| 1 | Systematic review of modulators of benzodiazepine receptors in irritable bowel syndrome:Is there hope?显示文摘Several drugs are used in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) but all have side effects and variable efficacy.Considering the role of the gut-brain axis,immune,neural,and endocrine pathways in the pathogenesis of IBS and possible beneficial effects of benzodiazepines(BZD) in this axis,the present systematic review focuses on the efficacy of BZD receptor modulators in human IBS.For the years 1966 to February 2011,all literature was searched for any articles on the use of BZD receptor modulators and IBS.After thorough evaluation and omission of duplicate data,10 out of 69 articles were included.BZD receptor modulators can be helpful,especially in the diarrhea-dominant form of IBS,by affecting the in? ammatory,neural,and psychologic pathways,however,controversies still exist.Recently,a new BZD receptor modulator,dextof isopam was synthesized and studied in human subjects,but the studies are limited to phase □b of BZDs in IBS,but bearing in mind the concentrationdependent effect of BZDs on cytokines and cell proliferation,future studies using pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic approaches are highly recommended. | Pooneh Salari Mohammad Abdollahi | 2011 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2011,17,38: | 9 |
| 2 | LaZn_xFe_(1-x)O_3钙钛矿型纳米催化剂的制备、表征及其甲苯燃烧性能(英文)显示文摘Nanostructured LaFeO3 and substituted LaZnxFe1-xO3(x = 0.01,0.05,0.1,0.2,and 0.3) perovskites were synthesized by the sol-gel auto-combustion method and used in the catalytic combustion of toluene.Their structures and surface properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction,Fourier transmission infrared spectroscopy,BET surface area,and scanning electron microscopy.Characterization data revealed that the total insertion of zinc into LaFeO3 takes place when x ≤ 0.1.However,ZnO segregation occurs to some extent,especially at x > 0.1.The performance of these perovskites was evaluated by toluene combustion.The catalytic activity of the catalysts increased substantially with an increase in zinc substitution.These results can be attributed to the cooperative effect between LaZnxFe1-xO3 and the zinc oxide phases.The relative concentration of these phases determines their oxygen activation ability and reactivity. | Seyed Ali HOSSEINI Mohammad Taghi SADEGHI Abdolali ALEMI Aligholi NIAEI Dariush SALARI Leila KAFI-AHMADI | 2010 | 催化学报2010,31,7: | 7 |
| 3 | 采用不同吸附剂从铜电解液中除锑(英文)显示文摘采用不同吸附剂,如活性炭、膨润土、高岭土、树脂、沸石和白沙从铜电解液中去除Sb(Ⅴ),得到不同吸附剂从铜电解液中去除锑(Ⅴ)的吸附容量顺序为:白沙(27)阴离子型树脂(27)沸石(27)高岭土(27)活性炭(27)膨润土。利用FTIR、XRF、XRD、SEM和BET等手段对膨润土进行表征。结果表明:膨润土的比表面积为95 m^2/g,粒度为175 nm;最大去除锑(Ⅴ)的最佳条件为接触时间10 min、4 g膨润土和温度40°C;膨润土吸附锑(Ⅴ)遵守伪二级动力学方程(R^2=0.996,k=9×10^(-5) g/(mg·min))。热力学结果显示,膨润土从铜电解液中吸附锑(Ⅴ)是吸热和自发的过程(ΔG~Θ=-4806 kJ/(mol·K),吸附数据与Freundlich和Langmuir等温线模型吻合。在铜电解液中膨润土具有最大的吸附锑(Ⅴ)容量为10000 mg/g,对于铜电解液中的Zn,Co,Cu和Bi的吸附很低且影响不大。 | Katereh SALARI Saeedeh HASHEMIAN Mohammad Taghi BAEI | 2017 | Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2017,27,2: | 7 |
| 4 | Ultrasound-assistant preparation of Cu-SAPO-34 nanocatalyst for selective catalytic reduction of NO by NH_3显示文摘The influence of the various preparation methods of Cu-SAPO-34 nanocatalysts on the selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3 under excess oxygen was studied. Cu-SAPO-34 nanocatalysts were prepared by using four techniques: conventional impregnation(IM),ultrasound-enhanced impregnation(UIM), conventional deposition precipitation(DP) using Na OH and homogeneous deposition precipitation(HDP) using urea. These catalysts were characterized in detail by various techniques such as N2-sorption, XRD, TEM, H2-TPR,NH3-TPD and XPS to understand the catalyst structure, the nature and the dispersed state of the copper species, and the acid sites for NH3 adsorption. All of the nanocatalysts showed high activities for NO removal. | 5 | Prediction of Boundary Layer Transition Based on Modeling of Laminar Fluctuations Using RANS Approach显示文摘This article presents a linear eddy-viscosity turbulence model for predicting bypass