1Research on the application of 4-weighted fractional Fourier transform in communication system显示文摘The paper reveals the relationship between the weighting coefficients and weighted functions via the research of coefficients matrix and based on the original definition of 4-weighted fractional Fourier transform(4-WFRFT).The multi-parameters expression of weighting coefficients are given.Moreover, the 4-WFRFT of discrete sequences is defined by introducing DFT into it, which makes it suitable for digital communication systems.After analyzing the properties of WFRFT, a typical scheme for modulation/demodulation is proposed, which could make the statistics properties of the real and image part on both of the time and frequency domain and the phase properties have a significant variation.Such a variation could be controlled by the adjustment of transform parameters.If the WFRFT of multi-parameters is implemented, it will be more difficult to intercept and capture the modulated signals than normal.MEI Lin SHA XueJun RAN QinWen ZHANG NaiTong 2010Science China(Information Sciences)2010,53,6:25

3Guaranteeing Wireless Communication Secrecy via a WFRFT-Based Cooperative System显示文摘In this paper, a weighted fractional Fourier transform(WFRFT) based cooperative overlay system, aiming to guarantee physical layer(PHY) security, is proposed. The paper elaborates how WFRFT and physical layer properties of the wireless medium are collaborated to guarantee the secrecy of wireless transmissions. In the proposed system, WFRFT is first preform on the secret data, such that the transmitted signal is distorted and can only be neutralized by inverse-WFRFT with the same parameter. And then two streams of the transformed sequences that bearing different messages are cooperatively and simultaneously transmitted to two legitimate receivers via a beamforming-liked method, respectively. In general, both the rapid spatial decorrelation property and the inherent security features of WFRFT are leveraged, such that only the eavesdropper's is degraded, and hence, the wireless communication secrecy is reliably guaranteed. 6Advances and development trends in eco-friendly pavements显示文摘The major contemporary in road pavement engineering is related to the creation of green and sustainable infrastructures,e.g.,reduction of environmental impacts,increase in traffic safety,and transportation efficiency,etc.This review presents the recent trends in research and the technical solutions developed so far to address these challenges.After the analysis of research status in the past decades,a novel technology system of eco-friendly pavements is proposed considering two solutions,materials modification and structure improvement.The construction of an eco-friendly pavement can be achieved thanks to several different technologies ensuring permeable,noise-reducing,self-luminous,and exhaust-decomposing properties as well as apporting lower heat absorbing and enhanced anti-/de-icing characteristics.A systematic review of these technologies is presented pivoting on four main aspects:technical principle,material and structural composition,performance evaluation,and engineering application.The current trend in road engineering is combining the pavement infrastructure with various eco-friendly functions,e.g.,water permeability,noise reduction,low heat absorption,exhaust gas decomposition,and anti-/de-icing.Finally,the review lists the drawbacks of the existing technologies,including high cost,single function,etc.,and depicts the future developing direction and architecture of the next generation of eco-friendly pavements in which the road infrastructure should have more environmentally friendly functions than the existing technology.Aimin Sha Zhuangzhuang Liu Wei Jiang Lin Qi Liqun Hu Wenxiu Jiao Diego Maria Barbieri 2021Journal of Road Engineering2021,1,1:9

9Three-dimensional dynamic contrast-enhanced MR angiography for evaluating recipient vessels in orthotopic liver transplantation显示文摘BACKGROUND:With the improvement of MR technology, three-dimensional dynamic contrast-enhanced MR angiography(3D-DCE-MRA)may be the optimal vascular imaging method for preoperative evaluation of liver transplantation candidates.This study was undertaken to determine the value of 3D-DCE-MRA in the assessment of recipient vessels in orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT). METHODS:The surgical and pathological records were taken as the'gold standards'.Eighteen cases of OLT were retrospectively analyzed to assess the image quality of MRA,including the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)in arteries and veins,depiction of vascular variation and vessel disease, and the accuracy of vascular diameter measurement. RESULTS:3D-DCE-MRA of 34 cases was carried out before OLT.The rates(excellent and good)showing hepatic arteries and portal vein for 3D-DCE-MRA were 94.1%(32/34)and 88.2%(30/34),respectively.The