| 3 | Efficacy and Safety of Adding and Subtracting Decoction of Rehmanniae Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Hypertension:A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis显示文摘Objective:Systematically evaluating the efficacy and safety of adding and subtracting decoction of rehmanniae combined with Western medicine in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:PubMed,The Cochrane Library,EMBASE,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP database and China Biomedical Literature Service System(CBM)were searched.All randomized controlled studies(RCTs)on adding and subtracting decoction ofrehmanniae combined with Western medicine in the treatment of hypertension were retrieved.The retrieval period is from the database construction to November 2021.Two investigators independently screened the literature,collected baseline data of patients and data on related indicators,and evaluated the risk of bias in the included randomized controlled trials.Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan5.3 software.Results:Five randomized controlled trials including 380 patients were obtained after screening by inclusing and exclusing criteria.Meta-analysis results showed that:In the experimental group,TCM syndrome score(MD=-4.08,95%CI:-5.32 to-2.84,P<0.00001),systolic blood pressure(SBP)(MD=-7.77,95%CI:-12.03 to-3.51,P=0.0003),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)(MD=-6.76,95%CI:-9.59 to-3.93,P<0.00001)were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The current evidence shows that compared with the simple use of Western medicine,adding and subtracting decoction of rehmanniae combined with Western medicine in the treatment of hypertension has more advantages in improving TCM syndromes and reducing systolic and diastolic blood pressure,and the conclusion is reliable.However,due to the limited number and low quality of included randomized controlled trials,more randomized,double-blind,large-sample clinical studies are needed to confirm the above conclusions. | Rui Wang Yixuan Dong Wenna Zhang Yue Jing Liu Qian Xie Shenjun Wang | 2022 | Asian Toxicology Tesearch2022,4,1: | 2 |

| 5 | Development background of Mesozoic high-quality source rocks: Evidence from microfossils in North Carnarvon Basin, Australia显示文摘Based on numerous microfossils in Mesozoic of North Carnarvon Basin in Australia,the Mesozoic paleoclimate and paleoenvironment were analyzed,the paleogeographic background and development model of Mesozoic high-quality source rocks were investigated and discussed.Variation of microfossil species and their relative contents in Mesozoic different intervals indicates changes of paleoclimate and paleoenvironment.The paleoclimate shows a cycle variation of aridehumidearidehumid,the regression occurred in the Early TriassiceLate Triassic and the transgression occurred in the Late TriassiceLate Cretaceous.Four sedimentary facieses including delta facies,littoral facies,restricted sea facies and open sea facies were developed in the Mesozoic.The open sea was mainly developed in the Early Triassic,the delta was distributed in the MiddleeLate Triassic,the restricted sea was especially well developed in the Jurassic,and the restricted sea and open sea were mainly distributed in the Cretaceous.Characteristics of microfossil assemblage in these four sedimentary facies are dramatically different.From the delta facies,littoral facies,restricted sea facies to open sea facies,content of pollen gradually decreases,but content of the dinoflagellate+acritarch gradually increases.The delta facies and littoral facies are dominated by the pollen.In the restricted sea facies,content of the pollen is equivalent to that of the dinoflagellate+acritarch.The open sea facies is dominated by the dinoflagellate and acritarch.Supply of sediment and formation of organic matter are influenced by the paleoclimate and paleoenvironment,and type of organic matter is controlled by the microfossil assemblage.Based on the palaeogeographic background,paleoclimatic condition and microfossil assemblage,two developmental models of the Mesozoic source rocks such as the development model of terrestrial organic matter under the background of large delta and the development model of mixed organic matter under the background of the restricted sea,were proposed. | Xing Niu Xianghua Yang Detian Yan Xinguo Zhuang Bo Wang Shenjun Huo Xiaoming Xu | 2019 | Petroleum Research2019,4,1: | 1 |

