Digital Evaluation of Sitting Posture Comfort in Human-vehicle System under Industry 4.0 Framework显示文摘Most of the previous studies on the vibration ride comfort of the human-vehicle system were focused only on one or two aspects of the investigation. A hybrid approach which integrates all kinds of investigation methods in real environment and virtual environment is described. The real experimental environment includes the WBV(whole body vibration) test, questionnaires for human subjective sensation and motion capture. The virtual experimental environment includes the theoretical calculation on simplified 5-DOF human body vibration model, the vibration simulation and analysis within ADAMS/VibrationTMmodule, and the digital human biomechanics and occupational health analysis in Jack software. While the real experimental environment provides realistic and accurate test results, it also serves as core and validation for the virtual experimental environment. The virtual experimental environment takes full advantages of current available vibration simulation and digital human modelling software, and makes it possible to evaluate the sitting posture comfort in a human-vehicle system with various human anthropometric parameters. How this digital evaluation system for car seat comfort design is fitted in the Industry 4.0 framework is also proposed. | TAO Qing KANG Jinsheng SUN Wenlei LI Zhaobo HUO Xiao | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2016,29,6: | 9
Crystalline boron nitride nanosheets by sonication-assisted hydrothermal exfoliation显示文摘A simple method to prepare two-dimensional hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN) scalably is essential for practical applications. Despite intense research in this area, high-yield production of two-dimensional h-BN with large size and high crystallinity is still a key challenge. In the present work, we propose a simple exfoliation process for boron nitride nanosheets(BNNSs) with high crystallinity by sonication-assisted hydrothermal method, via the synergistic effect of the high pressure, and cavitation of the sonication. Compared with the method only by sonication, the sonication-assisted hydrothermal method can get the fewer-layer BNNSs with high crystallinity.Meanwhile, it can reach higher yield of nearly 1.68%, as the hydrothermal method with the yield of only 0.12%. The simple sonication-assisted hydrothermal method has potential applications in exfoliating other layered materials, thus opening new ways to produce other layered materials in high yield and high crystallinity. | Zhaobo TIAN Kexin CHEN Siyuan SUN Jie ZHANG Wei CUI Zhipeng XIE Guanghua LIU | 2019 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2019,8,1: | 7
Features of aerosol optical depth and its relation to extreme temperatures in China during 1980–2001显示文摘Based on Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer (TOMS) monthly aerosol optical thickness (AOT) measurements in 1980–2001 a study is made of space/time patterns and difference between land and sea of AOT 0.50 μm thick over China, which are put into correlation analysis with synchronous extreme temperature indices (warm/cold day and night). Results suggest that 1) the long-term mean AOT over China is characterized by typical geography, with pronounced land-sea contrast. And AOT has significant seasonality and its seasonal difference is diminished as a function of latitude.2) On the whole, the AOT displays an appreciably increasing trend, with the distinct increase in the eastern Qinghai-Tibetan plateau and SW China,North China, the mid-lower Changjiang (MiLY) valley as well as the South China Sea,but marginal decrease over western/northern Xinjiang and part of South China.3) The AOT over land and sea is marked by conspicuous intra-seasonal and -yearly oscillations, with remarkable periods at one-,two-yr and more (as interannual periods).4) Land AOT change is well correlated with extremely temperature indexes.Generally, the correlations of AOT to the extreme temperature indices are more significant in Eastern China with 110 ° E as the division.Their high-correlation regions are along the Southern China coastline, the Loess Plateau and the Sichuan Basin, and even higher in North China Plain and the mid-lower Changjiang River reaches.5) Simulations of LMDZ-regional model indicate that aerosol effects may result in cooling all over China, particularly in Eastern China. The contribution of aerosol change may result in more decrease in the maximum temperature than the minimum, with decrease of 0.11/0.08 K for zonal average, respectively. | HU Ting SUN Zhaobo LI Zhaoxin | 2011 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2011,30,2: | 6

