| 1 | Green coal mining technique integrating mining-dressing-gas draining-backfilling-mining显示文摘Aiming to address the following major engineering issues faced by the Pingdingshan No. 12 mine:(1) difficulty in implementing auxiliary lifting because of its depth(i.e., beyond 1000 m);(2) highly gassy main coal seam with low permeability;(3) unstable overlying coal seam without suitable conditions for implementing conventional mining techniques for protective coal seam; and(4) predominant reliance on ‘‘under three' coal resources to ensure production output. This study proposes an integrated, closed-cycle mining-dressing-gas draining-backfilling-mining(MDGBM) technique. The proposed approach involves the mining of protective coal seam, underground dressing of coal and gangue(UDCG), pressure relief and gas drainage before extraction, and backfilling and mining of the protected coal seam. A system for draining gas and mining the protective seam in the rock stratum is designed and implemented based on the geological conditions. This system helps in realizing pressure relief and gas drainage from the protective seam before extraction. Accordingly, another system, which is connected to the existing production system, is established for the UDCG based on the dense medium-shallow trough process. The mixed mining workface is designed to accommodate both solid backfill and conventional fully mechanized coal mining, thereby facilitating coal mining, USCG, and backfilling. The results show that: The mixed mining workface length for the Ji15-31010 protected seam was 220 m with coal production capacity 1.2 million tons per year, while the backfill capacity of gangue was 0.5 million tons per year. The gas pressure decreased from 1.78 to 0.35 MPa, and the total amount of safely mined coal was 1.34 million tons. | 3 | Deformation response of roof in solid backfilling coal mining based on viscoelastic properties of waste gangue显示文摘Solid backfill mining(SBM)is a form of green mining,the core of which is to control and minimize the deformation and movement of strata above longwall coal mines.Establishing a mechanical model that can reliably describe roof deformation by considering the viscoelastic properties of waste gangue is important as it assists in improving mine designs and reducing the environmental impact on the surface.In this paper,the time-dependent deformation characteristics of gangue under different stress levels were obtained by using lateral confinement compression,that reliably represents the compaction of goaf.The viscoelastic foundation model for gangue mechanical response is different from the traditionally used elastic foundation model,as it considers the time factor and viscoelasticity.A mechanical model using a thin plate on a fractional viscoelastic foundation was established,and the roof deflection,bending moment,time-dependent,viscous and other characteristics of SBM were included and analyzed.Compared with the existing elastic foundation model,the proposed fractional order viscoelastic foundation model has higher accuracy with laboratory data.The plate deflection increases by 50.9%and the bending moment increases by 37.9%after 100 days,which the elastic model would not have been able to predict. | Peng Huang Jixiong Zhang Xingjie Yan Anthony John Spencer Spearing Meng Li Shiwei Liu | 2021 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2021,31,2: | 8 |

| 6 | 四川大山区血吸虫病传播动力学及控制的研究显示文摘目的利用数学流行病学和计算机模拟方法研究山区血吸虫病的传播因素及其控制策略。方法基于在四川西昌20个村的血吸虫病流行病学调查,建立基于本地传播因素的血吸虫病传播模型。利用蒙特卡罗模拟对模型进行模拟,采用二分法用3个村的数据来效验模型,并用经效验的模型来分析在3种控制策略下本地血吸虫病传播的趋势。结果现场调查显示以村为单位的人群血吸虫病感染率和感染强度分别在3%~73%和平均克粪虫卵数(epg)在0.1至100.0之间。流行因素包括居民职业、疫水接触、微环境参数(气温、降雨),被整合塌入模型中。经二分法效验的模型预测显示连续化疗(50%~60%的覆盖率)在6年内能将感染强度降低30%~80%,但不能降低传播潜力;所以化疗一旦停止,传播即反弹。持续的局部的环境干预,如灭螺和虫卵控制(30%~50%覆盖率),可以将传播控制在半稳定水平;只有持续的包括化疗和环境干预在内的综合控制,在5~10年间才能将传播控制到很低的水平,甚至阻断传播。结论利用传播模型结合现场数据能够帮助分析影响血吸虫病本地传播的因素,并帮助制定相应的控制策略;血吸虫病的控制应建立在对本地因素的认识和可持续的环境干预基础上。 | 钟波 梁松 许发森 吴子松 杨长虹 陈琳 张奕 蒙先洪 邱东川 Robert C Spear | 2008 | 中华预防医学杂志2008,42,8: | 4 |