and natural transition in boundary layers by using Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) equations. The model includes three transport equations, separately, to compute laminar kinetic energy, turbulent kinetic energy, and dissipation rate in a flow field. It needs neither correlations of intermittency factors nor knowledge of the transition onset. Two transition tests are carried out: flat plate boundary layer under zero and non-zero pressure gradients with different freestream turbulence intensities, and transitional flow over a wind turbine blade at a chord Reynolds number of 3×106. | 6 | Investigation of ex-vessel core catcher for SBO accident in VVER-1000/V528 containment using MELCOR code显示文摘To mitigate consequences of core melting,an ex-vessel core catcher is investigated in this study.Instructions should be obeyed to cool down the corium caused by core melting.The corium destroys the reactor containment and causes radioactive materials to be released into the environment if it does not cool down well.It is important to build a core catcher system for the reception,localization,and cool down of the molten corium during a severe accident resulting from core melting.In this study,the role of a core catcher in the VVER-1000/v528 reactor containment during a station black out(SBO)accident is evaluated using the MELCOR1.8.6 code.In addition,parametric analyses of the SBO for(i)SBO accidents with emergency core cooling system(ECCS)operation,and(ii)without ECCS operation are performed.Furthermore,thermal–hydraulic analyses in dry and wet cavities with/without water are conducted.The investigations include the reduction of gases resulting from molten–corium–concrete interactions(H_(2),CO,CO_(2)).Core melting,gas production,and the pressure/temperature in the reactor containment are assessed.Additionally,a full investigation pertaining to gas release(H_(2),CO,CO_(2))and the pressure/temperature of the core catcher is performed.Based on MELCOR simulations,a core cavity and a perimeter water channel are the best options for corium cooling and a lower radionuclide release.This simulation is also theoretically investigated and discussed herein.The simulation results show that the core catcher system in addition to an internal sacrificial material reduces the containment pressure from 689 to 580 kPa and the corresponding temperature from 394 to 380 K.Furthermore,it is observed that the amount of gases produced,particularly hydrogen,decreased from 1698 to 1235 kg.Moreover,the presence of supporting systems,including an ECCS with a core catcher,prolonged the core melting time from 16,430 to 28,630 s(in an SBO accident)and significantly decreased the gases produced. | Farhad Salari Ataollah Rabiee Farshad Faghihi | 2021 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2021,32,4: | 4 |
| 7 | Hepatitis C virus infection and health-related quality of life显示文摘Hepatitis C virus(HCV) hepatitis and other diseases related to HCV,such as cryoglobulinemia,lymphoma and renal failure,impair health-related quality of life(HRQoL).In addition,HCV per se might directly influence HRQoL via colonization of microglia in the brain or,indirectly,via the effect of systemic inflammatory cytokines which,in turn,can trigger brain interleukin production.The treatment of HCV-related disorders with interferon(IFN) has an effect on HRQoL.Initially,IFN causes a transient deterioration of HRQoL,due to the induction of depression and other side effects of treatment.Subsequently,the subjects who obtain a sustained virologic response experience an improvement in HRQoL.Only rarely does interferon treatment causes permanent detrimental effects on HRQoL,due to residual psychiatric or neurologic side effects.Liver transplantation is the only treatment for end-stage HCV-related liver disease.HRQoL generally improves massively a few months after transplantation,except in the case of serious complications of the transplant procedure.Furthermore,high levels of anxiety and neuroticism pre-transplant are associated with lower HRQoL one year after transplant.Additionally,six months after transplant,patients with HCV who experience virologic recurrence show significantly greater depression,anxiety,phobic anxiety,and paranoid ideation than anti-HCV-negative patients.In conclusion,optimal care for the overall well-being of patients with HCV infection requires adequate knowledge of their neurological and psychological status. | Piero Amodio Laura Salari Sara Montagnese Sami Schiff Daniele Neri Tonino Bianco Lina Minazzato | 2012 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2012,18,19: | 3 |