SNRs of the celiac axis and portal vein measurements from 3D-DCE-MRA were 20.58±3.74 and 13.43±4.12, and the mean diameters were 3.4±0.3 mm and 13.1±3.2 mm,respectively.There were 5 cases of vessel variation according to the Michel's classification.Of the 34 patients, 18 were compared radiologically and pathologically.The accuracy of depiction of the hepatic artery and portal vein with 3D-DCE-MRA was 100%for both;3D-DCE-MRA precisely assessed 4 cases of more than moderate stenosis in hepatic arteries,2 cases of small-caliber hepatic artery 3 cases of venous stenosis at the second porta hepatis, 6 cases of collateral vasculature,1 case of portal vein thrombosis and 1 case of portal vein aneurysm;all were confirmed pathologically.CONCLUSION:3D-DCE-MRA may be the first choice for recipient vascular assessment before OLT.Bian, Jie Sha, Lin Yang, Chao Sun, Chuan-Shu 2008Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International2008,7,5:8
10Research progress on microstructure evolution of semi-solid aluminum alloys in ultrasonic field and their rheocasting显示文摘The effects of ultrasonic vibration(UV)treatment on microstructure of semi-solid aluminum alloys and the application of UV in rheocasting process are reviewed.Good semi-solid slurry can be produced by high-intensity UV process for aluminum alloys.The microstructures of Al-Si,Al-Mg and Al-Cu alloys produced by rheocasting assisted with UV are compact and with fine grains.The mechanical properties of the UV treated alloys are increased by about 20%-30%.Grain refinement of the alloys is generally considered because of cavitation and acoustic streaming caused by UV.Apart from these mechanisms,a hypothesis of the fuse of dendrite root caused by capillary infiltration in the ultrasonic field,as well as a mechanism of crystallites falling off from the mould-wall and crystal multiplication by mechanical vibration effect in indirect ultrasonic vibration are proposed to explain the microstructure evolution of the alloys.Wu Shusen Lin Chong Lü Shulin Sha Meng 2014China Foundry2014,11,4:7
11GENISTEIN INHIBITS PROLIFERATION OF HUMAN ENDOMETRIAL ENDOTHELIAL CELL IN VITRO显示文摘Objective To explore the effect of genistein on proliferation of human endometrial endothelial cells(HEECs)and glandular epithelium.Methods In vitro HEECs and human endometrial cancer-1B cell(HEC-1B)were cultured with 0,1,10,50,100,and 200 μmol/L of genistein alone or indicated concentrations of genistein combined with 0.2 or 1 nmol/L 17β-estradiol(17β-E2).Cell proliferation was determined by[3H]-thymidine incorporation and cell cycle was measured by flow cytometry.Results After 96 hours of treatment,genistein inhibited the proliferation of HEECs in a dose-dependent manner.The stimulation index reduced from 100%(without genistein treatment)to about 1%(200 μmol/L genistein).HEECs were arrested at G1/0 and G2/M phase when treated with genistein for 96 hours.When the concentration of genistein was 200 μmol/L,the percentages of HEECs at G1/0,G2/M,and S phase were 96.0%,2.1%,and 1.9%,respectively.However,when HEECs were treated without genistein,the percentages of HEECs at G1/0,G2/M,and S phase were 76.7%,8.5%,and 14.7%,respectively.17β-E2 could not influence the effects of genistein on the proliferation of HEECs.Meanwhile,genistein could suppress the proliferation of HEC-1B.If the stimulation index of HEC-1B was defined as 100% when HEC-1B was treated with different doses of 17β-E2(without genistein),it was 67%,19%,as well as 32% when cell was supplemented with 200 μmol/L genistein combined with 0,0.2,or 1 nmol/L 17β-E2,respectively.Conclusion Genistein at the concentration of 200 μmol/L can sufficiently inhibit the proliferation of HEECs and endometrial glandular epithelium simultaneously in vitro.Gui-hua Sha Shou-qing Lin 2008Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2008,23,1:6

13PIV EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF INSTANTANEOUS FLOW CHARACTERISTICS OF CIRCULAR ORIFICE SYNTHETIC JET显示文摘The instantaneous flow characteristics of circular orifice synthetic jet was experimentally studied by a phase-locked Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) system. The instantaneous flowfields, including the forming, developing and breaking down of the vortex for the jet were clearly shown by the PIV experimental results. As the basis of the study of the instantaneous flow, 36 images were taken and phase-averaged for each condition. The PIV experiment was mainly focused on the time evolution of the vortex pairs formed in the push cycle, the saddle point existing in the suck cycle, the variation of the centerline velocity in the whole cycle and the cross-stream velocity profiles and their self-similarity. Finally, the orifice depth was changed from 1.5 mm to 2 mm and 3.5 mm in order to study the effect of different orifice depths on the flow structure, which shows that at all stream wise sections, the peak of the mass flux and momentum flux increases as the orifice depth increases. 