| 1 | Menthol-modified casein nanoparticles loading 10-hydroxycamptothecin for glioma targeting therapy显示文摘Chemotherapy outcomes for the treatment of glioma remains unsatisfactory due to the inefficient drug transport across the blood–brain barrier(BBB) and insufficient drug accumulation in the tumor region. Although many approaches, including various nanosystems, have been developed to promote the distribution of chemotherapeutics in the brain tumor, the delivery efficiency and the possible damage to the normal brain function still greatly restrict the clinical application of the nanocarriers.Therefore, it is urgent and necessary to discover more safe and effective BBB penetration and gliomatargeting strategies. In the present study, menthol, one of the strongest BBB penetration enhancers screened from traditional Chinese medicine, was conjugated to casein, a natural food protein with brain targeting capability. Then the conjugate self-assembled into the nanoparticles to load anti-cancer drugs.The nanoparticles were characterized to have appropriate size, spheroid shape and high loading drug capacity. Tumor spheroid penetration experiments demonstrated that penetration ability of mentholmodified casein nanoparticles(M-CA-NP) into the tumor were much deeper than that of unmodified nanoparticles. In vivo imaging further verified that M-CA-NPs exhibited higher brain tumor distribution than unmodified nanoparticles. The median survival time of glioma-bearing mice treated with HCPT-MCA-NPs was significantly prolonged than those treated with free HCPT or HCPT-CA-NPs. HE staining ofthe organs indicated the safety of the nanoparticles. | 3 | Efficient Scheduling Mapping Algorithm for Row Parallel Coarse-Grained Reconfigurable Architecture显示文摘Row Parallel Coarse-Grained Reconfigurable Architecture(RPCGRA)has the advantages of maximum parallelism and programmable flexibility.Designing an efficient algorithm to map the diverse applications onto RPCGRA is difficult due to a number of RPCGRA hardware constraints.To solve this problem,the nodes of the data flow graph must be partitioned and scheduled onto the RPCGRA.In this paper,we present a Depth-First Greedy Mapping(DFGM)algorithm that simultaneously considers the communication costs and the use times of the Reconfigurable Cell Array(RCA).Compared with level breadth mapping,the performance of DFGM is better.The percentage of maximum improvement in the use times of RCA is 33%and the percentage of maximum improvement in non-original input and output times is 64.4%(Given Discrete Cosine Transfor 8(DCT8),and the area of reconfigurable processing unit is 56).Compared with level-based depth mapping,DFGM also obtains the lowest averages of use times of RCA,non-original input and output times,and the reconfigurable time. | Naijin Chen Zhen Wang Ruixiang He Jianhui Jiang Fei Cheng Chenghao Han | 2021 | Tsinghua Science and Technology2021,26,5: | 4 |
| 4 | Maiden Flight of Long March 7--The New Generation Medium Launch Vehicle in China显示文摘On June 25, 2016, the Long March 7(LM-7) launch vehicle completed its maiden flight successfully. LM-7, as a new generation of medium and basic launch vehicle based on the design concepts of non-toxic and nonpolluting, was developed for the purpose of launching a cargo spacecraft to the Chinese space station. Based on the experience on launching cargo spacecraft and satellites, LM-7 can be adapted for mainstream satellite launch missions in the future with its characteristics of serialization and continuous optimization. LM-7 is expected to be used to launch manned spacecraft in the future.
