1油气成藏定年的Re-Os同位素方法应用研究显示文摘Re和Os易于被有机物捕获而富集,并长期稳定地保存在烃源岩、原油和沥青中而保持良好的封闭体系。可以对烃源岩、原油和沥青进行Re-Os同位素直接定年,获得与油气成藏相关的精确的绝对年龄信息。Re-Os同位素实验分析包括样品的溶解、Re和Os的化学分离与纯化、Re和Os同位素的质谱测定。原油中沥青质组分的Re,Os同位素组成能够近似代表全油的Re,Os同位素组成,对原油进行Re-Os同位素分析实质就是对原油中的沥青质组分中的Re-Os同位素体系进行分析,其年龄记录的是油气生成的年龄,原油和烃源岩的187 Os/188 Os比值的对比可以进行油源示踪。沥青Re-Os同位素等时线年龄揭示的是油气大量生成运移的时间,年龄数据分散的主要原因是具有不同187 Os/188 Os初始比值的烃源岩对Re-Os体系的贡献。川西龙门山北段矿山梁下寒武统沥青Re-Os同位素组成和等时线年龄指示了油气生成和运移的时间发生在~164 Ma,并来源于两种烃源岩。Re-Os同位素体系的封闭性、等时线年龄的精度和油气地质意义、烃源岩多期熟化作用和混源作用的影响等方面还值得进一步深入研究。Re-Os同位素方法将在油气成藏年代学领域,特别是在碳酸盐岩地区的油气成藏定年方面具有广泛的应用前景。沈传波 David Selby 梅廉夫 阮小燕 胡守志 刘昭茜 彭蕾 2011矿物岩石2011,31,4:22
2岩基后成矿作用:来自小兴安岭鹿鸣超大型钼矿的证据显示文摘小兴安岭鹿鸣钼矿是新近发现的斑岩型超大型钼矿。尽管近年有一些新年龄和新资料发表,但是关于矿区的成岩、成矿事件的时代和成因仍有很大争议。本文采用LA ICP-MS锆石U-Pb、辉钼矿Re-Os以及黑云母40Ar-39Ar等测年方法分别对矿区的花岗斑岩、辉钼矿、以及二长花岗岩(下文称鹿鸣花岗岩)中的黑云母开展年代学研究。结果显示矿区花岗斑岩形成于174.0±2Ma(MSWD=3.2);辉钼矿等时线年龄为177.8±2.3Ma(MSWD=0.078),辉钼矿模式年龄加权平均值为177.5±1.2Ma(MSWD=0.058)。黑云母40Ar-39Ar 900~1400℃坪年龄为175.9±1.1Ma,表明鹿鸣花岗岩形成于约176Ma(之前)。因此结合野外、岩相学、前人结果等,认为鹿鸣花岗岩岩基成岩在前(〉176Ma),花岗斑岩成岩在后(约174Ma左右),成矿应当在花岗斑岩成岩近同时或稍后,为早侏罗世末期。花岗斑岩含有浸染状硫化物,表明花岗斑岩体是致矿侵入体,鹿鸣(二长)花岗岩岩基仅仅是钼矿的围岩。岩石地球化学特征,尤其是Mg O含量较高,高Sr低Y等特征,以及构造环境判别显示鹿鸣花岗岩岩基和花岗斑岩形成于与俯冲有关的火山弧环境。在早侏罗世早-中期,该区在北部蒙古-鄂霍茨克海和东部的饶河、伊佐那崎洋联合汇聚下形成俯冲带之上的加厚地壳,此时与地幔楔发生过反应的幔源岩浆底侵产生广泛的壳幔相互作用,形成鹿鸣花岗岩的岩基。随后加厚下地壳拆沉导致鹿鸣花岗岩岩基快速隆升,在地壳浅部,与来自于深部的花岗斑岩岩浆(+钼矿和深部流体)相遇,后者侵入到鹿鸣花岗岩岩基中,形成了斑岩及辉钼矿矿床。据此,提出鹿鸣钼矿属于岩基后成矿作用的产物。刘翠 邓晋福 罗照华 田世攀 张昱 钟长汀 SELBY David 赵寒冬 2014岩石学报2014,30,11:15

4Prospective randomized controlled trial evaluating cap-assisted colonoscopy vs standard colonoscopy显示文摘AIM: To study the significance of cap-fitted colonoscopy in improving cecal intubation time and polyp detection rate. METHODS: This study was a prospective randomized controlled trial conducted from March 2008 to February 2009 in a tertiary referral hospital at Sydney. The primary end point was cecal intubation time and the secondary endpoint was polyp detection rate. Consecutive cases of total colonoscopy over a 1-year period were recruited. Randomization into either standard colonoscopy (SC) or cap-assisted colonoscopy (CAC) was performed after consent was obtained. For cases randomized to CAC, one of the three sizes of cap was used: D-201-15004 (with a diameter of 15.3 mm), D-201-14304 (14.6 mm) and D-201-12704 (13.0 mm). All of these caps were produced by Olympus Medical Systems, Japan. Independent predictors for faster cecal time and better polyp detection rate were also determined from this study. RESULTS: There were 200 cases in each group. There was no signif icant difference in terms of demographic characteristics between the two groups. CAC, when compared to the SC group, had no signif icant difference in terms of cecal intubation rate (96.0% vs 97.0%, P = 