1中国HIV+/AIDS患者神经心理学初步研究显示文摘目的:探讨中国HIV+/AIDS 患者神经心理功能特点及情绪状态。方法:选取年龄、性别和受教育年限方面均匹配的28例HIM+和23例HIV-被试。对被试进行包含七个认知领域(如词语流畅、抽象/执行功能、信息处理速度、工作记忆、学习、延迟回忆和运动功能)的神经心理成套测验,共18个分测验。同时选用贝克抑郁问卷(BDI)让患者进行情绪自评。结果:单个测验粗分比较,HIV+/AIDS 被试比HIV-被试在范畴流畅测验、词语发音流畅测验、连线测验A、颜色连线测验Ⅱ及霍普金斯词语学习测验显著较差(P<0.05)。基于美国常模校正的标准分(T 分)显示,HIV+/AIDS 被试比HIV-被试在整套测验、词语流畅、抽象/执行功能和学习领域神经心理操作显著较差(P<0.05)。中国HIV-被试的平均T 分与美国常模50相近,总的平均T 分为48,各认知领域的平均T 分范围46-51。BDI 自评分提示中国HIV+/AIDS 被试比HIV-被试显示出更严重的抑郁情绪(P<0.001),且与躯体状况无关。HIV+/AIDS 被试BDI 得分与总的平均T 分无显著相关(r=0.22,p=0.27)。结论: 1.本研究所选用的神经心理成套测验有较为理想的跨文化效能。2.中国HIV/AIDS 被试在词语流畅、抽象/执行功能、学习认知领域和总的神经心理功能上比HIV--试显著较差,抑郁情绪更为严重,但抑郁情绪与HIV 造成的各领域认知功能损害无显著相关,提示HIV 可能对大脑的认知功能有一定影响。石川 于欣 吴尊友 Robert K.Heaton JIN Hua Thomas D.Marcotte Joseph Sadek Igor Grant 2005中国心理卫生杂志2005,19,5:29
2人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者抑郁障碍、自杀风险和日常生活能力的研究显示文摘目的研究人类免疫缺陷病毒(H IV)感染者抑郁症和自杀观念的流行情况及其与日常生活能力改变的关联。方法对28例H IV阳性者及23例H IV阴性者,用复合性国际诊断用检查提纲中文版调查抑郁症的总发生率和自杀史,用贝克抑郁问卷(BD I)评估当前抑郁障碍及自杀风险的严重程度,用日常生活能力问卷(ADL)评估H IV感染对日常生活能力的影响。结果(1)H IV阳性组和H IV阴性组中分别有22例(79%)和1例(4%)符合抑郁症的诊断标准(P<0.001);H IV阳性组BD I总分[(22.4±12.7)分]高于H IV阴性组[(6.6±7.8)分;P<0.001]。(2)H IV阳性组和H IV阴性组中分别有18例(64%)和2例(9%)有过自杀观念。(3)H IV阳性组ADL总分[(17.1±5.2)分]高于H IV阴性组[(14.0±0.0)分;P<0.001]。(4)BD I与H IV状况的交互作用是有显著贡献(F=23.95,P<0.001)的自变量,抑郁障碍与H IV状况的相互作用是有意义(F=13.29,P=0.001)的预测因子。结论H IV感染的人群中抑郁症的发生率及自杀风险均较高,抑郁的严重程度和日常生活能力受损有显著相关性。于欣 石川 金华 J.Hampton Atkinson Robert Heaton Thomas Marcotte Corinna Young Joseph Sadek 吴尊友 Igor Grant 2006中华精神科杂志2006,39,2:8
3Novel aspects for thermal stability studies and shelf life assessment of modified double-base propellants显示文摘Modified DB propellants, based on energetic nitramine(RDX) were manufactured by solventless extrusion process. Thermal stability and shelf life assessment of modified DB propellant were investigated. Shelf life assessment was evaluated using Van’t Hoff’s formula and artificial aging at 70℃ up to120 days. Quantification of total heat released and heat flow with aging time was conducted using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermal activity monitoring(TAMIII) respectively. Modified DB formulation based on 20 wt % RDX demonstrated enhanced thermal stability in terms of controlled heat flow, and slow decomposition reactions at elevated temperature. This formulation demonstrated extended service life up to 56 years compared with reference formulation. These novel finding was ascribed to the high thermal stability of RDX and its compatibility with DB constituents. 4使用OCT评估中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者脉络膜厚度的变化显示文摘目的:使用光谱域光学相干断层成像(SD-OCT)技术研究中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSCR)3mo后脉络膜厚度的变化。方法:前瞻性研究。共纳入60眼,20眼(平均年龄:33.65±5.24岁)典型急性单侧中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变以及对侧正常眼,20眼为健康对照组。进行荧光素血管造影和OCT检查。测量中心凹下脉络膜厚度(SFCT),黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(CMT),到中央凹和视网膜下液1000μm处颞部和鼻部。结果:在三个不同的位置,三组间的SFCT差异有统计学意义。中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变眼中心凹下脉络膜厚度(372.40±34.39μm)在基线和随访3mo后均显著大于对侧正常眼(302.10±8.9μm)和对照组眼(279.80±14.49μm)。CSCR眼平均CMT为317±141.86μm,并且SFCT与CMT呈显著正相关。结论:不同部位脉络膜厚度的增加,以及被称为“厚脉络膜”的过度扩张和高渗透血管,似乎在包括中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变在内的广泛疾病中起着重要作用。Ragai Magdy Hatata Mohamed Abdelhamid Nassif Sherin Hassan Sadek 2020国际眼科杂志2020,20,4:5
5日粮中添加丁酸钠和/或肠道益生菌Protexin对尼罗罗非鱼生长性能、某些血液参数和免疫反应的影响显示文摘两百条罗非鱼苗被用来解释基础日粮中添加丁酸钠(SB)和/或肠道益生菌Protexin对生产性能和免疫反应的影响。尼罗罗非鱼鱼苗被分成4个实验组。对照组(1)喂基础日粮(BD),组(2)喂添加丁酸钠的日粮,添加量为3g/10kg,组(3)饲喂添加益生菌Protexin的日粮,添加量为1g/10kg,组(4)喂添加丁酸钠(添加量3g/10kg)和益生菌Protexin(添加量1g/10kg)的日粮。结果表明,与对照组相比,日粮中添加丁酸钠和益生菌的尼罗罗非鱼的增长量最多(最终重量,总体重增加和特定生长率),其次是添加丁酸钠组组(2)的罗非鱼增长量显著(P<0.05)。结果显示,丁酸钠可以显著增加血糖水平,肠道葡萄糖吸收。通过检测正常的血液蛋白模式和酶活发现同时添加益生菌和丁酸钠对肝脏无不良作用。从这项研究中可得出结论,添加丁酸钠或者同时加丁酸钠和益生菌是保障罗非鱼良好的生产性能的首选,因为丁酸促进肠道上皮细胞增殖。杨良辉 蒋泽菊 Ahmed H.A Sadek K.M 2017农技服务2017,34,12:4
