2SlWRKY30 and SlWRKY81 synergistically modulate tomato immunity to Ralstonia solanacearum by directly regulating SlPR-STH2显示文摘Bacterial wilt is a devastating disease of tomato(Solanum lycopersicum)caused by Ralstonia solanacearum that severely threatens tomato production.Group III WRKY transcription factors(TFs)are implicated in the plant response to pathogen infection;however,their roles in the response of tomato to R.solanacearum infection(RSI)remain largely unexplored.Here,we report the crucial role of SlWRKY30,a group III SlWRKY TF,in the regulation of tomato response to RSI.SlWRKY30 was strongly induced by RSI.SlWRKY30 overexpression reduced tomato susceptibility to RSI,and also increased H2O2 accumulation and cell necrosis,suggesting that SlWRKY30 positively regulates tomato resistance to RSI.RNA sequencing and reverse transcription–quantitative PCR revealed that SlWRKY30 overexpression significantly upregulated pathogenesis-related protein(SlPR-STH2)genes SlPR-STH2a,SlPR-STH2b,SlPR-STH2c,and SlPR-STH2d(hereafter SlPR-STH2a/b/c/d)in tomato,and these SlPR-STH2 genes were directly targeted by SlWRKY30.Moreover,four group III WRKY proteins(SlWRKY52,SlWRKY59,SlWRKY80,and SlWRKY81)interacted with SlWRKY30,and SlWRKY81 silencing increased tomato susceptibility to RSI.Both SlWRKY30 and SlWRKY81 activated SlPR-STH2a/b/c/d expression by directly binding to their promoters.Taking these results together,SlWRKY30 and SlWRKY81 synergistically regulate resistance to RSI by activating SlPR-STH2a/b/c/d expression in tomato.Our results also highlight the potential of SlWRKY30 to improve tomato resistance to RSI via genetic manipulations.Fengfeng Dang Jinhui Lin Yajing Li Ruoyun Jiang Yudong Fang Fei Ding Shuilin He Yanfeng Wang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,5:1
3Formal semantic description standard family for Chinese KOS(Ⅱ): Research and implementation of Classification Scheme Sharing Service System显示文摘In the context of globalization of network information, it is an urgent need to consider networked development and sharing for classification schemes. Since 2000, the international mainstream classification schemes have published their Web versions one after another, while there is still a lack of an integrated, reusable and Semantic-Web-oriented solution for classification schemes and classification-like knowledge organization systems. By using computer programs to automatically analyze the source files of the classification schemes in the MARC or HTML format, this paper adopts CNKOS to produce the semantic description of the classification schemes. On account of this, this paper employs international advanced open-source technologies, takeing the representative domestic CLC as an example, to construct the CLSS prototype system. It is proved that this solution can be put into practical use and can facilitate the quick deployment of other classification-like Chinese knowledge organization systems. The successful implementation of the system verifies the scientificity and practicality of CNKOS, and it plays a demonstrating and promoting role and provides a reusable solution for other domestic classification schemes and classification-like knowledge organization systems. 4Influence of colloidal nanosilica on hydration kinetics and properties of CaO/CaSO_(4)-activated slag binder显示文摘To solve the energy consumption and CO_(2) emission during cement production,the new binders must be developed as an alternative to cement.CaO/CaSO_(4)-activated slag binder is an eco-friendly and safe cementitious material;however,its low strength during initial stages limits its applications.In this study,colloidal nanosilica(CNS)was employed as an additive to improve the strength of CaO/CaSO_(4)-activated slag binder,and the effects of CNS on the workability,hydration kinetics,hydration products(type,quantity,and polymerization degree),and binder microstructure were thoroughly investigated.A moderate CNS content,through its nucleation effect,significantly increased the hydration rate of the nucleation and crystal growth(NG),phase boundary interaction(I)and diffusion(D)processes,which generated large quantities of calcium aluminosilicate hydrate(C-A-S-H)gel in the initial hydration stage.Meanwhile,the addition of CNS improved the polymerization degree of C-A-S-H gel.This amorphous reactant well-filled the pore space between slag particles and yielded a compact microstructure,consequently enhancing the binder strength.Considering the reduction in fluidity and the increase in production cost,the CNS mass fraction was controlled as3%,and the binder reached the satisfactory strengths of 3.87,24.47,31.43,and 41.78 MPa at 1,3,7,and 28 d,respectively.Qing Liu Qingming He Ruoyun Li Yanfei Feng Xianjun Lyu Junxiang Wang Lin Li 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,6:0