14Lipoprotein(a) as a Marker for Predicting the Presence and Severity of Coronary Artery Disease in Untreated Chinese Patients Undergoing Coronary Angiography显示文摘Objective Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) has been well known as the risk factor of coronary artery disease(CAD). However, the role of lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)] in the development of CAD is of great interest but still controversial. Thus, we aim to explore the effect of Lp(a) on predicting the presence and severity of CAD in Chinese untreated patients, especially in combination with LDL-C. Methods We consecutively recruited 1,980 non-treated patients undergoing coronary angiography, among which 1,162 patients were diagnosed with CAD. Gensini score(GS) was used to assess the severity of CAD. Lp(a) was measured by immunoturbidimetric method. Results Patients with CAD had higher level of LDL-C and Lp(a) compared with non-CAD(P < 0.05). Multivariable logistic regression revealed that Lp(a) > 205 mg/L(highest tertile) predicted 1.437-fold risk for CAD(95% CI: 1.108-1.865, P = 0.006) and 1.480-fold risk for high GS(95% CI: 1.090-2.009, P = 0.012) respectively. Interestingly, concomitant elevated level of Lp(a) and LDL-C conferred the highest risk for both presence [OR = 1.845, 95% CI: 1.339-2.541, P < 0.001] and severity [OR = 1.736, 95% CI: 1.188-2.538, P = 0.004] of CAD. 16Circulating MicroRNAs as Novel Diagnostic Biomarkers for Very Early-onset(≤40 years) Coronary Artery Disease显示文摘Objective Very early-onset coronary artery disease(CAD) is a great challenge in cardiovascular medicine throughout the world,especially regarding its early diagnosis.This study explored whether circulating micro RNAs(mi RNAs) could be used as potential biomarkers for patients with very early-onset CAD.Methods We performed an initial screening of mi RNA expression using RNA isolated from 20 patients with angiographically documented very early-onset CAD and 20 age-and sex-matched normal controls.For further confirmation,we prospectively examined the mi RNAs selected from 40 patients with very early-onset CAD and 40 angiography-normal controls.Results A total of 22 overexpressed mi RNAs and 22 underexpressed mi RNAs were detected in the initial screening.RT-q PCR analysis of the mi RNAs obtained from the initial screening revealed that four mi RNAs including mi R-196-5p,mi R-3163-3p,mi R-145-3p,and mi R-190a-5p exhibited significantly decreased expression in patients compared with that in controls(P<0.05).The areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve for these mi RNAs were 0.824(95% CI,0.731-0.917;P<0.001),0.758(95% CI,0.651-0.864;P<0.001),0.753(95% CI,0.643-0.863;P<0.001),and 0.782(95% CI,0.680-0.884;P<0.001),respectively,in the validation set.Conclusion To our knowledge,this is an advanced study to report about four serum mi RNAs(mi R-196-5p,mi R-3163-3p,mi R-145-3p,and mi R-190a-5p) that could be used as novel biomarkers for the diagnosis of very early-onset CAD.DU Ying YANG Sheng Hua LI Sha CUI Chuan Jue ZHANG Yan ZHU Cheng Gang GUO Yuan Lin WU Na Qiong GAO Ying SUN Jing DONG Qian LIU Geng LI Jian Jun 2016Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2016,29,8:5
17BER analysis of STBC hybrid carrier system based on WFRFT with frequency domain equalization显示文摘The inherent characteristic of hybrid carrier(HC) scheme based on the weighted-type fractional Fourier transform(WFRFT) is revealed. The proposed linear combination of single carrier(SC) and multicarrier's(MC) characteristics is helpful to balance the conflicting requirements and achieve the comparative analysis of SC/MC. As an example, analytical SER/BER expressions of HC system with zero forcing(ZF)and minimum mean square error(MMSE) equalization are derived. In addition, the derived BER expressions are extended to multi-input systems. 20A Teosinte-derived Allele of a MYB Transcription Repressor Confers Multiple Disease Resistance in Maize.显示文摘Natural alleles controlling multiple disease resistances (MDR) are valuable for crop breeding. However, only one MDR gene have been cloned in maize, and molecular mechanisms of MDR are not clear. By map-based cloning, we have cloned a teosinte-derived allele of a resistance gene, Mexicana lesion mimic 1 (ZmMM1), which has a lesion mimic phenotype and confers resistance to northern leaf blight (NLB), gray leaf spot (GLS) and southern corn rust (SCR). Strong MDR conferred by the teosinte allele is linked with the polymorphisms in the 3' untranslated region of the ZmMM1 gene that cause increased accumulation of ZmMM1 protein. ZmMM1 acts as a transcription repressor and negatively regulates transcription of specific target genes including ZmMM1-target gene 3 (ZmMT3), which functions as a negative regulator of plant immunity and associated cell death.
