1Nonlinear Dynamics and Stability of Neural Networks with Delay-Time显示文摘In this paper we study the dynamic properties and stabilities of neural networks with delay-time (which includes the time-varying case) by differential inequalities and Lyapunov function approaches. The criteria of connective stability, robust stability, Lyapunov stability, asymptotic atability, exponential stability and Lagrange stability of neural networks with delay-time are established, and the results obtained are very useful for the design, implementation and application of adaptive learning neural networks.L. 2Interactive Fault Localization Using Test Information显示文摘Debugging is a time-consuming task in software development.Although various automated approaches have been proposed,they are not effective enough.On the other hand,in manual debugging,developers have difficulty in choosing breakpoints.To address these problems and help developers locate faults effectively,we propose an interactive fault-localization framework,combining the benefits of automated approaches and manual debugging.Before the fault is found,this framework continuously recommends checking points based on statements' suspicions,which are calculated according to the execution information of test cases and the feedback information from the developer at earlier checking points.Then we propose a naive approach,which is an initial implementation of this framework.However,with this naive approach or manual debugging,developers' wrong estimation of whether the faulty statement is executed before the checking point(breakpoint) may make the debugging process fail.So we propose another robust approach based on this framework, handling cases where developers make mistakes during the fault-localization process.We performed two experimental studies and the results show that the two interactive approaches are quite effective compared with existing fault-localization approaches.Moreover,the robust approach can help developers find faults when they make wrong estimation at some checking points.郝丹 张路 Senior Member 谢涛 梅宏 孙家骕 2009Journal of Computer Science & Technology2009,24,5:3
3Leapfrog:Optimal Opportunistic Routing in Probabilistically Contacted Delay Tolerant Networks显示文摘Delay tolerant networks(DTNs) experience frequent and long lasting network disconnection due to various reasons such as mobility,power management,and scheduling.One primary concern in DTNs is to route messages to keep the end-to-end delivery delay as low as possible.In this paper,we study the single-copy message routing problem and propose an optimal opportunistic routing strategy—Leapfrog Routing—for probabilistically contacted DTNs where nodes encounter or contact in some fixed probabilities.We deduce the iterative computation formulate of minimum expected opportunistic delivery delay from each node to the destination,and discover that under the optimal opportunistic routing strategy,messages would be delivered from high-delay node to low-delay node in the leapfrog manner.Rigorous theoretical analysis shows that such a routing strategy is exactly the optimal among all possible ones.Moreover,we apply the idea of Reverse Dijkstra algorithm to design an algorithm.When a destination is given,this algorithm can determine for each node the routing selection function under the Leapfrog Routing strategy.The computation overhead of this algorithm is only O(n^2) where n is the number of nodes in the network.In addition,through extensive simulations based on real DTN traces,we demonstrate that our algorithm can significantly outperform the previous ones.肖明军 黄刘生 Senior Member 董群峰 刘安 杨振国 2009Journal of Computer Science & Technology2009,24,5:3
4Global-to-Local Approach to Rigorously Developing Distributed System with Exception Handling显示文摘Cooperative distributed system covers a wide range of applications such as the systems for industrial controlling and business-to-business trading, which are usually safety-critical. Coordinated exception handling (CEH) refers to exception handling in the cooperative distributed systems, where exceptions raised on a peer should be dealt with by all relevant peers in a consistent manner. Some CEH algorithms have been proposed. A crucial problem in using these algorithms is how to develop the peers which are guaranteed coherent in both normal execution and exceptional execution. Straightforward testing or model checking is very expensive. In this paper, we propose an e?ective way to rigorously develop the systems with correct CEH behavior. Firstly, we formalize the CEH algorithm by proposing a Peer Process Language to precisely describe the distributed systems and their operational semantics. Then we dig out a set of syntactic conditions, and prove its su?ciency for system coherence. Finally, we propose a global-to-local approach, including a language describing the distributed systems from a global perspective and a projection algorithm, for developing the systems. Given a well-formed global description, a set of peers can be generated automatically. 6An Ellipsoidal Set-Membership Approach to Distributed Joint State and Sensor Fault Estimation of Autonomous Ground Vehicles显示文摘This paper is concerned with the problem of distributed joint state and sensor fault estimation for autonomous ground vehicles subject to unknown-but-bounded(UBB)external disturbance and measurement noise.In order to improve the estimation reliability and performance in cases of poor data collection and potential communication interruption,a multisensor network configuration is presented to cooperatively measure the vehicular yaw rate,and further compute local state and fault estimates.Toward this aim,an augmented descriptor vehicle model is first established,where the unknown sensor fault is modeled as an auxiliary state of the system model.Then,a new distributed ellipsoidal set-membership estimation approach is developed so as to construct an optimized bounding ellipsoidal set which guarantees to contain the vehicle’s true state and the sensor fault at each time step despite the existence of UBB disturbance and measurement noises.Furthermore,a convex optimization algorithm is put forward such that the gain matrix of each distributed estimator can be recursively obtained.Finally,simulation results are provided to validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.Eman Mousavinejad Xiaohua Ge Senior Member Qing-Long Han Teng Joon Lim Ljubo Vlacic 2021IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2021,8,6:2
7Parallel LDPC Decoding on GPUs Using a Stream-Based Computing Approach显示文摘Low-Density Parity-Check(LDPC) codes are powerful error correcting codes adopted by recent communication standards.LDPC decoders are based on belief propagation algorithms,which make use of a Tanner graph and very intensive message-passing computation,and usually require hardware-based dedicated solutions.With the exponential increase of the computational power of commodity graphics processing units(GPUs),new opportunities have arisen to develop general purpose processing on GPUs.This paper proposes the use of GPUs for implementing flexible and programmable LDPC decoders.A new stream-based approach is proposed,based on compact data structures to represent the Tanner graph.It is shown that such a challenging application for stream-based computing,because of irregular memory access patterns,memory bandwidth and recursive flow control constraints,can be efficiently implemented on GPUs.The proposal was experimentally evaluated by programming LDPC decoders on GPUs using the Caravela platform,a generic interface tool for managing the kernels' execution regardless of the GPU manufacturer and operating system.Moreover,to relatively assess the obtained results,we have also implemented LDPC decoders on general purpose processors with Streaming Single Instruction Multiple Data(SIMD) Extensions.Experimental results show that the solution proposed here efficiently decodes several codewords simultaneously,reducing the processing time by one order of magnitude.Gabriel Falcao Student Member Shinichi Yamagiwa Vitor Silva Leonel Sousa Senior Member 2009Journal of Computer Science & Technology2009,24,5:2
