1秸秆还田对土壤微生物影响的研究进展显示文摘秸秆还田是有效利用秸秆资源的重要途径。土壤微生物在秸秆腐解和营养元素释放过程中具有举足轻重的作用,而另一方面秸秆本身也会对土壤微生物产生较大的影响。秸秆还田概况入手,从不同的秸秆还田方式、外源添加物、不同的秸秆还田量、耕作制度和转基因秸秆几个方面综述了目前国内外秸秆还田对土壤微生物影响的研究报告。目前已有文献的研究大多集中在土壤微生物量方面,但并没有形成一致的观点,且缺乏对土壤微生物长期动态和功能群的研究。据此认为应在今后的研究中加强以下几个方面:以更为先进的方法结合多种研究手段揭示秸秆还田过程中土壤微生物的实际情况;开展关于秸秆分解整个过程中土壤微生物的动态变化研究;以微生物功能群为单位研究秸秆还田对微生物的影响;采用多种不同的方法和长期的观察以研究转基因作物秸秆还田后对土壤微生物生态的影响。伍玉鹏 彭其安 Muhammad Shaaban 郝蓉 胡荣桂 2014中国农学通报2014,30,29:34
2氮肥配施下不同C/N作物残渣还田对红壤温室气体排放的影响显示文摘氮肥配施能够促进还田秸秆的分解,为了解其对不同C/N秸秆还田下温室气体排放的影响,采用培养实验方法,研究了油菜饼(C/N为4)、玉米秸秆(C/N为28)、水稻秸秆(C/N为41)和小麦秸秆(C/N为71)等4种不同C/N植物残渣在不同量氮肥(无氮、低氮和高氮)配施下对红壤温室气体(CO2、CH4和N2O)排放的影响。结果显示,氮肥配施增加了不同植物残渣的CO2-C累积排放量,且仅在高C/N的小麦秸秆处理中发现存在显著性差异,在低氮和高氮下CO2-C累积排放量分别达到1 271.44、1 212.83 mg·kg-1,显著高于无氮肥配施的883.40 mg·kg-1。土壤N2O累积排放量最大的为油菜饼处理组,低氮量的配施进一步增强了N2O的产生,其累积排放量达到5 550.42μg·kg-1,显著高于无氮肥配施的4 430.44μg·kg-1,然而当氮肥施用量进一步增加时却抑制了N2O的排放(3752.84μg·kg-1)。氮肥配施并未显著影响玉米秸秆和小麦秸秆处理组的N2O累积排放量。在培养期内,每一个处理均表现为CH4的吸收现象,氮肥施用能够增加土壤对CH4的累积吸收量,但差异显著性仅在对照和油菜饼处理中发现。伍玉鹏 刘田 彭其安 Muhammad Shaaban 胡荣桂 2014农业环境科学学报2014,33,10:17
3生物质炭对茶园土壤改良及茶叶品质的影响显示文摘近年来,茶树种植过程中化肥的超量施用造成茶园土壤酸化加剧和有机质含量降低等一系列问题,进而影响到茶叶的产量和品质。生物质炭一般呈碱性,具有含碳量高、比表面积大、高度生物化学稳定性和较强的吸附性能等特性,能够增加土壤碳储量,提高土壤pH值和养分有效性,对于茶园土壤固碳、土壤改良和抑制土壤氮磷流失、改善农产品品质等方面有较大作用。针对我国茶园土壤存在的主要问题,以生物质炭的特性及生物质炭改良土壤的作用机理为研究对象,重点阐述了生物质炭在茶园酸化土壤改良、土壤氮素淋失阻控、土壤固碳增汇等方面的效应,以及生物质炭提高茶叶产量和提升茶叶品质方面的作用机理。基于以上研究,展望了生物质炭在茶园管理方面的理论研究方向,为生物质炭在农业生产中的应用和推广提供科学依据。孙贇 Muhammad Shaaban 何志龙 张水清 林杉 2017中国土壤与肥料2017,,6:11
4外加碳氮对不同有机碳土壤N_2O和CO_2排放的影响显示文摘以两种有机碳含量不同的土壤为对象,采用室内培养试验方法,研究了外加可溶性碳氮对黄棕壤(高有机碳含量)和紫色土(低有机碳含量)N_2O、CO_2排放的影响。试验设置五种处理分别为:对照(CK),低氮(LN),高氮(HN),低氮配施碳(LNC)和高氮配施碳(HNC)。结果表明,土壤有机碳含量较高的黄棕壤各处理N_2O与CO_2排放均高于紫色土。与对照相比,单施氮肥显著促进了两种土壤N_2O排放,紫色土HN处理N_2O排放最高,而黄棕壤LN处理最高;与单施氮肥相比,LNC和HNC处理均显著降低了紫色土N_2O排放,而黄棕壤仅LNC处理N_2O排放显著降低。外源碳的输入显著提高了两种土壤CO_2排放,但单施氮肥对CO_2排放影响不明显。黄棕壤N_2O排放通量与CO_2排放通量呈极显著正相关,而紫色土N_2O排放通量与CO_2排放通量没有相关关系。上述结果说明,外加可溶性碳氮源对土壤呼吸及硝化-反硝化强度有一定的激发效应。田亚男 张水清 林杉 Muhammad Shaaban 何志龙 2015农业环境科学学报2015,34,12:8
5Watermarking of Digital Images in Frequency Domain显示文摘Invisible watermarking methods have been applied in frequency domains, trying to embed a small image inside a large original image. The original bitmap image will be converted into frequency domain to obtain the discrete cosine transform (DCT) matrices from its blocks. The bits of the logo image are embedded in random color components of the original image, as well as in random positions in each selected block. These positions are alternating current (AC) coefficients of the DCT matrix. The randomness is obtained from RC4 pseudorandom bit generator that determines in which color component this logo image bits will be embedded. 7Challenges in COVID-19 drug treatment in patients with advanced liver diseases:A hepatology perspective显示文摘The global incidence of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)continues to increase despite health care efforts.The disease is caused by coronavirus 2 with high transmission and mortality rates.Little is known about the management of COVID-19 in advanced liver disease.The aim of work was to propose a plan for management of this drastic disease in case of this specific population with review of medications that could be suitable for advanced liver disease.All the guidelines and medications available for treatment of COVID-19 were reviewed with selection of the less toxic medications that could be used in advanced