Seasonal variation of global stratosphere-troposphere mass exchange显示文摘By Wei formula in pressure coordinate, the stratosphere-troposphere mass exchange (STME) is diagnosed globally for 44 years from 1958 to 2001 using the European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) reanalysis datasets. Regions of mass flux into the stratosphere are found over Indonesia, bay of Bangladesh and the mid-west coast of South Africa. Compensating mass outflow from the stratosphere appears mainly over mid-latitudes near large-scale troughs. Upward and downward transport of mass at the middle and high latitudes accompany with each other. Mass flux into troposphere is stronger in autumn and winter than in spring and summer. Strong downward mass flux into the troposphere occurs in eastern Asia the whole year with nearly stable sites. Although the area of eastern Asia accounts for only 5.6% of that of the northern hemisphere (NH), its net mass exchange reaches 15.83% of that of the NH, which means that research on STME of eastern Asia is greatly important to that of the NH and even the global areas. Air across the tropopause enters more from stratosphere to troposphere than that from troposphere to stratosphere, which is possibly related with systematic bias of the assimilated datasets and with persistent rise of the tropopause height. Contributions of the mass exchange and the mass flux exchange in the NH and southern hemisphere (SH) on their latitudes increase from equator to pole, with larger contributions in the NH. Mass exchange and mass flux exchange per areas at high latitudes are larger than that at low latitudes, which means greater mass exchange efficiency at high latitudes. | Guo Dong Lu Daren Sun Zhaobo | 2007 | Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2007,17,12: | 3

DNA methylation mediated by RdDM pathway and demethylation affects furanone accumulation through regulation of QUINONE OXIDOREDUCTASE in strawberry显示文摘Recently, increasing evidence suggests that DNA methylation plays a crucial role in fruit ripening. However, the role of DNA methylation in regulating specific traits, such as flavor, remains unclear. Here,we report a role of DNA methylation in affecting furanone biosynthesis in strawberry.Strawberry quinone oxidoreductase(FaQR)is a key enzyme in furanone biosynthesis. There are four FaQR homologs in strawberry cultivar‘Yuexin’,and one of them,FaQR3,contributes∼50%of FaQR transcripts, indicating a major role of FaQR3 in furanone biosynthesis.Through characterization of levels of DNA methylation and FaQR3 transcript and furanone contents during fruit ripening and after the application of DNA methylation inhibitor,we found that the DNA methylation level of the FaQR3 promoter was negatively correlated with FaQR3 expression and furanone accumulation, suggesting that DNA methylation may be involved in furanone biosynthesis through adjusting FaQR3 expression, and responded to different temperatures consistently. In addition, transient expression of a gene in the RNA-directed DNA methylation(RdDM)pathway,FaAGO4,and enrichment analysis of the 24-nucleotide siRNAs suggested that DNA methylation in the FaQR3 promoter is mediated by the RdDM pathway.Transient RNA interference(RNAi)of FaDML indicated that the demethylation pathway may be involved in regulating furanone accumulation. These findings provide new insights into the role of DNA methylation and demethylation in affecting flavor quality in strawberry during fruit ripening. | Yunduan Li Yanna Shi Yichen Li Jiao Lu Yunfan Sun Yuanyuan Zhang Wenbo Chen Xiaofang Yang Donald Grierson Zhaobo Lang Guihua Jiang Kunsong Chen | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,8: | 0
Single-nucleus transcriptomic profiling of multiple organs in a rhesus macaque model of SARS-CoV-2 infection显示文摘Infection with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2) causes diverse clinical manifestations and tissue injuries in multiple organs. However, cellular and molecular understanding of SARS-CoV-2 infection-associated pathology and immune defense features in different organs remains incomplete. Here, we profiled approximately 77 000single-nucleus transcriptomes of the lung, liver, kidney, and cerebral cortex in rhesus macaques(Macaca mulatta) infected with SARS-CoV-2 and healthy controls. Integrated analysis of the multiorgan dataset suggested that the liver harbored the strongest global transcriptional alterations. We observed prominent impairment in lung epithelial cells, especially in AT2 and ciliated cells, and evident signs of fibrosis in fibroblasts. These lung injury characteristics are similar to those reported in patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Furthermore, we found suppressed MHC class I/II molecular activity in the lung, inflammatory response in the liver, and activation of the kynurenine pathway, which induced the development of an immunosuppressive microenvironment. Analysis of the kidney dataset highlighted tropism of tubule cells to SARS-CoV-2, and we found membranous nephropathy(an autoimmune disease) caused by podocyte dysregulation. In addition, we identified the pathological states of astrocytes and oligodendrocytes in the cerebral cortex, providing molecular insights into COVID-19-related neurological implications. Overall, our multi-organ single-nucleus transcriptomic survey of SARS-CoV-2-infected rhesus macaques broadens our understanding of disease features and antiviral immune defects caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection, which may facilitate the development of therapeutic interventions for COVID-19. | Qiang Ma Wenji Ma Tian-Zhang Song Zhaobo Wu Zeyuan Liu Zhenxiang Hu Jian-Bao Han Ling Xu Bo Zeng Bosong Wang Yinuo Sun Dan-Dan Yu Qian Wu Yong-Gang Yao Yong-Tang Zheng Xiaoqun Wang | 2022 | Zoological Research2022,43,6: | 0