6Novel yellow colored flame compositions with superior spectral performance显示文摘The production of colored flames is the primary purpose of military signaling, projectile tracing, and illuminating devices. Certain elements and compounds when heated to high temperature have the unique property of emitting lines or narrow bands in the visible region(380-780 nm). This study, reports on the development of novel yellow colored flame compositions with enhanced spectral performance in terms of luminous intensity, and color quality to standard Russian yellow tracer. The light intensity and the imprint spectra of developed yellow flares were measured using digital luxmeter and UV e Vis. spectrometer respectively. The main giving of this study is that the light intensity, and color quality of Russian yellow tracer were improved by 287%, and 170% respectively. This was accomplished by means of optimizing the ratio of novel binder to color source using aluminum metal fuel. Aluminumbased formulations were found to maximize the formation of yellow reactive emitting specimens, and to eliminate any interfering incandescent emission resulted from Mg O. Quantification of yellow color emitting specimens in the combustion gaseous products was achieved using chemical equilibrium thermodynamic code named ICT(Institute of Chemical Technology in Germany, Virgin 2008); in an attempt to judge the light quality. This improvement in yellow flare performance established the rule that the emission intensity increases as the reaction temperature increases. 7Chemical stability, thermal behavior, and shelf life assessment of extruded modified double-base propellants显示文摘Double base propellant suffers from lack of chemical stability; this could result in self ignition during storing. Modified double base(MDB) propellant based on stoichiometric binary mixture of oxidizermetal fuel(Ammonium perchlorate/Aluminum), and energetic nitramines(HMX) offered enhanced thrust as well as combustion characteristics. This study is devoted to evaluate the impact of such energetic additives on thermal behavior, chemical stability, and shelf life. Extruded MDB formulations were manufactured by extrusion process. Artificial aging at 80℃ for 28 days was conducted. Shelf life assessment was performed using Van't Hoff's equation. Quantification of evolved NOxgases with aging time was performed using quantitative stability tests. MDB formulation based on HMX demonstrated extended service life of 16 years compared with(AP/Al)-MDB which demonstrated 9 years. This finding was ascribed to the reactivity of AP with nitroglycerin with the formation of perchloric acid. Thermal behavior of aged MDB, exhibited an increase in heat released with time; this was ascribed to the autocatalytic thermal degradation during artificial aging. The increase in released heat by 31% was found to be equivalent to evolved NOx gases of 6.2 cm^3/5 g and 2.5 cm^3/1 g for Bergmann-Junk test, and Vacuum stability test respectively. This manuscript shaded the light on a novel approach to quantify evolved NOx gases to heat released with aging time. 8Spectrally adapted red flare tracers with superior spectral performance显示文摘The production of bright light, with vivid color, is the primary purpose of signaling, illuminating devices,and fire control purposes. This study, reports on the development of red flame compositions with enhanced performance in terms of luminous intensity, and color quality. The light intensity and the imprint spectra of developed red flame compositions to standard NATO red tracer(R-284 NATO) were measured using digital luxmeter, and UV-Vis. spectrometer. The main giving of this study is that the light intensity of standard NATO red tracer was increased by 72%, the color quality was also improved by60%(over the red band from 650 to 780 nm). This enhanced spectral performance was achieved by means of deriving the combustion process to maximize the formation of red color emitting species in the combustion flame. Thanks to the optimum ratio of color source to color intensifier using aluminum metal fuel; this approach offered the highest intensity and color quality. Upon combustion, aluminum was found to maximize the formation SrCL(the main reactive red color emitting species) and to minimize the interfering incandescent emission resulted from MgO and SrO. Quantification of active red color emitting species in the combustion flame was conducted using chemical equilibrium thermodynamic code named ICT. 9A Preliminary Study on Combination Therapy of Artemisinin Dimer Oxime and Topotecan against Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer in