1当前肺动脉高压管理中的门静脉性肺动脉高压显示文摘【据《J Hepatol》2020年7月报道】题:当前肺动脉高压管理中的门静脉性肺动脉高压(作者Savale L等)在当前的肺动脉高压管理中,门静脉性肺动脉高压(PoPH)长期结局的研究较少。在大批当代PoPH患者的队列中,来自巴黎萨克雷大学的Savale等分析了靶向肺动脉高压治疗的效果、生存率和预测死亡的因素。收集2007年-2017年在法国肺动脉高压注册中心连续登记的PoPH患者数据,分析初始治疗策略对NYHA心功能分级、运动能力和心肺血流动力学的影响,同时研究生存率及其与肺动脉高压和肝脏相关特征的关系。SAVALE L GUIMAS M EBSTEIN N 丁梦梦 高沿航 2020临床肝胆病杂志2020,36,8:7