Various methods have been proposed and patented for processing alunite, but none has been performed at industrial scale and no technical,operational and economic data is available to evaluate methods. In addition, selecting the right approach for alunite beneficiation, requires introducing a wide range of criteria and careful analysis of alternatives.In this research, after studying the existing processes, 13 methods were considered and evaluated by 14 technical, economic and environmental analyzing criteria. Due to multiplicity of processing methods and attributes, in this paper, Multi Attribute Decision Making methods were employed to examine the appropriateness of choices. The Delphi Analytical Hierarchy Process(DAHP) was used for weighting selection criteria and Fuzzy TOPSIS approach was used to determine the most profitable candidates. | 11 | Resistance status of main malaria vector, Liston (Diptera:Culicidae) to insecticides in a malaria Endemic Area,Southern Iran显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the susceptibility of Anopheles stephensi(An. stephensi) Liston, the main malaria vector in southern Iran, to WHO recommended insecticides. Methods: Larvae of An. stephensi were collected from three different larval habitats in both urban and rural area of Bandar Abbas city and one rural area in Rudan county southern Iran. WHO standard method was used for evaluation of adult and larval mosquito susceptibility. Bendiocarb, permethrin, lambda-cyhalothrin, deltamethrin as insecticide and temephos and chlorpyriphos as larvicide were used at the diagnostic dosages recommended by WHO. Results: Findings of this study showed all larval populations of An. stephensi were completely susceptible to temephos and candidate for resistance to chlorpyriphos. Adult mosquitoes in rural areas of Bandar Abbas city were resistant to pyrethroid and carbamate insecticides. Conclusion: Comparison of the results of this survey with previous studies indicates that the resistance to pyrethroids and carbamates in this malaria endemic region is increasing. Wide use of pesticides in agriculture is certainly effective in increasing resistance. | 12 | Numerical Investigation of Hydrodynamic Flow Over an AUV Moving in the Water-surface Vicinity Considering the Laminar-turbulent Transition显示文摘Nowadays, Autonomous Underwater Vehicles(AUVs) are frequently used for exploring the oceans. The hydrodynamics of AUVs moving in the vicinity of the water surface are significantly different at higher depths. In this paper, the hydrodynamic coefficients of an AUV in non-dimensional depths of 0.75, 1, 1.5, 2, and 4D are obtained for movement close to the free-surface. Reynolds Averaged Navier Stokes Equations(RANS) are discretized using the finite volume approach and the water-surface effects modeled using the Volume of Fraction(VOF) method. As the operating speeds of AUVs are usually low, the boundary layer over them is not fully laminar or fully turbulent, so the effect of boundary layer transition from laminar to turbulent flow was considered in the simulations. Two different turbulence/transition models were used: 1) a full-turbulence model, the k-ε model, and 2) a turbulence/transition model, Menter's Transition-SST model. The results show that the Menter's Transition-SST model has a better consistency with experimental results. In addition, the wave-making effects of these bodies are studied at different immersion depths in the sea-surface vicinity or at finite depths. It is observed that the relevant pitch moments and lift coefficients are non-zero for these axi-symmetric bodies when they move close to the sea-surface.
