23种盐胁迫对玉米幼苗生长及叶片抗氧化酶和离子累积的影响显示文摘选取2个玉米品种(金玉819和金单999),探讨了3种盐胁迫(NaCl、Na2SO4和NaNO3)对玉米幼苗生长、抗氧化酶活性以及叶片中K^+、Na^+、Ca^2+累积的影响。结果表明:3种不同类型的盐胁迫均会导致玉米幼苗鲜重下降,地上部鲜重金玉819下降超过28.6%,金单999下降超过18%;盐胁迫下金玉819叶片SOD酶活上升2.1倍以上,POD酶活性最高上升4.5倍,APX最高上升2.1倍,CAT最高上升2.2倍;金单999叶片SOD酶活最高上升2.1倍,APX最高上升1.6倍,CAT最高上升1.9倍。2个基因型玉米胁迫下叶片内Na^+含量上升4.5~6.3倍;NaCl和NaNO3处理下,K^+/Na^+比对照降低90%~93%,而Na2SO4处理下K^+/Na^+下降78%~82%,金玉819和金单999的Ca^2+/Na^+比对照分别降低了85%~90%和92%~94%。综合分析表明NO-3引起的次生盐害对玉米生产危害较大。与金单999相比,金玉819对盐胁迫更加敏感,相同Na^+浓度处理下,金玉819的鲜重和SOD酶活性下降显著且拥有较低的K^+/Na^+和Ca^2+/Na^+值。Shabeer Ahmed 沈彦合 马文豪 董江波 屈芯宇 曹颖 胡尚连 罗学刚 2020干旱地区农业研究2020,38,3:4
3Tectonic evolution of structures in Southern Sindh Monocline,Indus Basin,Pakistan formed in multi-extensional tectonic episodes of Indian Plate显示文摘There are a number of structures and structural styles found in extensional tectonic settings of the world,and it is a big challenge to study the evolution of these structures. Evolution of structures formed in extensional tectonic settings have been studied by researchers on different extensional basins of the world. Southern Sindh Monocline lies on the western corner of Indian Plate and the tectonic history of Indian plate has also experienced different extensional episodes, and its journey rifted from Gondwanaland to its final welding to Asia. The aim of this study is to figure out the evolution of structures in the subsurface of Southern Sindh Monocline, Pakistan using the seismic data interpretation and flattening of horizons approach. Structures within the subsurface of Southern Sindh Monocline have been characterized by different tectonic episodes of Indian plate while rifting from Gondwanaland, rifting from other plates at different geological times and to its collision with the Asia. Basic structures within study area are classified into nine types while the structural styles have been classified into six types as horst and grabens, dominos, crotch, synthetic and antithetic, negative and flashlight structural style. The structures within the study area revealed evidence for three major structural episodes which can be characterized as Episode 1: Structures associated with rifting of Indian plate from Gondwanaland during Late Jurassic to Early Cretaceous, Episode 2: Modification and reactivation of previous structures while Madagascar rifted from Indian Plate during the Middle Cretaceous and during Episode 3: Inversion and reactivation of structures occurred when Indian Plate collided with Asia during Early Eocene.Shabeer Ahmed Sarfraz Hussain Solangi Muhammad Saeed Khan Jadoon Adeel Nazeer 2018Geodesy and Geodynamics2018,9,5:3

14DQN-Based Proactive Trajectory Planning of UAVs in Multi-Access Edge Computing显示文摘The main aim of future mobile networks is to provide secure,reliable,intelligent,and seamless connectivity.It also enables mobile network operators to ensure their customer’s a better quality of service(QoS).Nowadays,Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)are a significant part of the mobile network due to their continuously growing use in various applications.For better coverage,cost-effective,and seamless service connectivity and provisioning,UAVs have emerged as the best choice for telco operators.UAVs can be used as flying base stations,edge servers,and relay nodes in mobile networks.On the other side,Multi-access EdgeComputing(MEC)technology also emerged in the 5G network to provide a better quality of experience(QoE)to users with different QoS requirements.However,UAVs in a mobile network for coverage enhancement and better QoS face several challenges such as trajectory designing,path planning,optimization,QoS assurance,mobilitymanagement,etc.The efficient and proactive path planning and optimization in a highly dynamic environment containing buildings and obstacles are challenging.So,an automated Artificial Intelligence(AI)enabled QoSaware solution is needed for trajectory planning and optimization.Therefore,this work introduces a well-designed AI and MEC-enabled architecture for a UAVs-assisted future network.It has an efficient Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL)algorithm for real-time and proactive trajectory planning and optimization.It also fulfills QoS-aware service provisioning.A greedypolicy approach is used to maximize the long-term reward for serving more users withQoS.Simulation results reveal the superiority of the proposed DRL mechanism for energy-efficient and QoS-aware trajectory planning over the existing models.Adil Khan Jinling Zhang Shabeer Ahmad Saifullah Memon Babar Hayat Ahsan Rafiq 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,3:0
15Enhanced Long Short Term Memory for Early Alzheimer's Disease Prediction显示文摘The most noteworthy neurodegenerative disorder nationwide is appar-ently the Alzheimer's disease(AD)which ha no proven viable treatment till date and despite the clinical trials showing the potential of preclinical therapy,a sen-sitive method for evaluating the AD has to be developed yet.Due to the correla-tions between ocular and brain tissue,the eye(retinal blood vessels)has been investigated for predicting the AD.Hence,en enhanced method named Enhanced Long Short Term Memory(E-LSTM)has been proposed in this work which aims atfinding the severity of AD from ocular biomarkers.Tofind the level of disease severity,the new layer named precise layer was introduced in E-LSTM which will help the doctors to provide the apt treatments for the patients rapidly.To avoid the problem of overfitting,a dropout has been added to LSTM.In the existing work,boundary detection of retinal layers was found to be inaccurate during the seg-mentation process of Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT)image and to over-come this issue;Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)has been utilized.To the best of our understanding,this is thefirst paper to use Particle Swarm Optimization.When compared with the existing works,the proposed work is found to be per-forming better in terms of F1 Score,Precision,Recall,training loss,and segmen-tation accuracy and it is found that the prediction accuracy was increased to 10%higher than the existing systems.M.Vinoth Kumar M.Prakash M.Naresh Kumar H.Abdul Shabeer 2023Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing2023,,2:0
16Study of fault configuration related mysteries through multi seismic attribute analysis technique in Zamzama gas field area,southern Indus Basin,Pakistan显示文摘Seismic attribute analysis approach has been applied for the interpretation and identification of fault geometry of Zamzama Gas Field. Zamzama gas field area, which lies in the vicinity of Kirthar fold and thrust belt, Southern Indus Basin of Pakistan. The Zamzama fault and its related structure have been predicted by applying the Average Energy Attribute, Instantaneous Frequency Attribute, relative Acoustic Impedance Attribute and Chaotic Reflection Attribute on the seismic line GHPK98 A.34. The results have been confirmed by applying the spectral decomposition attribute on the same seismic line that reveal the geometric configuration of Zamzama structure. The fault is reverse and started from 0 s and ended at the depth of 2.5 s on the vertical seismic section.
