| 1 | Surface chemical study of the selective separation of chalcopyrite and marmatite显示文摘FCLS (Ferric Chromium Lignin Sulfonate) was used to aid the separation of chalcopyrite from marmatite. Flotation, adsorption and zeta-potential tests of treated marmatite and chalcopyrite were performed. The flotation of marmatite was strongly depressed, while that of chalcopyrite was only slightly depressed, over a wide range of pH values when FCLS was used as depressant in the presence of Butyl Xanthate (BX). The adsorption of BX onto chalcopyrite or marmatite takes place over a wide pH range. The adsorption density of BX on chalcopyrite and marmatite decreases as the pH increases. The adsorption density of FCLS onto marmatite is greater than the adsorption density onto chalcopyrite. | 2 | Outcome of multimodal MRI-guided intravenous thrombolysis in patients with stroke with unknown time of onset显示文摘Objective Intravenous tissue plasminogen activator(tPA)is the standard therapy for patients with acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)within 4.5 hours of onset.Recent trials have expanded the endovascular treatment window to 24 hours.We investigated the efficacy and safety of using multimodal MRI to guide intravenous tPA treatment for patients with AIS of unknown time of onset(UTO).Methods Data on patients with AIS with UTO and within 4.5 hours of onset were reviewed.Data elements collected and analysed included:demographics,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score at baseline and 2 hours,24 hours,7 days after thrombolysis and before discharge,the modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score at 3 months after discharge,imaging findings and any adverse event.results Forty-two patients with UTO and 62 in control group treated within 4.5 hours of onset were treated with intravenous tPA.The NIHSS scores after thrombolysis and/or before discharge in UTO group were significantly improved compared with the baseline(p<0.05).Between the two groups,no significant differences in NIHSS score were observed(p>0.05).Utilising the non-inferiority test,to compare mRS scores(0-2)at 3 months between the two groups,the difference was 5.2%(92%CI,OR 0.196).Patients in the UTO group had mRS scores of 0-2,which were non-inferior to the control group.Their incidence of adverse events was similar.Conclusions Utilising multimodal MRI to guide intravenous only thrombolysis for patients with AIS with UTO was safe and effective.In those patients with AIS between 6 and 24 hours of time of onset but without large arterial occlusion,intravenous thrombolysis could be considered an option. | Jie Zhao Hongmei Zhao Runtao Li Jiangtao Li Chang Liu Juan Lv Yanan Li Wei Liu Dongpu Ma Huaihai Hao Xinguang Xiao Junzhong Liu Yongfeng Yin Rongli Liu Qiaoyan Yu Yingjie Wei Pengyan Li Yue Wang Runqing Wang | 2019 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2019,4,1: | 8 |
| 3 | Study on the flotation technology and adsorption mechanism of galena–jamesonite separation显示文摘In order to further separate the concentrate containing galena and jamesonite before undergoing hydrometallurgical process, flotation experiment was performed on the basis of mineralogical analysis.And the adsorption mechanisms of collector H on galena and jamesonite were also studied by FT-IR spectra analysis and molecular dynamics(MD) simulation. The flotation result shows that the efficient separation can be achieved with H as selective collector. Galena concentrated with Pb grade of 72.09%and Pb recovery of 50.96% was obtained, and jamesonite concentrated with Sb grade and recovery of10.89% and 76.67% respectively was obtained as well. Infrared spectrum analysis indicates that collector H can adsorb on the surface of galena and react with Pb2+to generate hydrophobic salt, while no evident adsorption phenomenon was observed on the surface of jamesonite. | 4 | Purification of starch and phosphorus wastewater using core-shell magnetic seeds prepared by sulfated roasting显示文摘Core-shell magnetic seeds with certain adsorption capacity that were prepared by sulfated roasting, served as the core of a magnetic separation technology for purification of starch wastewater. XRD and SEM results indicate that magnetite's surface transformed to be porous α-Fe_2O_3 structure. Compared with magnetite particles, the specific surface area was significantly improved to be 8.361 from 2.591 m^2/g, with little decrease in specific susceptibility. Zeta potential, FT-IR and XPS experiments indicate that both phosphate and starch adsorbed on the surface of the core-shell magnetic seeds by chemical adsorption, which fits well with the Langmuir adsorption model. | 5 | Prediction of Antifrccze Critical Strength of Infant Age Concrete显示文摘The rule of infant age concrete strength development under low temperature and complex affecting factors is researched.An efficient and reliable mathematical forecast model is set up to predict the infant age concrete antifreeze critical strength under low temperature at construction site.On the basis of the revision of concrete equivalent coefficient under complex influencing factors,least-squares curve-fitting method is applied to approximate the concrete strength under standard curing and the forecast formula of concrete compressive strength could be obtained under natural temperature condition by various effects.When the amounts of double-doped are 10% fly ashes and 4% silica fumes as cement replacement,the antifreeze critical strength changes form 3.5-4.1MPa under different low temperature curing.The equivalent coefficient correction formula of concrete under low temperature affected by various factors could be obtained.The obtained equivalent coefficient is suitable for calculating the strength which is between 10% to 40% of standard strength and the curing temperature from 5-20℃.The forecast value of concrete antifreeze critical strength under low temperature could be achieved by combining the concrete antifreeze critical strength value with the compressive strength forecast of infant age concrete under low temperature.Then the theory for construction quality control under low temperature is provided. | LIU Jun LIU Runqing | 2008 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2008,23,2: | 2 |

| 7 | Using pectin to separate talc and molybdenite through the surface modification with Cu^(2+):Applications and mechanism显示文摘Organic depressants have low selectivity in separating molybdenite and talc because their metal sites lack activity for organics chemisorption.In this study,surface modification by copper sulfate was used to induce the differential adsorption of pectin onto molybdenite and talc surfaces for enhanced flotation separation.Contact-angle experiments,scanning electron microscopy,adsorption measurements,timeof-flight secondary-ion mass spectrometry,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses were conducted to reveal the interaction mechanism.Results illustrated that molybdenite and talc could not be separated using pectin alone,while molybdenite was selectively depressed after surface modification by copper sulfate and this effect was strengthened under alkaline conditions.Metal sites(Mg,Si and Mo)of talc and molybdenite themselves were unable to react with pectin,whereas Cu+would deposit and further function as active site for pectin chemisorption after surface modification.However,the quantity of deposited Cu sites dropped on talc surface and increased on molybdenite surface with increased pH,and the Mo atoms of molybdenite crystal were activated to take part in pectin chemisorption.Therefore,more pectin was adhered on molybdenite surface,which imparted molybdenite stronger wettability.Herein,surface-modification through metal ions can enable the differential adsorption of organic depressants and enhance the flotation separation of minerals. | Changtao Wang Qilin Zhai Runqing Liu Meirong Wu Wei Sun Nianwen Jing Feifei Xie | 2023 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2023,33,3: | 1 |