| 7 | Efficacy and safety of Guipi Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen:a meta-analysis显示文摘Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Guipi Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen.Methods:English databases(PubMed,Web of Science,The Cochrane Library,EMBASE)and Chinese databases(CNKI,Wanfang database,China Biomedical Literature Service System,VIP database)were searched by computer.Randomized controlled trials of Guipi Decoction on insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen were searched from the database construction to November 2021.After the first and second authors independently screened the literature,extracted the data and evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies,meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.3 software.Results:A total of 9 RCTS were included after screening,including 914 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that:Total effective rate[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.16,1.30),P<0.00001],total PSQI score[MD=-3.05,95%CI(-3.96,-2.14),P=0.008],number of night awakening times[[MD=-1.18,95%CI(-1.42,-0.94),P<0.00001],adverse reaction rate[RR=0.32,95%CI(0.21,0.51),P<0.00001]were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The current evidence shows that,compared with pure using conventional western medicine,belongs to the spleen decoction combined western medicine therapy,cases both deficiency type of insomnia in the total effective rate,reducing the total PSQI score(improve sleep quality,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,daytime function,etc.),reducing frequency of nighttime awakening,security,have more advantages.However,due to the limitation of the quality and quantity of articles included in the study,more randomized,double-blind,large-sample clinical studies are needed to confirm the above conclusions. | Huixin Chen Zhogqing Dou Sirui Liu Hongchen Dong Di Zhang Shenjun Wang | 2022 | Asian Toxicology Tesearch2022,4,1: | 1 |
| 8 | Geochemistry of rare earth elements and yttrium in Late Permian coals from the Zhongliangshan coalfield, southwestern China显示文摘Rare earth elements and yttrium(REY)in coal deposits are considered promising alternative sources for these resources owing to their increasing global demand.This paper reports the geochemical characteristics of REY in the Late Permian coals from an underground K1a seam section of the Zhongliangshan coalfield in Chongqing,southwestern China.The mineralogy,degree of enrichment,distribution patterns,modes of occurrence,and sediment origin of REY were investigated.Compared with the average of world coals,the concentration of REY in the K1a coals were normal,dominated by light REY(LREY),with less medium and heavy REY(MREY,HREY).The fractionation degree of the MREY and HREY are higher than that of LREY in most K1a coal samples,deduced from the mixed enrichment type of REY,mainly including M-H-type,and a few L-M type and H-type.In addition,the combination of anomalies of Ce,Eu,Gd,and Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2) parameters,the terrigenous materials in the K1a coal were derived from the felsic-intermediate rocks at the top of the Emeishan basalt sequence,and the samples were affected by seawater intrusion during early peat accumulation.Although the minerals primarily consist of kaolinite,illite,pyrite,and small amounts of quartz,calcite and anatase,REY are correlated with ash yield,SiO2,and Al_(2)O_(3),revealing that the REY mainly occur in aluminosilicate minerals,especially kaolinite and illite.Meanwhile,REY positively relate to P_(2)O_(5) and Zr,which may exist in phosphate-containing minerals or zircon.Furthermore,most samples in the K1a coal or ash do not reach the cut-off grade for the beneficial recovery of REY.With the exception of central Guizhou,southwestern Chongqing,and the junction of western Guizhou and northeastern Yunnan,the REY content in coals from southwestern China are high,and its by-products are suitable as potential REY sources. | Qingfeng LU Shenjun QIN Hongyang BAI Wenfeng WANG De’e QI Xin HE Bofei ZHANG | 2023 | Frontiers of Earth Science2023,17,1: | 0 |

| 10 | Effect of modified Wendan Decoction on enteric glia cells in depression model rats显示文摘Background:To explore the effect of modified Wendan Decoction on expression of enteric glial cells in depression model rats.Methods:Eighteen rats were randomly divided into the Blank group,Model group,and modified Wendan Decoction group(Decoction group).Depression was induced by isolation combined with chronic unpredictable mild stress in rats of all groups except for the Blank group.Changes of protein and mRNA expressions of the specific markers of enteric glial cells,glial fibrillary acidic protein,and S100 calcium-binding proteinβsubunit(S100β)in the stomach and colon tissues of rats in each group were detected respectively using immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results:Compared with the Blank group,the percentage of positive cells and the mRNA expression of GFAP and S100βwere increased in the Model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the Model group,the percentage of positive cells and the mRNA expression of GFAP and S100βin gastrointestinal tissues of rats were decreased in the Decoction group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The depression model rats developed hyperplasia,and enteric glial cells(EGCs)was activated.The mechanism of action of the Wendan Decoction on improving depression and promoting gastrointestinal motility may be achieved by inhibiting the hyperplasia and activation of EGCs in rats with depression. | Ruiwen Song Yunsha Zhang Pengjuan Xu Shanyan Yin Zidong Wen Shenjun Wang Ying Chen Lei Xu Liping Zhang | 2021 | TMR Pharmacology Research2021,1,4: | 0 |
