1Deep Learning-Based Spectrum Sensing in Space-Air-Ground Integrated Networks显示文摘To complement terrestrial connections,the space-air-ground integrated network(SAGIN)has been proposed to provide wide-area connections with improved quality of experience(QoE).Spectrum management is an important issue in SAGIN due to the explosive proliferation of wireless devices and services.While the progress on enabling dynamic spectrum access shows promise in advancing increased spectrum sharing,the issue of reliable spectrum sensing under low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)remains one of the key challenges faced by the spectrum management.As artificial intelligence can provide wireless networks intelligence through learning and data mining,deep learning-based spectrum sensing is proposed in order to improve the spectrum sensing performance,where a deep neural network-based detection framework is built to extract features in a data-driven way based on the covariance matrix of the received signal.To eliminate the impact of noise uncertainty,a blind threshold setting scheme is proposed without using the system prior information.Numerical analyses on simulated and real-world signals show that the detection performance of the proposed scheme is improved under a low SNR regime.Ruifan Liu Yuan Ma Xingjian Zhang Yue Gao 2021Journal of Communications and Information Networks2021,6,1:5

3IL-13Ra2-and glioma stem cell-pulsed dendritic cells induce glioma cell death in vitro显示文摘Objective Gliomas are the most common malignant tumors in the central nervous system.Despite multiple therapies including surgery,chemotherapy,and radiotherapy,the prognosis of patients remains poor.Immunotherapy is an alternative method of treating glioma,and the use of dendritic cell vaccines is one of the promising treatment options.However,there is no specific tumor cell antigen that can trigger dendritic cells(DCs).IL-13Ra2 is a specific antigen expressed in glioma cells;in the current study,we have attempted to explore whether IL-13Ra2 could be the antigen that triggers DCs and to envisage its application as potential therapy for glioma.Methods The expression of IL-13Ra2 was detected in U251 glioma cell lines and primary glioma tissues using different methods.DCs from human blood were isolated and pulsed with recombinant IL-13Ra2,following which the cytotoxicity of these DCs on glioma cells was detected and analyzed.Results About 55.9% human glioma tissue cells expressed IL-13Ra2,while normal brain tissue cells did not show any expression.DC vaccines loaded with IL-13Ra2,glioma cell antigen,and brain tumor stem cell(BTSC) antigen could significantly stimulate the proliferation of T lymphocytes and induce cell death in the glioma tissue.Compared to other groups,DC vaccines loaded with BTSC antigen showed the strongest ability to activate cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTLs),while the glioma cell antigen group showed no significant difference.Conclusion IL-13Ra2,which is expressed in gliomas and by glioma stem cells,as well as IL-13Ra2 could prove to be potential antigens for DC vaccine-based immunotherapy.Ying Wang Ruifan Xie Hongquan Niu Ting Lei 2016Oncology and Translational Medicine2016,2,5:3

5Fog Computing Architecture-Based Data Acquisition for WSN Applications显示文摘Efficient and effective data acquisition is of theoretical and practical importance in WSN applications because data measured and collected by WSN is often unreliable, such as those often accompanied by noise and error, missing values or inconsistent data. Motivated by fog computing, which focuses on how to effectively offload computation-intensive tasks from resource-constrained devices, this paper proposes a simple but yet effective data acquisition approach with the ability of filtering abnormal data and meeting the real-time requirement. Our method uses a cooperation mechanism by leveraging on both an architectural and algorithmic approach. Firstly, the sensor node with the limited computing resource only accomplishes detecting and marking the suspicious data using a light weight algorithm. Secondly, the cluster head evaluates suspicious data by referring to the data from the other sensor nodes in the same cluster and discard the abnormal data directly. Thirdly, the sink node fills up the discarded data with an approximate value using nearest neighbor data supplement method. Through the architecture, each node only consumes a few computational resources and distributes the heavily computing load to several nodes. 