| 1 | Solvothermal-assisted liquid-phase exfoliation of large size and high quality black phosphorus显示文摘Black phosphorus(BP),especially for BP nanosheets,with unique layered structure among two dimensional(2D)materials has attracted much attention due to its outstanding physical properties,such as ultra-high mobility,in-plane anisotropic properties.However,the small horizontal-size of reported BP limits its applications in the integrated circuit or some functional devices.In this work,a solvothermalassisted liquid-phase exfoliation technique is firstly employed for preparing large size and high-quality BP nanosheets.In the high-polar acetonitrile solvent,solvothermal treatment weakens the Van der Waals forces of block BP.Together with the subsequently ultrasonic processing,effective exfoliation of large size and high-quality BP nanosheets are realized.The TEM,AFM and Raman results indicate that the prepared BP nanosheets are high quality with an average thickness of about 2 nm,and the horizontalsize is up to 10μm.This facile and effective method for exfoliated BP nanosheets provides a promising strategy for the exfoliation of other 2D materials. | Zhe Yan Xuexia He Liaona She Jie Sun Ruibing Jiang Hua Xu Feng Shi Zhibin Lei Zong-Huai Liu | 2018 | Journal of Materiomics2018,4,2: | 2 |
| 2 | Multi-dimensional and complicated electromagnetic interference hardware-in-the-loop simulation method显示文摘A typical electronic communication system, such as GPS receiver, unmanned aerial vehicle's(UAV's) data link, and radar, faces multi-dimensional and complicated electromagnetic interference in operating environment. To measure the antiinterference performance of the electronic communication system in the complicated electromagnetic interference environment, a method of multi-dimensional and complicated electromagnetic interference hardware-in-the-loop simulation in an anechoic room is proposed. It takes into account the characteristics of interference signals and the positional relationship among interference, the receiver and the transmitter of the electronic communication system.It uses the grey relational method and the angular domain mapping error correction method to control the relevant parameters,the microwave switch and so on, thus achieving the approximately actual mapping of the outdoor multi-dimensional and complicated electromagnetic interference in the anechoic room. To verify the effectiveness of this method, the multi-dimensional and complicated electromagnetic interference of the UAV's data link is simulated as an example. | 4 | Reviving chloroquine for anti-SARS-CoV-2 treatment with cucurbit[7]uril-based supramolecular formulation显示文摘The wide-spreading SARS-CoV-2 virus has put the world into boiling water for more than a year,however pharmacological therapies to act effectively against coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)remain elusive.Chloroquine(CQ),an antimalarial drug,was found to exhibit promising antiviral activity in vitro and in vivo at a high dosage,thus CQ was approved by the FDA for the emergency use authorization(EUA)in the fight against COVID-19 in the US,but later was revoked the EUA status due to the severe clinical toxicity.Herein,we show that supramolecular formulation of CQ by a macrocyclic host,curcurbit[7]uril(CB[7]),reduced its non-specific toxicity and improved its antiviral activity against coronavirus,working in synergy with CB[7].CB[7]was found to form 1:1 host-guest complexes with CQ,with a binding constant of$104 L/mol.The CQ-CB[7]formulation decreased the cytotoxicity of CQ against Vero E6 and L-02 cell lines.In particular,the cytotoxicity of CQ(60 mmol/L)against both Vero E6 cell line and L-02 cell lines was completely inhibited in the presence of 300 mmol/L and 600 mmol/L CB[7],respectively.Furthermore,the CB[7]alone showed astonishing antiviral activity in SARS-CoV-2 infected Vero E6 cells and mouse hepatitis virus strain A59(MHV-A59)infected N2 A cells,and synergistically improved the antiviral activity of CQ-CB[7],suggesting that CB[7]-based CQ formulation has a great potential as a safe and effective antiviral agent against SARS-CoV-2 and other coronavirus. | Cheryl H.T.Kwong Jingfang Mu Shengke Li Yaohui Fang Qianyun Liu Xiangjun Zhang Hiotong Kam Simon M.Y.Lee Yu Chen Fei Deng Xi Zhou Ruibing Wang | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,10: | 1 |

| 6 | Biomimetic Recognition of Organic Drug Molecules in Water by Amide Naphthotubes显示文摘Molecular recognition in water is the basis of numerous biological functions.The key for efficient and selective recognition of an organic drug molecule is to bind both its polar and nonpolar groups.This is achieved by bioreceptors for which specific noncovalent interactions are efficiently used in a hydrophobic pocket.In contrast,most synthetic receptors cannot efficiently bind the neutral,polar groups of drug molecules and,thus,often exhibit poor binding selectivity and affinity.In this research,we report a systematic study on the binding behaviors of three types of macrocyclic hosts(amide naphthotubes,cucurbit[7]uril,andβ-cyclodextrin)to 18 model compounds and 13 drug molecules.Our results show that the high desolvation penalty of polar groups of guests is the reason for the relatively low binding affinity of cucurbit[7]uril andβ-cyclodextrin.However,amide naphthotubes with a biomimetic cavity bind efficiently and selectively to organic guests through hydrophobic effects and hydrogen bonding.Drug molecules with multiple polar groups can be better accommodated by these naphthotubes.The anti-configured naphthotube show good biocompatibility according to preliminary cell experiments and is capable of enhancing the water solubility of two poorly soluble drug molecules.Therefore,they may have practical applications in pharmaceutical sciences. | Yan-Long Ma Mao Quan Xiu-Lian Lin Qian Cheng Huan Yao Xi-Ran Yang Ming-Shuang Li Wei-Er Liu Lin-Ming Bai Ruibing Wang Wei Jiang | 2021 | CCS Chemistry2021,3,4: | 0 |

| 8 | Ginsenoside Rk2, a dehydroprotopanaxadiol saponin, alleviates alcoholic liver disease via regulating NLRP3 and NLRP6 inflammasome signaling pathways in mice显示文摘Heavy alcohol consumption results in alcoholic liver disease(ALD)with inadequate therapeutic options.Here,we first report the potential beneficial effects of ginsenoside Rk2(Rk2),a rare dehydroprotopanaxadiol saponin isolated from streamed ginseng,against alcoholic liver injury in mice.Chronic-plus-single-binge ethanol feeding caused severe liver injury,as manifested by significantly elevated serum aminotransferase levels,hepatic histological changes,increased lipid accumulation,oxidative stress,and inflammation in the liver.These deleterious effects were alleviated by the treatment with Rk2(5 and 30 mg/kg).Acting as an nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor family pyrin domain-containing 3(NLRP3)inhibitor,Rk2 ameliorates alcohol-induced liver inflammation by inhibiting NLRP3 inflammasome signaling in the liver.Meanwhile,the treatment with Rk2 alleviated the alcohol-induced intestinal barrier dysfunction via enhancing NLRP6 inflammasome in the intestine.Our findings indicate that Rk2 is a promising agent for the prevention and treatment of ALD and other NLPR3-driven diseases. | Jian Zou Rujie Yang Ruibing Feng Jiayue Liu Jian-Bo Wan | 2023 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2023,13,9: | 0 |