0.40) and time (9.94 ± 7.05 min vs 10.34 ± 6.82 min, P = 0.21), or polyp detection rate (32.8% vs 31.3%, P = 0.75). On the subgroup analysis, there was no significant difference in terms of cecal intubation time by trainees (88.1% vs 84.8%, P = 0.40), ileal intubation rate (82.5% vs 79.0%, P = 0.38) or total colonoscopy time (23.24 ± 13.95 min vs 22.56 ± 9.94 min, P = 0.88). On multivariate analysis, the independent determinants of faster cecal time were consultant-performed procedures (P < 0.001), male patients (P < 0.001), non-usage of hyoscine (P < 0.001) and better bowel preparation (P = 0.01). The determinants of better polyp detection rate were older age (P < 0.001), no history of previous abdominal surgery (P = 0.04), patients not having esophagogastroduodenoscopy in the same setting (P = 0.003), trainee-performed procedures (P = 0.01), usage of hyoscine (P = 0.01) and procedures performed for polyp follow-up (P = 0.01). The limitations of the study were that it was a single-center experience, no blinding was possible, and there were a large number of endoscopists. 5准噶尔盆地西北缘深部烃类流体与表生氧化流体叠合铀成矿作用显示文摘为查明准噶尔盆地西北缘中、下侏罗统砂岩铀矿化成因及其与烃类流体间的关系。通过对目的层油砂提取物碳同位素和Re-Os同位素测试,得出目的层中的烃类主要是深部油气藏在晚侏罗世-早白垩世时期(155±51 Ma)遭受构造破坏逸散后充注的,初始来源于玛湖坳陷下二叠统风城组烃源岩。结合野外地质调查、岩心宏观及镜下微观鉴定,得出目的层砂岩在烃类流体充注前后分别遭受过后生氧化作用。前期古氧化作用程度强,发育赤铁矿化,成矿潜力大;而后期氧化为近现代氧化,强度偏弱,以褐铁矿化为主,时代新,成矿规模小。最终,建立了该区中、下侏罗统砂岩烃类流体还原与后生氧化耦合的四阶段铀成矿模式:(1)八道湾组-西山窑组期间为原生还原性含矿建造形成期;(2)头屯河组-齐古组期间为古层间氧化带及其古铀矿床形成期;(3)齐古组晚期-新近纪末为烃类流体充注还原与泥岩超覆掩盖期;(4)第四纪以来为近现代层间氧化带及其铀矿体形成期。该模式的提出对含油气盆地内砂岩型铀矿找矿具有指导意义。黄少华 秦明宽 许强 何中波 刘章月 SELBY David 2018地质学报2018,92,7:9
6准噶尔盆地西北缘超覆带侏罗系油砂地球化学特征及Re-Os同位素定年显示文摘盆地边缘浅部的油气充注史研究是探讨油气流体和砂岩型铀矿关系面临的关键难题。对准噶尔盆地西北缘超覆带侏罗系油砂提取物进行饱和烃GC-MS分析、碳同位素测试及Re-Os同位素定年。结果表明,样品普遍遭受了至少5级的生物降解,部分甾烷化合物参数已不能客观反映油源特征。而萜烷抗降解能力强,其分布谱图比较相似,C20、C21、C23三环萜烷的相对丰度呈'上升型';C23/H比值为0.75~1.34;G/H比值为0.27~0.65;以上指示了石油的母质以湖相低等水生生物输入为主,形成于半咸水、偏还原的沉积环境。样品的氯仿沥青'A'及族组分的碳同位素组成较轻且几乎一致,均低于-28‰,进一步表明该区侏罗系中的石油具有相同来源,初始来源于玛湖坳陷二叠系风城组,而与佳木河组和乌尔禾组的关系不大。油砂Re-Os同位素测年首次获得了等时线年龄为(155±51)Ma,表明西北缘侏罗系在晚侏罗世—早白垩世发生了一期大规模的油气充注,进而掩盖和保护了中、下侏罗统于中、晚侏罗世阶段形成的古层间氧化带型铀矿体,并增加了找矿难度。黄少华 秦明宽 David SELBY 刘银山 许强 何中波 刘章月 刘俊杰 2018地学前缘2018,25,2:6

10Low-Temperature Performance of Chinese Automotive Engine Oils-Status and Perspectives显示文摘Performance of automotive engine oils at low temperature has been extensively investigated in the last 50 years.The resulting understanding of engine oil rheology has been used to devise bench tests that predict their per- formance under cold starting conditions.Cold starting the engine has been essentially overcome for passenger car en- gines with fuel injection but pumpability of the engine oil has grown more demanding.Two tests(MRV TP1 and the Scanning Brookfield Technique