1印度既往接受过抗结核治疗患者的一线和二线抗结核药耐药谱显示文摘本文对2001-2004年间,全印度2816例复治失败结核病患者的痰培养和药物敏感试验结果,在Chennai的结核病研究中心进行了回顾性分析。其中1498例(53%)被确诊为患有耐多药结核病(MDR-TB),671例(44.8%)至少耐一种二线抗结核药,分别为:490例(32.7%)耐乙硫异烟胺,245例(16.4%)耐氧氟沙星,169例(11.3%)耐卡那霉素;69例(4.6%)为广泛耐药结核病(XDR-TB)。尽管本结果是从高度选择的、不具代表性的患者人群中获得,但耐多药结核病患者中的二线抗结核药耐药率(包括XDR率)如此之高仍值得关注。因此,以高质量的DOTS服务来预防M/XDR-TB的产生,仍是目前的首要任务。此外,也需要尽快扩展在修改后的国家结核病控制规划(RNTCP)下的高质量的规划管理,以及更加规范规划之外对二线抗结核药的使用。C.N.Paramasivan F.Rehman F.Wares N.Sundar Mohan S.Sundar S.Devi P.R.Narayanan 赵津 王雪静 2010国际结核病与肺部疾病杂志2010,,3:3
2Effects of light availability on leaf attributes and seedling growth of four tree species in tropical dry forest显示文摘Background:In tropical dry forests,variation in understory light availability due to season and canopy tree density could be a governing factor in establishment and growth of tree seedlings.Species with varying life history traits are expected to respond differentially to such heterogeneity.We investigated the response of seedlings of four tree species in a tropical day forest in relation to spatiotemporal variability of light.We attempt to explore the role of leaf attributes in explaining intra-and inter-specific variations in relative growth rate.Four study sites,each with three contrasting canopy conditions,were selected along a soil moisture gradient.Seedlings of four tree species(viz.,Acacia catechu,Bridelia retusa,Lagerstroemia parviflora,and Shorea robusta),varying in life history traits,were monitored for seasonal variations in growth traits across canopy condition and sites for 2 years.Results:We observed a larger variation in leaf attributes for pioneer species.A.catechu showed highest mean values for leaf dry matter content,leaf nitrogen concentration,leaf phosphorus concentration,net stomatal conductance,net photosynthetic rate,and relative growth rate in high light conditions.S.robusta and B.retusa demonstrated highest mean values for all the leaf attributes(except leaf dry matter content)in low light conditions.However,intermediate values for leaf attributes were observed in L.parviflora which preferred moderate light conditions.Conclusions:Seasonal variations in light availability at the forest floor appear to play an important role in the establishment and growth of tree seedlings in seasonal dry forests.Leaf attributes can be used to explain intra-and inter-specific variation in response to light availability.Leaf attributes in combinations can be used to predict relative growth rate of tree species in tropical dry environment,which apart from soil moisture is also determined by light availability due to seasonal changes and canopy tree density.Sachchidanand Tripathi Rahul Bhadouria Pratap Srivastava Rajkumari S.Devi Ravikant Chaturvedi A.S.Raghubanshi 2020Ecological Processes2020,9,1:1
3An Optimized Transfer Learning Model Based Kidney Stone Classification显示文摘The kidney is an important organ of humans to purify the blood.The healthy function of the kidney is always essential to balance the salt,potassium and pH levels in the blood.Recently,the failure of kidneys happens easily to human beings due to their lifestyle,eating habits and diabetes diseases.Early pre-diction of kidney stones is compulsory for timely treatment.Image processing-based diagnosis approaches provide a greater success rate than other detection approaches.In this work,proposed a kidney stone classification method based on optimized Transfer Learning(TL).The Deep Convolutional Neural Network(DCNN)models of DenseNet169,MobileNetv2 and GoogleNet applied for clas-sification.The combined classification results are processed by ensemble learning to increase classification performance.The hyperparameters of the DCNN model are adjusted by the metaheuristic algorithm of Gorilla Troops Optimizer(GTO).The proposed TL model outperforms in terms of all the parameters compared to other DCNN models.S.Devi Mahalakshmi 2023Computer Systems Science & Engineering2023,44,2:0
