1Motor Imagery and Error Related Potential Induced Position Control of a Robotic Arm显示文摘The paper introduces an electroencephalography(EEG) driven online position control scheme for a robot arm by utilizing motor imagery to activate and error related potential(ErrP) to stop the movement of the individual links, following a fixed(pre-defined) order of link selection. The right(left)hand motor imagery is used to turn a link clockwise(counterclockwise) and foot imagery is used to move a link forward. The occurrence of ErrP here indicates that the link under motion crosses the visually fixed target position, which usually is a plane/line/point depending on the desired transition of the link across 3D planes/around 2D lines/along 2D lines respectively. The imagined task about individual link's movement is decoded by a classifier into three possible class labels: clockwise, counterclockwise and no movement in case of rotational movements and forward, backward and no movement in case of translational movements. One additional classifier is required to detect the occurrence of the ErrP signal, elicited due to visually inspired positional link error with reference to a geometrically selected target position. Wavelet coefficients and adaptive autoregressive parameters are extracted as features for motor imagery and ErrP signals respectively. Support vector machine classifiers are used to decode motor imagination and ErrP with high classification accuracy above 80%. The average time taken by the proposed scheme to decode and execute control intentions for the complete movement of three links of a robot is approximately33 seconds. 2磁共振扩散加权成像定量评价腰椎间盘退变的Meta分析显示文摘目的基于Meta分析探讨磁共振扩散加权成像在定量评价早期腰椎间盘退变中的临床应用。材料与方法检索自建库至2019年10月1日在PubMed、EMBASE、the CochraneLibrary、中国知网、万方、维普数据库中发表的运用扩散加权成像评价腰椎间盘退变的相关文献。2名研究者独立按照纳入和排除标椎对检索到的文献进行筛选和数据提取。使用Combie横断面研究评价工具对纳入文献进行质量评价。采用RevMan5.3和Stata15.0软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入文献12篇。Ⅰ级椎间盘共577个,Ⅱ级椎间盘共1704个,Ⅲ级椎间盘共1299个,Ⅳ级椎间盘共1092个,Ⅴ级椎间盘共194个。Ⅰ级椎间盘髓核ADC值高于Ⅱ级椎间盘髓核ADC值,差异有统计学意义[加权均数差(weighted mean difference,WMD)=0.034,95%CI:0.005~0.064,P=0.024];Ⅱ级椎间盘髓核ADC值显著高于Ⅲ级椎间盘髓核ADC值(WMD=0.161,95%CI:0.124~0.197,P<0.0001);Ⅲ级椎间盘髓核ADC值显著高于Ⅳ级椎间盘髓核ADC值(WMD=0.297,95%CI:0.222~0.373,P<0.0001);Ⅳ级椎间盘髓核ADC值显著高于Ⅴ级椎间盘髓核ADC值(WMD=0.293,95%CI:0.176~0.411,P<0.0001)。结论扩散加权成像可以定量评价不同等级的腰椎间盘退变,尤其可以区分早期腰椎间盘退变,为早期诊断腰椎间盘退变提供影像学依据。马红菊 张旭胤 POKHAREL SAUGAT 郭银霞 杜永浩 王蓉 牛刚 2020磁共振成像2020,11,12:2

5New guidelines for fluorophore application in peroxisome targeting analyses in transient plant expression systems显示文摘Peroxisome research has been revolutionized by proteome studies combined with in vivo subcellular targeting analyses. Yellow and cyan fluorescent protein(YFP and CFP) are the classical fluorophores of plant peroxisome research. In the new transient expression system of Arabidopsis seedlings co-cultivated with Agrobacterium we detected the YFP fusion of one candidate protein in peroxisomes, but only upon co-transformation with the peroxisome marker, CFP-PTS1. The data suggested that the YFP fusion was directed to peroxisomes due to its weak heterodimerization ability with CFP-PTS1,allowing piggy-back import into peroxisomes. Indeed, if co-expressed with monomeric Cerulean-PTS1(mCer-PTS1),the YFP fusion was no longer matrix localized. We systematically investigated the occurrence and extent of dimerization-based piggy-back import for different fluorophore combinations in five major transient plant expression systems. In Arabidopsis seedlings and tobacco leaves both untagged YFP and monomeric Venus were imported into peroxisomes if co-expressed with CFP-PTS1 but not with mCer-PTS1. By contrast, piggy-back import of cytosolic proteins was not observed in Arabidopsis and tobacco protoplasts or in onion epidermal cells for any fluorophore combination at any time point. 6CT引导下同轴切割肺穿刺活检后肺出血预测模型的建立显示文摘目的基于logistic回归构建CT引导下同轴切割肺穿刺活检后患者肺出血的预测模型。方法回顾性分析489例CT引导下的同轴切割肺穿刺活检,对活检后出血的潜在危险因素进行单因素及多因素logistic回归,筛选术后肺出血的危险因素,建立预测模型,并评价模型的区分度、校准度及临床有效性。结果建模组活检后肺出血141例,占比42.6%,验证组出血66例,占比41.8%,无严重出血及血胸。多因素分析发现血浆纤维蛋白原含量、靶病灶周围肺间质纤维化、靶病灶最大径及穿刺深度是活检后出血的预测因素。建立出血预测模型,以列线图的形式展示。预测模型区分度:建模组AUC为0.837,验证组AUC为0.777。模型的校准曲线表明出血的预测风险与实际风险吻合较好,不可靠性测试建模组P值为0.849,验证组P值为0.147。DCA曲线表明模型可以为患者增加获益。结论基于logistic回归构建的CT引导下同轴切割肺穿刺活检的出血预测模型有较强的临床实用性。杨霖沄 梁挺 杜永浩 郭晨光 尚进 SAUGAT Pokharel 牛刚 2021西安交通大学学报(医学版)2021,42,5:0
7Concurrent multi-peak Bragg coherent x-ray diffraction imaging of 3D nanocrystal lattice displacement via global optimization显示文摘In this paper we demonstrated a method to reconstruct vector-valued lattice distortion fields within nanoscale crystals by optimization of a forward model of multi-reflection Bragg coherent diffraction imaging(MR-BCDI)data.The method flexibly accounts for geometric factors that arise when making BCDI measurements,is amenable to efficient inversion with modern optimization toolkits,and allows for globally constraining a single image reconstruction to multiple Bragg peak measurements.This is enabled by a forward model that emulates the multiple Bragg peaks of a MR-BCDI experiment from a single estimate of the 3D crystal sample.We present this forward model,we implement it within the stochastic gradient descent optimization framework,and we demonstrate it with simulated and experimental data of nanocrystals with inhomogeneous internal lattice displacement.We find that utilizing a global optimization approach to MR-BCDI affords a reliable path to convergence of data which is otherwise challenging to reconstruct.Siddharth Maddali Travis D.Frazer Nazar Delegan Katherine J.Harmon Sean E.Sullivan Marc Allain Wonsuk Cha Alan Dibos Ishwor Poudyal Saugat Kandel Youssef S.G.Nashed F.Joseph Heremans Hoydoo You Yue Cao Stephan O.Hruszkewycz 2023npj Computational Materials2023,,1:0
