devices soldered joints was investigated by using finite element method based on Garofalo-Arrheninus model.The simulated results indicate creep distribution of soldered joints is not uniform,the heel and toe of soldered joints, the area between soldered joints and leads are the creep concentrated sites.The similar phenomena of stress curves simulated based on Garofalo-Arrhenlnus model and Anand equations is confirmed,and the creep strain value of Sn3.5Ag soldered joints is lower than that of Sn37Pb soldered joints. Thermal cycling results show that Sn3.5Ag strongly outperforms Sn37Pb for QFP devices under the studied test condition.This is well matched with the experimental outcome analyzed.In addition,the soldered devices were tested by micro-joints tester,the tensile strength of Sn3.5Ag soldered joints is found to be higher than that of Sn37Pb soldered joints.By analyzing the fracture microstructure of soldered joints,it is found that fracture mechanism of Sn3.5Ag soldered joints is toughness fracture, while fracture mechanism of Sn37Pb soldered joints includes brittle fracture and toughness fracture. | 3 | Identification and Characterization of Sulfur Compounds in Straight-Run Diesel Using Comprehensive Two-Dimensional GC Coupled with TOF MS显示文摘The solid-phase extraction using Pd-Al2O3 as the stationary phase was employed to pre-separate the sulfur compounds in straight-run diesel. The isolating effect was evaluated quantitatively by gas chromatography with a sulfur chemiluminescence detector to harvest a satisfactory result. The identification of the structure of sulfur compounds by comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography coupled with the time-of-flight mass spectrometry indicated that cyclo-sulfides, benzothiophenes, dibenzothiophenes, dihydro-benzothiophenes and tetrahydro-dibenzothiophenes were included in straightrun diesel obtained from the Arab medium crude(AM). A total of 259 individual compounds were detected and their molecular structures were identified. | 4 | Petrogenesis and Geotectonic Significance of Early-Neoproterzoic Olivine-Gabbro within the Yangtze Craton: Constrains from the Mineral Composition, U-Pb Age and Hf Isotopes of Zircons显示文摘The olivine-gabbroic rocks located at the Huangling anticline within the Yangtze Craton are dated at circa 857–854 Ma by LA-ICP-MS method. The rocks belong to the sub-alkaline series and consist of pyroxene(35%–40%), plagioclase(40%–45%), olivine(8%–10%) and spinel(3%–5%). Olivine has Fo values of 73–83 that is classified as chrysolite. Pyroxene has relative low contents of Fe O(6.60 wt.%–8.23 wt.%) but high Ca O(20.23 wt.%–21.25 wt.%) contents, however, plagioclase has high Al_2O_3(31.78 wt.%–32.37 wt.%), Ca O(16.08 wt.%–16.25 wt.%) and An(79–80) values, but low Na2 O contents(1.95 wt.%–2.11 wt.%). Spinel are magnesioferrite with characteristics of high contents of Mg O(13.65 wt.%– 13.68 wt.%), Fe O(23.27 wt.%–23.40 wt.%) and Al_2O_3(62.43 wt.%–62.74 wt.%). Chemical compositions of these minerals are similar to those of gabbro rocks that were formed in the post-orogeny environment. The olivine-gabbro samples have negative zircon εHf values(-16.57±0.47) that resemble the mafic rocks in the same region, indicating that they are derived from the extremely enriched mantle source. | 5 | Characterization of Basic Nitrogen Aromatic Species Obtained during Fluid Catalytic Cracking by Fourier Transform Ion Cyclotron Resonance Mass Spectrometry显示文摘The basic-nitrogen aromatic compounds in feedstocks and liquid products from the micro-reactor and soluble components of coke obtained during fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) process were analyzed by the micro-electrospray ionization (ESI) 9.4T Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FT-ICR MS) with an average mass resolving power of 300 000 at a mass range of 100-1 200. The analytical results revealed that the coker gas oil (CGO) contained a higher abundance of basic-nitrogen aromatic compounds with the type of -5N to -9N compared with those in deasphalted oil (DAO) and mixed FCC feedstock. After catalytic cracking, the abundance of lowly condensed basic-nitrogen aromatic compounds was much less than those of highly condensed aromatics in the liquid products, with the carbon number mainly ranging from 6 to 25 and the average carbon number of the side-chains equating to 1-5. On the contrary, with respect to the soluble components of coke, the