1Green coal mining technique integrating mining-dressing-gas draining-backfilling-mining显示文摘Aiming to address the following major engineering issues faced by the Pingdingshan No. 12 mine:(1) difficulty in implementing auxiliary lifting because of its depth(i.e., beyond 1000 m);(2) highly gassy main coal seam with low permeability;(3) unstable overlying coal seam without suitable conditions for implementing conventional mining techniques for protective coal seam; and(4) predominant reliance on ‘‘under three' coal resources to ensure production output. This study proposes an integrated, closed-cycle mining-dressing-gas draining-backfilling-mining(MDGBM) technique. The proposed approach involves the mining of protective coal seam, underground dressing of coal and gangue(UDCG), pressure relief and gas drainage before extraction, and backfilling and mining of the protected coal seam. A system for draining gas and mining the protective seam in the rock stratum is designed and implemented based on the geological conditions. This system helps in realizing pressure relief and gas drainage from the protective seam before extraction. Accordingly, another system, which is connected to the existing production system, is established for the UDCG based on the dense medium-shallow trough process. The mixed mining workface is designed to accommodate both solid backfill and conventional fully mechanized coal mining, thereby facilitating coal mining, USCG, and backfilling. The results show that: The mixed mining workface length for the Ji15-31010 protected seam was 220 m with coal production capacity 1.2 million tons per year, while the backfill capacity of gangue was 0.5 million tons per year. The gas pressure decreased from 1.78 to 0.35 MPa, and the total amount of safely mined coal was 1.34 million tons. 2硬质陶瓷涂层增韧及其评估研究进展显示文摘硬质陶瓷涂层一般硬度高,但韧性差,在受到较大外加冲击荷载作用时容易产生裂纹并引发失效,从而限制了硬质涂层在工程领域的应用。硬质涂层的增韧研究是当前硬质涂层研究的热点之一。常见硬质涂层增韧方法中,有些是以降低硬度为代价来提高涂层韧性,比如第二相增韧;有些是通过优化涂层结构设计,减小缺陷尺寸,在不损失涂层高硬度的前提下,提高韧性,获得兼具高硬度和高韧性的涂层;有些是通过相变(晶体结构转变)提高涂层的韧性。通过优化涂层结构设计,改变涂层晶粒尺寸、晶界尺寸与复杂程度等,使涂层致密化,从而提高涂层硬度与韧性,从而获得增韧效果,成为研究者越来越关注的焦点。单一增韧方法的局限性,可以通过多种增韧方法协同作用获得突破,协同增韧已成为硬质涂层增韧发展的趋势。目前硬质涂层的韧性评估还没有一个公认的方法,从简单实用出发,常用的有微悬臂梁弯曲法、划痕法和压痕法。裴晨蕊 孙德恩 Sam Zhang 黄佳木 赵岩 高阳 2016中国表面工程2016,29,2:13
3Serum Amyloid A Protein: A Potential Biomarker Correlated With Clinical Stage of Lung Cancer显示文摘Objective To identify serum diagnosis or progression biomarkers in patients with lung cancer using protein chip profiling analysis. Method Profiling analysis was performed on 450 sera collected from 213 patients with lung cancer, 19 with pneumonia, 16 with pulmonary tuberculosis, 65 with laryngeal carcinoma, 55 with laryngopharyngeal carcinoma patients, and 82 normal individuals. A new strategy was developed to identify the biomarkers on chip by trypsin pre-digestion. Results Profiling analysis demonstrated that an 11.6kDa protein was significantly elevated in lung cancer patients, compared with the control groups (P<0.001). The level and percentage of 11.6kDa protein progressively increased with the clinical stages I-IV and were also higher in patients with squamous cell carcinoma than in other subtypes. This biomarker could be decreased after operation or chemotherapy. On the other hand, 11.6kDa protein was also increased in 50% benign diseases of lung and 13% of other cancer controls. After trypsin pre-digestion, a set of new peptide biomarkers was noticed to appear only in the samples containing a 11.6kDa peak. Further identification showed that 2177Da was a fragment of serum amyloid A (SAA, MW 11.6kDa). Two of the new peaks, 1550Da and 1611Da, were defined from the same protein by database searching. This result was further confirmed by partial purification of 11.6kDa protein and MS analysis. 