liver disease.Drugs suitable to manage COVID-19 in patients with liver disease might include remdesivir intravenously,nitazoxanide+sofosbuvir,ivermectin,tocilizumab,convalescent plasma,and low molecular weight heparin in certain situations.Advanced liver disease is associated with portal hypertension and splenomegaly with reduction of blood elements and immune dysfunction and impaired T cell function.Thus,when confronted by cytokine storm as an immune response to COVID-19,there may be an increase in the mortality rate of these patients.Through this review,a plan to treat COVID-19 in this special group of patients with advanced cirrhosis is proposed.Amr Shaaban Hanafy Sherief Abd-Elsalam 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,46:4

10Visible light communication for intelligent transportation systems:A review of the latest technologies显示文摘In seeking to improve traffic congestion and safety on roads and highways,there has been an increased interest in intelligent transportation systems(ITS).The emerging visible light communication(VLC)technology is a new candidate to enable wireless access in ITS.The purpose of this study is to present a comprehensive review of the current studies related to VLC.Since VLC facilitates illumination and data communication simultaneously,it reduces energy consumption significantly.Additionally,VLC is immune to electromagnetic interference,provides high data security,and utilizes unregulated visible light spectrum,showing promise as a potentially cheaper alternative to existing radio frequency(RF)based technology.Moreover,recent advances in semiconductor materials and solid-state technologies have enabled the development of efficient light-emitting diodes(LEDs)and laser diodes(LDs)which are used as transmitters in a VLC system.Although 10 s of Gbits/s data rate has been demonstrated in indoor VLC links,successful implementation of it in outdoor environments requires further research to overcome the challenges presented by environmental factors,unwanted lights,non-line of sight communication,directional radiation pattern,frequent fragmentation,and so on.Besides,in recent years,semiconductor LDs have been garnering more attention since they can transmit more data over longer distances due to their high quantum efficiency and modulation bandwidth compared to LEDs.As a result,urban planners,policy-makers,transportation engineers,and vehicle manufacturers are considering LD-based VLC to facilitate vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure communication.Thus,this paper reviews and compares the most recent developments in VLC technologies,identifies their benefits and potential use in ITS applications,discusses the probable barriers for their implementation in our existing transportation infrastructure,and suggests future research directions and recommendations to overcome these challenges.Khaled Shaaban Md Hosne Mobarok Shamim Khadija Abdur-Rouf 2021Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2021,8,4:3
11橡胶木屑基活性炭—聚氨酯复合材料的制备及其微波吸收性能(英文)显示文摘采用ZnCl2对橡胶木屑进行化学活化制备出活性炭。ZnCl2与橡胶木屑的浸渍质量比为1.0-2.0,活化温度为500℃,时间为60min。通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射和BET比表面分析仪探讨浸渍比例对活性炭孔结构的影响。结果表明,当浸渍比为1.5∶1时,样品的比表面积和孔径分别为1301m2/g和0.37cm3/g。通过化学发泡工艺将不同质量分数(1%,2%,3%,5%,8%)的活性炭填充至聚氨酯中制备出聚氨酯复合材料。在1-5GHz频率范围内,复合材料吸收微波。随着活性炭含量增加,在1-3GHz范围内,介电常数(ε’)和回波损耗增加。活性炭含量为8%时复合材料的介电常数达到最大值3.0。在1.8GHz时,复合材料的回波损耗为10dB。在-2.5GHz,电磁屏蔽效率大于3dB。与传统聚合物材料如填加金属的聚氨酯和聚酯相比,所制复合材料呈微波段吸收,可作为电磁屏蔽材料。Azizah Shaaban Sian-Meng Se Imran Mohd Ibrahim Qumrul Ahsan 2015新型炭材料2015,30,2:3

