| 1 | Simultaneously disrupting AtPrx2,AtPrx25 and AtPrx71 alters lignin content and structure in Arabidopsis stem显示文摘Plant class III heme peroxidases catalyze lignin polymerization. Previous reports have shown that at least three Arabidopsis thaliana peroxidases, At Prx2, At Prx25 and At Prx71,are involved in stem lignification using T-DNA insertion mutants,atprx2, atprx25, and atprx71. Here, we generated three double mutants, atprx2/atprx25, atprx2/atprx71, and atprx25/atprx71,and investigated the impact of the simultaneous de ficiency of these peroxidases on lignins and plant growth. Stem tissue analysis using the acetyl bromide method and derivatization followed by reductive cleavage revealed improved lignin characteristics, such as lowered lignin content and increased arylglycerolb-aryl(b-O-4) linkage type, especially b-O-4 linked syringyl units, in lignin, supporting the roles of these genes in lignin polymerization. In addition, none of the double mutants oexhibited severe growth defects, such as shorter plant stature, dwar fing, or sterility, and their stems had improved cell wall degradability. | 2 | Geostatistics Studies and Geochemical Modeling Based on Core Data,Sheytoor Iron Deposit,Iran显示文摘In general,the purpose of the mineralization modeling is the advancement of a mineral exploration project and ultimately,the extractive design of a deposit,which is one of the most important stages in mining engineering.Mineralization modeling is divided into two general categories,superficial and deep modeling.In surface modeling,the aim is finding abnormal locations in terms of mineralization at the study area,which is commonly used in the early stages of exploration as one of the means for locating exploratory boreholes.After drilling in the study area with the aim of identifying mineralization and reserve estimation it is necessary to obtain deep mineralization position and its geometric features,using statistical and modeling methods.Using mathematical,statistical and modeling methods,we can predict the position of iron mineralization in places where drilling is not done and eventually reach a three-dimensional model of the mineral materials underground.As a case study,the deep information about the boreholes of the sheytoor mining area in Yazd province of Iran was investigated.Iron mineralization was modeled as 2D cumulative model and 3D block model,and the results were presented.Finally the geochemical threshold and the anomalous limit of iron element are calculated by concentration-volume(C-V)fractal method in this deposit.Geochemical threshold and the anomalous limit for Fe in this deposit are 24.7%and 34.3%respectively. | Aref Shirazi Adel Shirazy Shahab Saki Ardeshir Hezarkhani | 2018 | Journal of Geological Resource and Engineering2018，6，3： | 4 |
| 3 | Efficacy of Valerian Extract on Sleep Quality after Coronary Artery bypass Graft Surgery: A Triple-Blind Randomized Controlled Trial显示文摘Objective:To assess the effect of valerian root extract on the sleep quality of patients after coronary artery bypass graft(CABG)surgery.Methods:The patients who participated in this triple-blind clinical trial were selected by permuted block randomization.The participants were assigned to the valerian(n=36)and placebo(n=36)groups.The valerian group received 530 mg of valerian capsules for 30 nights after CABG surgery,and the placebo group received 530 mg of the placebo capsules containing wheat flour.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),the prothrombin time(PT)and partial thromboplastin time(PTT)were assessed on four occasions,including the baseline,the 3 rd,14 th and 30 th days following intervention.Results:The odds ratio of worsened sleep quality significantly varied over time(the interaction of time and group)in the valerian group compared to the placebo group in various dimensions including total sleep quality(P=0.001),sleep latency(P<0.01),sleep duration(P=0.020),sleep efficiency(P=0.001)and daytime dysfunction(P=0.025).No significant difference was observed in the alterations of the odds ratio of PT in the two groups over time.(P=0.371).Conclusion:The consumption of oral valerian root extract over 30 nights could significantly improve the patients'sleep quality safely after CABG surgery. | Halimeh khaton Zare Elmi Mohammad Gholami Mandana Saki Farzad Ebrahimzadeh | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2021，27，1： | 3 |

| 5 | Prevention of gob ignitions and explosions in longwall mining using dynamic seals显示文摘Most, if not all longwall gob areas accumulate explosive methane-air mixtures that pose a deadly hazard to miners. Numerous mine explosions have originated from explosive gas zones(EGZs) in the longwall gob. Since 2010, researchers at the Colorado School of Mines(CSM) have studied EGZ formation in longwall gobs under two long-term research projects funded by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. Researchers used computational fluid dynamics along with in-mine measurements. For the first time, they demonstrated that EGZs form along the fringe areas between the methane-rich atmospheres and the fresh air ventilated areas along the working face and present an explosion and fire hazard to mine workers. In this study, researchers found that, for progressively sealed gobs, a targeted injection of nitrogen from the headgate and tailgate, along with a back return ventilation arrangement, will create a dynamic seal of nitrogen that effectively separates the methane zone from the face air and eliminates the EGZs to prevent explosions. Using this form of nitrogen injection to create dynamic seals should be a consideration for all longwall operators. | Brune Jürgen F.