with Gelation Index measurement)have become the measures of quality in pumpabili- ty response at low temperatures.As such they have become ASTM Methods and are included in a number of interna- tional specifications such as SAE J300 and ILSAC/API GF-1,2,3,and 4 accompanied by appropriate limits. For a number of years,the Institute of Materials(IOM) has generated a database for Asia-Pacific engine oils for IOM Subscribers.This database can be used to assess and compare the performance of Chinese engine oils at low temperature to one another and to the larger world of engine oils also covered by the IOM database.This IOM survey of Asia-Pacific provides a complete 36-test analysis of 300 passenger car engine oils from the region including a wide range of chemical analysis,rheological measurements and performance assessments.In this paper we concen- trate on the low temperature analysis of the rheology of samples collected in China since 2000. The important factors affecting formulation of engine oils in China today are: 1.The recent inclusion of the MRV TP-1 and Scanning Brookfield Gelation Index requirements in China's National Standards for engine oil quality; 2.The availability of higher quality oils; 3.The higher treat rate of additives will require increased attention from the formulators in the selection of VI Improvers and Pour Point Depressants(PPDs). 12Hidden risks associated with conventional short intermittent hemodialysis:A call for action to mitigate cardiovascular risk and morbidity显示文摘The development of maintenance hemodialysis(HD)for end stage kidney disease patients is a success story that continues to save many lives.Nevertheless,intermittent renal replacement therapy is also a source of recurrent stress for patients.Conventional thrice weekly short HD is an imperfect treatment that only partially corrects uremic abnormalities,increases cardiovascular risk,and exacerbates disease burden.Altering cycles of fluid loading associated with cardiac stretching(interdialytic phase)and then fluid unloading(intradialytic phase)likely contribute to cardiac and vascular damage.This unphysiologic treatment profile combined with cyclic disturbances including osmotic and electrolytic shifts may contribute to morbidity in dialysis patients and augment the health burdenof treatment. As such, HD patients are exposed to multiple stressors including cardiocirculatory,inflammatory, biologic, hypoxemic, and nutritional. This cascade of events can be termed thedialysis stress storm and sickness syndrome. Mitigating cardiovascular risk and morbidityassociated with conventional intermittent HD appears to be a priority for improving patientexperience and reducing disease burden.