abundance of lowly condensed basic-nitrogen aromatic compounds was more than those of highly condensed aromatics, and the carbon number ranged from 12 to 30, which was much smaller than that of the mixed FCC feedstock but slightly larger than that of the cracked liquid products. | 6 | Changes of Petroleum Acid Distribution Characterized by FT-ICR MS in Heavy Acidic Crude Oil after True Boiling Point Distillation显示文摘The molecular transformations of carboxylic acids in heavy acidic SL crude before and after true boiling point distillation were examined by ultra-high resolution negative-ion electrospray ionization(ESI) Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry(FT-ICR MS). The acid class(heteroatom number), type(z numbers) and carbon number distributions were positively characterized. It was found out that the total acid number(TAN) of SL crude decreased after true boiling point distillation, and the abundance of O2 class in mass spectra was also found to be reduced from 67.6% to 34.5% in SL TBP mixed crude as measured by MS spectra, indicating to a potential carboxylic acid decomposition. However, it was interesting that the carboxylic acids type distribution in both oils was almost the same although their relative abundance in SL TBP mixed crude turned to be much lower, suggesting that various petroleum carboxylic acid types have the similar thermal decomposition reaction behavior. Furthermore, for each O2 type of acids in SL TBP mixed crude, the abundance of carboxylic acids with carbon number higher than 35 was reduced greatly, especially for those with carbon number higher than 60, the mass peaks of which were nearly totally removed, indicating that the large carboxylic acid molecules in heavy fractions decomposed more significantly because of longer heating time during the true boiling point distillation process. | 10 | Characteristics of subsurface density variations before the 4.20 Lushan M_s7.0 earthquake in the Longmenshan area: inversion results显示文摘The 4.20 Lushan MS7.0 earthquake occurred on the southwest segment of the Longmenshan fault on 20 April 2013. Some meaningful information on the preparation and occurrence of this earthquake was found based on the dynamic variation of gravity(DVG). To examine the great progress of the Lushan earthquake, we obtained the density variation(DENV) derived from the DVG using the compact gravity inversion method in this article. The inversion results reveal three main findings:(1) the DENV in the crust in the Jinshajiang fault area changed from positive in 2010–2011 to negative in 2011–2012.(2) The DENV in the Xianshuihe fault area decreased continuously from 2010 to 2012.(3) The DENV of the uppermost mantle of South China decreased in 2010–2011 and increased in 2011–2012. | 11 | Design of a memory polynomial predistorter for wideband envelope tracking amplifiers显示文摘Efficiency and linearity of the microwave power amplifier are critical elements for mobile communication systems. A memory polynomial baseband predistorter based on an indirect learning architecture is presented for improving the linearity of an envelope tracing (ET) amplifier with application to a wireless transmitter. To deal with large peak-to-average ratio (PAR) problem, a clipping procedure for the input signal is employed. Then the system performance is verified by simulation results. For a single carrier wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA) signal of 16-quadrature amplitude modulation (16-QAM), about 2% improvement of the error vector magnitude (EVM) is achieved at an average output power of 45.5 dBm and gain of 10.6 dB, with adjacent channel leakage ratio (ACLR) of -64.55 dBc at offset frequency of 5 MHz. | 13 | Application of the modern ophiolite concept with special reference to Precambrian ophiolites显示文摘Much has been learned in the past 40 years about the great diversity of the internal structure and geochemical compositions of Phanerozoic ophiolites, indicating that these on-land fragments of ancient oceanic lithosphere formed in distinctly different tectonic settings during their igneous evolution. Recent studies in Archean and Proterozoic greenstone belts have shown that the Precambrian rock record may also include exposures of a diverse suite of ophiolite complexes as part of craton development in the early history of the Earth. We review the salient features of the Precambrian ophiolite record to highlight what has been learned