2Epstein—Barr病毒基因组在鼻咽癌组织中转录的特征显示文摘对EB病毒基因在鼻咽癌活检组织细胞内的转录进行了较系统的探测。实验结果表明,EB病毒基因组在鼻咽癌活检组织中以附加体(Episome)形式存在,而其基因转录有如下特征:(1)EB病毒在所有鼻咽癌组织细胞中都表达EBNA-1,并且此基因转录产物由一个在BamHI-F区的启动子(Fp)驱动;(2);潜伏感染膜蛋白(Latentmembraneprotein,LMP和末端蛋白(Terminalprotein,TP)的转录只在约50%的活检组织中检测到,并且显示利用不同启动子的现象;(3)少部分的病例表达个别裂解基因;(4)在所有活检组织中,EB病毒基因组的BamHI-A区,表达一组功能未明的mRNA。通过对EB病毒基因在鼻咽癌细胞和其它受EB病毒感染的B淋巴细胞中表达情况的比较,本文对EB病毒基因在鼻咽癌组织细胞中的表达调控及其在癌变过程中的可能作用进行了讨论。陈鸿霖 J Sham D.Choy 吴文翰 1995病毒学报1995,11,1:2
3生物炭在柑橘皮厌氧发酵中作用机理研究显示文摘该研究主要调查柑橘皮废料厌氧消化能力在不同类型的生物炭和不同比率下的影响。柑橘皮对厌氧消化有抑制作用。生物炭的存在有两种影响:相对于只有柑橘皮废料的培养来说,它减少了迟滞期的长度,并且使甲烷的产量更高。微生物迟滞期随着柑橘皮与生物炭比例的增加而降低,在比例为2∶1时停滞期最长,为9.4 d,在比例为1∶3时迟滞期最短,为7.5 d。生物炭和柑橘皮培养中累积的甲烷产量在163.9到186.8 mLCH4 ·g^-1VS之间变动,而只有柑橘皮培养中的甲烷产量只有165.9 mLCH4 ·g^-1VS。在检测生物炭材料时发现了推测的产甲烷菌群。D-柠檬烯吸附和微生物固定化的协同作用在生物炭的影响下会提高厌氧消化的性能。Michael O Fagbohungbe Ben M J Herbert Lois Hurst Hong Li Shams Q Usmani Kirk T Semple 张冀川(译) 2019中国沼气2019,37,5:2