6Improved Keystroke Authentication Accuracy Based on Statistics and Weight显示文摘In order to improve the recognition accuracy of keystroke authentication, a methodology based on feature extraction of keystroke sequence is presented in this paper. Firstly, the data of the users' keystroke feature information that has too much deviation with the mean deviation is filtered out. Secondly, the probability of each input key is calculated and 10 values which do not have the best features are selected. Thirdly, they are weighed and a score evaluating the extent to which the user could be authenticated successfully is calculated. The benefit of using a third-party data set is more objective and comparable. 8Offline Urdu Nastaleeq Optical Character Recognition Based on Stacked Denoising Autoencoder显示文摘Offline Urdu Nastaleeq text recognition has long been a serious problem due to its very cursive nature. In order to get rid of the character segmentation problems, many researchers are shifting focus towards segmentation free ligature based recognition approaches. Majority of the prevalent ligature based recognition systems heavily rely on hand-engineered feature extraction techniques. However, such techniques are more error prone and may often lead to a loss of useful information that might hardly be captured later by any manual features. Most of the prevalent Urdu Nastaleeq test recognition was trained and tested on small sets. This paper proposes the use of stacked denoising autoencoder for automatic feature extraction directly from raw pixel values of ligature images. Such deep learning networks have not been applied for the recognition of Urdu text thus far. Different stacked denoising autoencoders have been trained on 178573 ligatures with 3732 classes from un-degraded(noise free) UPTI(Urdu Printed Text Image) data set. Subsequently, trained networks are validated and tested on degraded versions of UPTI data set. 12Carrier and microstructure tuning for improving the thermoelectric properties of Ag_(8)SnSe_(6)via introducing SnBr_(2)显示文摘The argyrodite compounds(2 A(12)/B X6 m n n^(m+)+--(Am+=Li^(+),Cu^(+),and Ag^(+);Bn^(+)=Ga^(3+),Si^(4+),Ge^(4+),Sn^(4+),P^(5+),and As^(5+);and X^(2−)=S^(2−),Se^(2−),or Te^(2−)))have attracted great attention as excellent thermoelectric(TE)materials due to their extremely low lattice thermal conductivity(κl).Among them,Ag_(8)SnSe_(6)-based TE materials have high potential for TE applications.However,the pristine Ag_(8)SnSe_(6)materials have low carrier concentration(<1017 cm^(−3)),resulting in low power factors.In this study,a hydrothermal method was used to synthesize Ag_(8)SnSe_(6)with high purity,and the introduction of SnBr_(2)into the pristine Ag_(8)SnSe_(6)powders has been used to simultaneously increase the power factor and decrease the thermal conductivity(κ).On the one hand,a portion of the Br−ions acted as electrons to increase the carrier concentration,increasing the power factor to a value of~698 mW·m^(−1)·K^(−2)at 736 K.On the other hand,some of the dislocations and nanoprecipitates(SnBr_(2))were generated,resulting in a decrease ofκl(~0.13 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1))at 578 K.As a result,the zT value reaches~1.42 at 735 K for the sample Ag8Sn1.03Se5.94Br0.06,nearly 30%enhancement in contrast with that of the pristine sample(~1.09).The strategy of synergistic manipulation of carrier concentration and microstructure by introducing halogen compounds could be applied to the argyrodite compounds to improve the TE properties.Zhonghai YU Xiuxia WANG Chengyan LIU Yiran CHENG Zhongwei ZHANG Ruifan SI Xiaobo BAI Xiaokai HU Jie GAO Ying PENG Lei MIAO 2022Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,7:1
13Multi-level fusion with deep neural networks for multimodal sentiment classification显示文摘The task of multimodal sentiment classification aims to associate multimodal information, such as images and texts with appropriate sentiment polarities. There are various levels that can affect human sentiment in visual and textual modalities. However, most existing methods treat various levels of features independently without having effective method for feature fusion. In this paper, we propose a multi-level fusion classification(MFC) model to predict the sentiment polarity based on the fusing features from different levels by exploiting the dependency among them. The proposed architecture leverages convolutional neural networks(CNNs) with multiple layers to extract levels of features in image and text modalities. Considering the dependencies within the low-level and high-level features, a bi-directional(Bi) recurrent neural network(RNN) is adopted to integrate the learned features from different layers in CNNs. In addition, a conflict detection module is incorporated to address the conflict between modalities.