about Precambrian oceanic spreading systems since the original Penrose definition of ophiolites in 1972. Some of the diagnostic, characteristic, typical, and rare aspects of ophiolites of all ages are presented in a table in order to help determine if tectonically deformed and metamophosed sequences in Precambrian shield areas may be considered as ophiolites. The results of this comparative study are important in that they enable researchers to more realistically characterize allochthonous mafic/ultramafic rock sequences as ophiolitic or non-ophiolitic. This approach is more deterministic in contrast to some other arbitrary classification schemes requiring three or four of the Penrose-style ophiolitic units to be present in the Precambrian record for a specific rock sequence to be considered ophiolitic. Once these tectonic fragments are recognized as remnants of ancient oceanic lithosphere, great progress shall be made in understanding early Earth history. The repeatability of spectral measurements was impacted by the metal and wax content of the oil samples. For the case of high wax content oils, the wax species began to crystallize in the course of determination that could affect the repeatability of spectral measurements. These factors have evidenced why the preheating devices and filter unit are necessary when low field NMR system is used in the online analysis process. | 16 | Effect of Thermal Cycling on Properties and Microstructure of SnAgCuCe Soldered Joints in QFP Devices显示文摘Increasing global concern about the environment is bringing regulatory (European directives) and consumer ('green products') pressure on the electronics industry in Europe and Japan to reduce or completely eliminate the use of lead (Pb) in products. Among all lead-free solder alloys, SnAgCu solder system, which has better thermo-mechanical properties compared with those of SnPb solder, is proven to be one of the promising candidates for electronic assembly. Previous work also revealed that adding a small amount of rare earth Ce into SnAgCu solder can visibly improve the properties and inhibit the excessive growth of the intermetallic compound layer. Thermal fatigue properties of SnAgCuCe soldered joints in QFP devices under thermal conditions have been investigated by finite element method and experiments. Based on creep model of low stress and high stress, corresponding creep subroutine was established for simulating the stress and strain response of SnAgCuCe soldered joint from -55 ℃ to 125 ℃, and fatigue life was calculated using creep fatigue life prediction equation. Moreover, thermal cycling experiments were conducted, the experimental results were found to be close to the simulated results. In addition, the tensile force of SnAgCuCe soldered joints decreased with increasing number of thermal cycles, and the fracture mechanism transformed from toughness fracture to brittle intergranular fracture. We introduced the method for calculation of crude blended properties firstly, and then created a crude oil selection and blending optimization model based on the data of crude oil property. The model is a mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP) with constraints, and the target is to maximize the similarity between the blended crude oil and the objective crude oil. Furthermore, the model takes into account the selection of crude oils and their blending ratios simultaneously, and transforms the problem of looking for similar crude oil into the crude oil selection and blending optimization problem. We applied the Improved Cuckoo Search(ICS) algorithm to solving the model. Through the simulations, ICS was compared with the genetic algorithm, the particle swarm optimization algorithm and the CPLEX solver. The results show that ICS has very good optimization efficiency. The blending solution can provide a reference for refineries to find the similar crude oil. Herein, we observed that the expression level of EGFL7 and p-EGFR in invasive GHPAwas much higher than that of non-invasive GHPA. The overexpression of EGFL7 was positively correlated with activation of EGFR(p-EGFR). Noticeably, EGFL7 knockdown significantly inhibited activation of EGFR signaling cascades, including p-ERGR, p-AKT and p-ERK. Further studies showed that EGFL7 knockdown or pharmacological inhibition of EGFR-pathway, using EGFR inhibitor Tyrphostin AG-1478, significantly suppressed migration and invasion of GH3 and GT1-1 cells.