Mice显示文摘Background: Artemisinin dimer oxime – dimer molecule synthesized from artemisinin possesses high bioavailability and marked in vitro anticancer activities against solid tumor?derived cell lines, endothelial cell proliferation, migration, and angiogenic processes. Numerous murine models have been developed to study human cancer. The most widely used models are the human tumor xenograft mouse model. Materials and Methods: In this study, human tumor cells(NCI?H640, 1 × 107 in 100 μL) are implanted subcutaneously, or 1 × 107 in 50 μL in the thoracic cavity, in athymic nude mice(nu/nu). The implanted cells were allowed to grow for 10 days before initiation of drug treatment(dimer oxime and topotecan, ip). Tumor volume and thoracic/body weight ratio were recorded. Results: We successfully established subcutaneous and thoracic xenografts with human nonsmall cell lung cancer cell line xenografts in athymic nude mice in only 10 days. Using these models, we attempted treatment of xenografts with topotecan – a known anticancer drug and artemisinin dimer oxime or combination of these two drugs. Combination therapy showed a significant reduction in tumor volume and tumor/body weight. Treatments with combination of topotecan and dimer oxime resulted in the reduced mortality rates in comparison with untreated mice. Conclusions: Xenograft tumor models are useful for preclinical screening of new pharmacophores. From this preliminary study, it appears that combination of dimer oxime and topotecan may be used as chemotherapeutic agents against nonsmall cell lung cancer. 14Spot urinary sodium for assessing dietary sodium restriction in cirrhotic ascites显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the accuracy of spot urinary Na/K and Na/creatinine (Cr) ratios as an alternative to 24-h urinary sodium in monitoring dietary compliance in patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites treated with diuretics. METHODS: The study was carried on 40 patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites treated with diuretic therapy. Patients were divided into two groups according to 24-h urinary sodium. We measured spot urine Na/K ratio, Na/ Cr ratio and 24-h urinary sodium. Student's t test was used to compare the interval variables and χ2 test to compare the nominal variables between the two groups. Receiver operator characteristic curve was used to identify the best cutoff point for Na/K and Na/Cr ratio. RESULTS: The best cutoff point for Na/K ratio was 2.5 (P < 0.001) and area under the curve (AUC) was 0.9, and for Na/Cr ratio, the best cutoff point was 35 (P < 0.001) and AUC was 0.885. Na/K ratio showed higher sensitivity and accuracy compared to Na/Cr ratio (87.5% and 87% for Na/K ratio; 81% and 85% for Na/Cr ratio, respectively). 16Anti-HER-2 therapy following severe trastuzumab-induced cardiac toxicity显示文摘The human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)is overexpressed in 25%e30%of breast cancer patients.Anti-HER2 therapies have changed the aggressive course of HER2t breast cancer.In spite of the therapeutic benefits,their cardiotoxicities are major concerns,especially when used concurrently with anthracyclines.Here we present an elderly patient with relapsed HER2t breast cancer.Her presentation for relapsed disease was unusual for the physical finding as well as the history of trastuzumabinduced severe cardiotoxicity while requiring additional anti-HER2 therapy.She received neoadjuvant anti-HER2 treatment for stage III breast caner.Due to severe reduction of cardiac ejection fraction(EF),she only received five doses of adjuvant transtuzumab.Unfortunately her disease relapsed one year later with chest wall lesions and a persistent low EF.We treated the patient with lapatinib combined with capecitabine which resulted rapid resolution of her chest wall lesion.More importantly,the patient had one year of disease control without deterioration in her ejection fraction.We discussed the management of recurrent HER2t breast cancer with chest wall disease and the choice of anti-HER2 therapy in patients with a history of transtuzumab-induced cardiac dysfunction.Ibrahim Sadek Mark Keaton Nita J.Maihle Shou-Ching Tang 2017Genes & Diseases2017,4,3:2
