| 1 | 以患者为中心的照顾是否等同于以人为中心的照顾显示文摘以患者为中心和以人为中心的照顾都很重要,但是两者含义不同。与以患者为中心的照顾(根据现今文献中以就诊为基础的评估描述)不同,以人为中心的照顾是基于长期积累的对人的了解,从而更好地识别健康问题和需求,并针对这些需求提供适宜照顾。简而言之,以人为中心的照顾是一种基于全人观点的照顾。初级保健的改进和改革措施似乎未能很好地推进以人为中心的照顾。现存的以人为中心的服务评价工具,应该在初级保健领域进行更为广泛的应用。 | Barbara Starfield 邵钧 | 2012 | 中国全科医学2012，15，31： | 4 |
