1Compressive Behavior of Wood-based 2-D Lattice Structure under Multivariable Analysis显示文摘In order to optimize the out-of-plane compression performance of the wood structure,wood-based 2-D lattice structures were designed and manufactured with oriented strand board as the panel and birch round stick as the core by using a simple insert-glue method.In this experiment,the different thicknesses of the upper and lower panels,the different shavings arrangement directions of the upper and lower panels and the different configurations of the specimens were used to analyze the compression performance of the specimens under multivariable conditions.Through the combination of experimental test and theoretical analysis,we analyzed and compared different failure types of the structure and multiple compression parameters.The results showed that the shavings arrangement direction of the panel has a more important influence on the whole specimen than the thickness of the panel,especially the transverse shavings of the panel can withstand greater shear stress than the longitudinal shavings for a specimen.Yanxia FENG Mengyuan WANG Shaochen HU Lili JIA Jihe CHEN Tianshi FENG Yingcheng HU 2019Journal of Bioresources and Bioproducts2019,4,2:0

3Two distinct roles of Al_(2)Sm and Al_(11)Sm_(3) phases on the corrosion behavior of the magnesium alloy Mg-5Sm-xAl显示文摘The roles of Al11Sm3 and Al_(2)Sm phases on microstructure evolution,mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of the Mg-5Sm-x Al system was investigated.The results showed that adding Al to Mg–5Sm binary alloy brought two Al–Sm phases,Al11Sm3 and Al_(2)Sm,which had two distinct roles regarding the microstructure evolution,mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of the Mg-Sm-Al alloy.Al11Sm3 produced a strong galvanic couple with the Mg matrix,and significantly accelerated the corrosion.The Al_(2)Sm particles promoted heterogeneous nucleation and refined the grains,which increased the tensile strength and ductility.Both types of Al–Sm particles provided strengthening effect for the alloy.With higher Al contents,Al2Sm formed an Al oxide protective surface layer and increased corrosion resistance.Xingrui Chen Qi Zou Qichi Le Shaochen Ning Chenglu Hu Xiaoqiang Li Anrej Atrens 2021Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2021,31,4:0