4Pre-stack inversion for caved carbonate reservoir prediction:A case study from Tarim Basin,China显示文摘The major storage space types in the carbonate reservoir in the Ordovician in the TZ45 area are secondary dissolution caves.For the prediction of caved carbonate reservoir,post-stack methods are commonly used in the oilfield at present since pre-stack inversion is always limited by poor seismic data quality and insufficient logging data.In this paper,based on amplitude preserved seismic data processing and rock-physics analysis,pre-stack inversion is employed to predict the caved carbonate reservoir in TZ45 area by seriously controlling the quality of inversion procedures.These procedures mainly include angle-gather conversion,partial stack,wavelet estimation,low-frequency model building and inversion residual analysis.The amplitude-preserved data processing method can achieve high quality data based on the principle that they are very consistent with the synthetics.Besides,the foundation of pre-stack inversion and reservoir prediction criterion can be established by the connection between reservoir property and seismic reflection through rock-physics analysis.Finally,the inversion result is consistent with drilling wells in most cases.It is concluded that integrated with amplitude-preserved processing and rock-physics,pre-stack inversion can be effectively applied in the caved carbonate reservoir prediction.Zhang Yuanyin Sam Zandong Sun Yang Haijun Wang Haiyang HanJianfa Gao Hongliang Luo Chunshu Jing Bing 2011Petroleum Science2011,8,4:9
5元素掺杂类金刚石碳膜降内应力研究综述显示文摘我国汽车行业与国际同行的差距主要在于发动机关键零部件的摩擦磨损。类金刚石(DLC)碳膜技术是解决发动机关键零部件摩擦磨损问题的有效途径,但传统的DLC碳膜在制备过程中会产生较高的内应力(可达10GPa),从而导致薄膜失效。首先分析了DLC碳膜在汽车零部件领域的应用背景,探讨了薄膜内应力的来源,重点综述了异质元素掺杂降低类金刚石碳膜内应力的研究现状。常用掺杂元素按化学性质可分为碳化物形成元素与非碳化物形成元素,不同于其他分类方法,笔者按掺杂元素的组元多少进行划分,从单元掺杂、二元或多元掺杂入手,系统分析了各种掺杂方式、掺杂元素的优缺点。在此基础上,指出元素掺杂降低类金刚石碳膜内应力的研究从最初的单一元素掺杂,逐步发展到了二元或多元元素掺杂;从碳化物形成元素掺杂、非碳化物形成元素掺杂,逐步发展到碳化物形成元素与非碳化物形成元素的多元共掺杂;所研究的类金刚石碳膜的显微结构也从最初的非晶态结构向多元、多相结构发展,以期获得良好的综合机械性能。孙德恩 董洪铭 Sam Zhang 张晓民 2018表面技术2018,47,6:9
6抗固体粒子冲蚀物理气相沉积涂层的研究进展显示文摘压气机是航空发动机核心部件之一,其叶片常用钛合金制成。但钛合金本身质地较软,抗击固体粒子冲蚀能力较弱,空气中固体粒子在高速气流作用下将对压气机前级叶片造成严重冲蚀,从结构及航空动力学上降低发动机性能。同时,也使得发动机的寿命大幅下降。为提高压气机叶片的抗固体粒子冲蚀能力,通常在叶片上沉积具有一定硬度和韧性的抗冲蚀涂层。本文综述了国内外近年来抗固体粒子冲蚀物理气相沉积涂层的研究进展。指出多组元、多层膜结构涂层在拥有较高硬度的同时,可以获得较高韧性,具有良好的综合机械性能,是抗冲蚀涂层的理想选择。孙德恩 黄佳木 王焱 林亮 Sam Zhang 2014功能材料信息2014,11,6:6
7The application of amplitude-preserved processing and migration for carbonate reservoir prediction in the Tarim Basin,China显示文摘Conventional seismic exploration method based on post-stack data usually fails to identify the distribution of fractured and caved carbonate reservoirs in the Tarim Basin,so the rich pre-stack information should be applied to the prediction of carbonate reservoirs.Amplitude-preserved seismic data processing is the foundation.In this paper,according to the feature of desert seismic data (including weak reflection,fast attenuation of high frequency components,strong coherent noises,low S/N and resolution),a set of amplitude-preserved processing techniques is applied and a reasonable processing flow is formed to obtain the high quality data.After implementing a set of pre-stack amplitude-preserved processing,we test and define the kernel parameters of amplitude-preserved Kirchhoff PSTM (pre-stack time migration) and subsequent gathers processing,in order to obtain the amplitude-preserved gathers used to the isotropic pre-stack inversion for the identification of caved reservoirs.The AVO characteristics of obtained gathers fit well with the synthetic gathers from logging data,and it proves that the processing above is amplitudepreserved.The azimuthal processing techniques,including azimuth division and binning enlargement,are implemented for amplitude-preserved azimuthal gathers with the uniform fold.They can be used in the anisotropic inversion to detect effective fractures.The processing techniques and flows are applied to the field seismic data,and are proved available for providing the amplitude-preserved gathers for carbonate reservoir prediction in the Tarim Basin.Sam Zandong Sun Yang Haijun Zhang Yuanyin Han Jianfa WangDan Sun Wenbo Jiang Shan 2011Petroleum Science2011,8,4:6
