| 1 | 稳定期双相情感障碍病人经丙戊酸钠治疗脑肌醇无显著意义的变化:在体磁共振频谱分析(英文)显示文摘目的 观察稳定期双向情感障碍病人使用丙戊酸钠后,定量测定脑代谢物在额叶和颞叶中的浓度,以确定与对照组相比是否存在差异。方法 对9名双相情感障碍的成年患者和11名健康志愿者进行检查,病人惟一服用的药物是丙戊酸钠(每日1000 mg),使用3 T磁共振机器和SMIS谱仪。应用PRESS序列(TE1 25 ms,TE2 25 ms;TR 3000 ms,128次平均)获得质子磁共振频谱数据。正方形体素的大小是2 cm×2 cm×2 cm,分别定位于额叶皮质、颞叶皮质和体外标准溶液。通过测算脑和标准溶液中代谢物的T1和T2值,获得准确的脑代谢物浓度。结果 病人组与健康组的谱线大致相似。与健康志愿者相比较,病人脑肌醇浓度没有显著意义的降低(额叶P=0.80,颞叶P=0.95,t检验)。同时,两组的胆碱、总肌酸和NAA也没有显著意义的差异。结论 在稳定期双向情感障碍病人,我们未观察到丙戊酸钠治疗后脑肌醇浓度有统计学意义的变化。为了获得确切的结论 ,需要在今后的研究中观察更多的病人。 | 吴仁华 Silverstone PH 林艳 | 2010 | 磁共振成像2010，1，3： | 2 |