| 7 | Mechanical performance of rock bolts under combined load conditions显示文摘Rock bolts are subjected to different loading conditions along their lengths such as axial,bending,and/or shear forces,which can cause failure at lower loads than those considered for design purposes.The common existing methodologies do not consider the actual loading of the rock bolts and assume it is only pure axial or pure shear.This study was conducted to investigate the un-grouted rock bolt performance under combined load conditions.Two loading regimes were evaluated:the effect of initial shear displacement on axial load capacity and displacement,and the effect of axial displacement on the shear load capacity.The first regime was also conducted for shear with a gap,when there is a spacing between the shear interfaces.The results of this study showed that the rock bolt can resist higher axial loads than shear under pure or combined load conditions.Under combined load conditions,the rock bolt capacity decreased significantly for both regimes.However,when applying the shear load with a gap,the rock bolt load capacity was not affected significantly.Also,the total bar deformation was improved for shear and axial.The findings of this study show the need to improve the rock bolt design considering the complex loading conditions in situ with/without a gap. | P.C.Pinazzi A.J.S.(Sam)Spearing K.V.Jessu P.Singh R.Hawker | 2020 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2020,30,2: | 3 |
| 8 | Research into stope roof control of compound roof by solid backfilling mining显示文摘Based on the analysis of the failure characteristics and backfilling effect of the compound roof at 1801 backfilling workface in Taiyuan coal mine,China,we propose a method of controlling the presubsidence of a compound roof by using pre-stressed bolts to improve the backfilling ratio of the workface so as to maintain the global stability of the stope roof.In addition,PHASE simulation software was employed to analyze the influence law of pre-stressing force,length,and interval on roof subsidence at the workface.On the basis of the numerical simulation results,a model for calculating the pre-stressing force and length of the bolts,the interval between the bolts,as well as roof subsidence at the workface,was established by using SPSS regression analysis software.Moreover,the research results were applied successfully to the 1801 filling workface.According to the monitoring data of roof closure,it was found that the final subsidence value for the goaf roof was 350 mm and the filling ratio at the workface was 86%,which could fully meet the demand for safety production at the workface.The safe and effective control of the stope roof was therefore realized,which achieves the goal of safe and efficient backfilling mining under a compound roof. | Gao Rui Zhang Jixiong Spearing A.J.S. | 10 | 加钼或未加钼的低铜日粮对牛的铜状态、生产性能和胴体品质的长期影响显示文摘用42头7月龄安格斯公牛进行试验,测定加钼或未加钼的低铜饲粮对牛的生产性能、胴体品质和铜状态的长期影响。断奶前28d给22头犊牛注射90mg铜,断奶后,饲粮中添加铜7.5mg/kg干物质,对照组不添加铜。在获得铜后第40d末,铜的添加量降低到5mg/kg干物质,施铜期后,每组1/2牛的日粮中添加钼5mg/kg干物质。生长期持续196d随后为49d的肥育期,饲喂高浓度饲粮。试验结果表明:注射铜提高了断奶时牛的血浆铜浓度(P<0.01)。从生长期开始补加铜的牛具有较高的血浆铜含量、血浆铜蓝蛋白活性、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和肝脏铜浓度(P<0.01)。补加钼降低了未添加铜组牛生长期和肥育期血浆铜含量、血浆铜蓝蛋白和过氧化物岐化酶活性,但对加铜组的牛无影响。添加铜提高了施铜期(P<0.05)和生长期(P<0.08)牛的干物质采食量(DMI)及肥育期牛的日增重量(ADG)和饲料转化效率(G/F)。补加铜的牛的背膘厚度较薄(P<0.06),肋部眼肌面积较大(P<0.09)。研究结果证明,饲粮铜浓度可能改变牛的生产性能和胴体品质。 | Ward J D Spears J W 郭艳丽 | 1999 | 国外畜牧学(草原与牧草)1999,0,3: | 3 |
| 11 | Viral exploitation of actin: force-generation and scaffolding functions in viral infection显示文摘As a fundamental component of the host cellular cytoskeleton, actin is routinely engaged by infecting viruses. Furthermore, viruses from diverse groups, and infecting diverse hosts, have convergently evolved an array of mechanisms for manipulating the actin cytoskeleton for efficacious infection. An ongoing chorus of research now indicates that the actin cytoskeleton is critical for viral replication at many stages of the viral life cycle, including binding, entry, nuclear localization, genomic transcription and reverse transcription, assembly, and egress/dissemination. Specifically, viruses subvert the force-generating and macromolecular scaffolding properties of the actin cytoskeleton to propel viral surfing, internalization, and migration within the cell. Additionally, viruses utilize the actin cytoskeleton to support and organize assembly sites, and eject budding virions for cell-to-cell transmission.