8Organic–inorganic hybrid perovskite scintillators for mixed field radiation detection显示文摘Sensitive and fast detection of neutrons and gamma rays is vital for homeland security,high-energy physics,and proton therapy.Fast-neutron detectors rely on light organic scintillators,andγ-ray detectors use heavy inorganic scintillators and semiconductors.Efficient mixed-field detection using a single material is highly challenging due to their contradictory requirements.Here we report hybrid perovskites(C_(8)H_(12)N)_(2)Pb(Br_(0.95)Cl_(0.05))_(4)that combine light organic cations and heavy inorganic skeletons at a molecular level to achieve unprecedented performance for mixed-field radiation detection.High neutron absorption due to a high density of hydrogen,strong radiative recombination within the highly confined[PbX_(6)]^(4-)layer,and sub-nanometer distance between absorption sites and radiative centers,enable a light yield of 41000 photons/MeV,detection pulse width of 2.97 ns and extraordinary linearity response toward both fast neutrons andγ-rays,outperforming commonly used fast-neutron scintillators.Neutron energy spectrum,time-of-flight based fast-neutron/γ-ray discrimination and neutron yield monitoring were all successfully achieved using(C_(8)H_(12)N)_(2)Pb(Br_(0.95)Cl_(0.05))_(4)detectors.We further demonstrate the monitoring of reaction kinetics and total power of a nuclear fusion reaction.We envision that molecular hybridized scintillators open a new avenue for mixed-field radiation detection and imaging.Mengling Xia Guangda Niu Linyue Liu Runlong Gao Tong Jin Pengying Wan Weicheng Pan Xianpeng Zhang Zuoxiang Xie Sam Teale Zenghua Cai Jiajun Luo Shan Zhao Haodi Wu Shiyou Chen Zhiping Zheng Qingguo Xie Xiaoping Ouyang Edward HSargent Jiang Tang 2022InfoMat2022,4,9:2
9含氟羟基磷灰石涂层体外细胞相容性研究显示文摘在羟基磷灰石(HA)中掺入氟可以降低其在体内的溶解性,对提高钛合金植入体表面生物活性改性层(涂层)的长效性有着重要的意义。本研究采用溶胶-凝胶法在钛合金基板上制备了含氟羟基磷灰石(Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2-xFx)(FHA)涂层。X光衍射(XRD)和X光电子能谱(XPS)分析结果显示:本实验中获得的涂层是一个纯磷灰石晶相,含氟涂层中x为1.2。在体外成骨细胞相容性的研究中,以HA涂层为对照,通过定时细胞的计数测定了细胞生长曲线,用流式细胞仪法测定了细胞周期,用MTT比色法分析了涂层浸提液的细胞毒性。实验结果表明:在HA涂层中引入氟后,FHA涂层浸提液对细胞毒性级别为0级,该涂层不但没有对细胞产生毒性,而且会促进成骨细胞的贴壁生长,有着更好的细胞生长速度和增殖活性。赵彬 翁文剑 王慧明 苗顺东 程逵 阮敏 杜丕一 沈鸽 韩高荣 SAM Zhang 2005中国生物医学工程学报2005,24,5:2

13薄膜微桥拉伸法基体梯度裂纹的制备及其稳态扩展显示文摘16 mm×32 mm单晶硅片基体紧凑拉伸测试样品上尖锐裂纹的可控制备,及其在拉伸载荷作用下的稳态扩展,是微桥法薄膜断裂韧性测试得以实现的关键。相较于紫外激光切割,采用红外激光切割方法在基体背面制备出锯齿状的背槽,并通过控制位移加载步幅和球形压头均衡加载,实现了三点弯曲法基体尖锐裂纹的可控制备。该基体裂纹具有梯度形貌特征,对加载过程中的'载荷-位移'曲线以及表面裂纹扩展过程进行了考察,揭示了梯度形貌对裂纹失稳扩展的抑制作用。基体尖锐裂纹的可控制备及其在拉伸测试中的稳态扩展,为微桥法的标准化测试奠定了基础。张晓民 冯杰 李金刚 孙德恩 ZHANG Sam 2021中国表面工程2021,34,3:1

15Novel dye-sensitized solar cell architecture using TiO2-coated Ag nanowires array as photoanode显示文摘With the aim of reducing series resistance and increasing dye loading,novel dye-sensitized solar cell architecture was designed with TiO2 nanoparticle-coated Ag nanowires array as the photoanode.Ag nanowire array was prepared by anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templateassisted electrochemical deposition route.Then,Ag nanowires were coated by TiO2 nanoparticles in hydrothermal process.The structures of the photoanode were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM).Ag nanowires are covered by a layer of very fine nanoparticles with a diameter of less than 5 nm.X-ray diffraction (XRD) and selected-area electron diffraction (SAED) show that Ag nanowires have a strong preferred orientation in (220) direction and the TiO2 coating layer is a polycrystalline structure.With this photoanode,3.2 % conversion efficiency is achieved for the cell sensitized with N3 dye.Ming Wang Sam Zhang Zhao-Fu Du Li-Dong Sun Dong-Liang Zhao 2019Rare Metals2019,38,4:1