13Effectiveness of hepatitis B virus vaccination program in Egypt:Multicenter national project显示文摘AIM:To assess the effectiveness of hepatitis B virus(HBV) vaccination program among fully vaccinated children.METHODS:A national community based crosssectional study was carried out in 6 governorates representing Egypt. A total of 3600 children aged from 9 mo to 16 years who were fully vaccinated with HBV vaccine during infancy were recruited. Face to face interviews were carried out and sera were evaluated for hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsA g),anti-HBV core antibodies(total) and quantitative detection of hepatitis B surface antibody using enzyme linked immunoassays techniques. Samples positive to HBs Ag/anti-HBV core antibodies were subjected to quantitative HBV-DNA detection by real time polymerase chain reaction with 3.8 IU/L detection limit. RESULTS:Sero-protection was detected among 2059 children(57.2%) with geometric mean titers 75.4 ± 3.6 IU/L compared to 3.1 ± 2.1 IU/L among nonseroprotected children. Multivariate logistic analysis revealed that older age and female gender were the significant predicting variables for having non seroprotective level,with adjusted odds ratio 3.3,9.1and 14.2 among children aged 5 to < 10,10 to < 15 and ≥ 15 years respectively compared to those < 5 years and 1.1 among girls compared to boys with P < 0.01. HBs Ag was positive in 0.11% and breakthrough infection was 0.36% and 0.39% depending on positivity of anti-HBc and DNA detection respectively. The prevalence of HBV infection was significantly higher among children aged ≥ 7 years(0.59%) compared to 0.07% among younger children with odds ratio equal to 8.4(95%CI:1.1-64.2) and P < 0.01.The prevalence was higher among girls(0.48%) than boys(0.29%) with P > 0.05. 14Assessing soil nitrous oxide emission as affected by phosphorus and nitrogen addition under two moisture levels显示文摘Agricultural soils are deficient of phosphorus(P) worldwide. Phosphatic fertilizers are therefore applied to agricultural soils to improve the fertility and to increase the crop yield. However, the effect of phosphorus application on soil N_2O emissions has rarely been studied. Therefore, we conducted a laboratory study to investigate the effects P addition on soil N_2O emissions from P deficient alluvial soil under two levels of nitrogen(N) fertilizer and soil moisture. Treatments were arranged as follows: P(0 and 20 mg P kg^(–1)) was applied to soil under two moisture levels of 60 and 90% water filled pore space(WFPS). Each P and moisture treatment was further treated with two levels of N fertilizer(0 and 200 mg N kg^(–1) as urea). Soil variables including mineral nitrogen(NH_4^+-N and NO_3~–-N), available P, dissolved organic carbon(DOC), and soil N_2O emissions were measured throughout the study period of 50 days. Results showed that addition of P increased N_2O emissions either under 60% WFPS or 90% WFPS conditions. Higher N_2O emissions were observed under 90% WFPS when compared to 60% WFPS. Application of N fertilizer also enhanced N_2O emissions and the highest emissions were 141 μg N_2O kg^(–1) h^(–1) in P+N treatment under 90% WFPS.
