| 1 | Optimal Energy Flow and Nodal Energy Pricing in Carbon Emission-embedded Integrated Energy Systems显示文摘Green energy is driving the evolutions of energy industry and carbon emission is becoming an important concern.Considering the increasing couplings among various energy sectors,this paper investigates multi-period optimal energy flow and energy pricing in carbon-emission embedded integrated energy systems,including electricity,natural gas,and district heating networks.Firstly,an optimal scheduling model of integrated energy systems was proposed in this paper.The models of DC power flow,natural gas pipeline flow and heating network energy flow are presented and linearized for the optimization problem.Natural gas-fired generators and combined heat and power(CHP)units are modeled as coupling components of electricitygas and electricity-heating networks.Then,based on the optimal scheduling model,the locational marginal prices(LMP)for electricity,natural gas and heating network are determined.Moreover,the carbon emission caused by energy production has been taken into account in the optimal scheduling and energy pricing process.Finally,case studies on a combined network consisting of IEEE 39-bus system,Belgium 20-node natural gas system and 6-node heating system demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model and the impacts of carbon emission on system scheduling and LMP. | Tao Jiang Hongwei Deng Linquan Bai Rufeng Zhang Xue Li Houhe Chen | 2018 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,2: | 13 |
| 2 | Day-ahead Scheduling of Multi-carrier Energy Systems with Multi-type Energy Storages and Wind Power显示文摘The integration of large-scale wind power brings challenges to the operation of integrated energy systems(IES).In this paper,a day-ahead scheduling model for IES with wind power and multi-type energy storage is proposed in a scenario-based stochastic programming framework.The structure of the IES consists of electricity,natural gas,and heating networks which are all included in the model.Operational constraints for IES incorporating multi-type energy storage devices are also considered.The constraints of the electricity network,natural gas network and heating network are formulated,and non-linear constraints are linearized.The calculation method for the correlation of wind speed between wind farms based on historical data is proposed.Uncertainties of correlated wind power were represented by creating multiple representative scenarios with different probabilities,and this was done using the Latin hyper-cube sampling(LHS)method.The stochastic scheduling model is formulated as a mixed integer linear programming(MILP)problem with the objective function of minimizing the total expected operation cost.Numerical results on a modified PJM 5-bus electricity system with a seven-node natural gas system and a six-node heating system validate the proposed model.The results demonstrate that multi-type energy storage devices can help reduce wind power curtailments and improve the operational flexibility of IES. | Rufeng Zhang Tao Jiang Guoging Li Houhe Chen Xue Li Linquan Bai Hantao Cui | 2018 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,3: | 13 |
| 3 | Geology and hydrocarbon accumulations in the deepwater of the northwestern South China Sea——with focus on natural gas显示文摘The deepwater of the northwestern South China Sea is located in the central to southern parts of the Qiongdongnan Basin(QDN Basin),which is a key site for hydrocarbon exploration in recent years.In this study,the authors did a comprehensive analysis of gravity-magnetic data,extensive 3D seismic survey,cores and cuttings,paleontology and geochemical indexes,proposed the mechanism of natural gas origin,identified different oil and gas systems,and established the model of hydrocarbon accumulations in the deep-water region.Our basin tectonic simulation indicates that the evolution of QDN Basin was controlled by multiple-phased tectonic movements,such as Indochina-Eurasian Plate collision,Tibetan Uplift,Red River faulting and the expansion of the South China Sea which is characterized by Paleogene rifting,Neogene depression,and Eocene intensive faulting and lacustrine deposits.The drilling results show that this region is dominated by marineterrestrial transitional and neritic-bathyal facies from the early Oligocene.The Yacheng Formation of the early Oligocene is rich in organic matter and a main gas-source rock.According to the geological-geochemical data from the latest drilling wells,Lingshui,Baodao,Changchang Sags have good hydrocarbon-generating potentials,where two plays from the Paleogene and Neogene reservoirs were developed.Those reservoirs occur in central canyon structural-lithologic trap zone,Changchang marginal trap zone and southern fault terrace of Baodao Sag.Among them,the central canyon trap zone has a great potential for exploration because the various reservoirforming elements are well developed,i.e.,good coal-measure source rocks,sufficient reservoirs from the Neogene turbidity sandstone and submarine fan,faults connecting source rock and reservoirs,effective vertical migration,late stage aggregation and favorable structural–lithological composite trapping.These study results provide an important scientific basis for hydrocarbon exploration in this region,evidenced by the recent discovery of the significant commercial LS-A gas field in the central canyon of the Lingshui Sag. | WANG Zhenfeng SUN Zhipeng ZHANG Daojun ZHU Jitian LI Xushen HUANG Baojia GUO Minggang JIANG Rufeng | 2015 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2015,34,10: | 9 |
| 4 | Tool Positioning Algorithm Based on Smooth Tool Paths for 5-axis Machining of Sculptured Surfaces显示文摘The current research of the 5-axis tool positioning algorithm mainly focuses on searching the local optimal tool position without gouging and interference at a cutter contact(CC) point,while not considering the smoothness and continuity of a whole tool path.When the surface curvature varies significantly,a local abrupt change of tool paths will happen.The abrupt change has a great influence on surface machining quality.In order to keep generated tool paths smooth and continuous,a five-axis tool positioning algorithm based on smooth tool paths is presented.Firstly,the inclination angle,the tilt angle and offset distance of the tool at a CC point are used as design variables,and the machining strip width is used as an objective function,an optimization model of a local tool positioning algorithm is thus established.Then,a vector equation of tool path is derived by using the above optimization model.By analyzing the equation,the main factors affecting the tool path quality are obtained.Finally,a new tool position optimization model is established,and the detailed process of tool position optimization is also given.An experiment is conducted to machine an aircraft turbine blade by using the proposed algorithm on a 5-axis blade grinding machine,and the machined blade surface is measured with a coordinate measuring machine(CMM).Experimental and measured results show that the proposed algorithm can ensure tool paths are smooth and continuous,improve the tool path quality,avoid the local abrupt change of tool paths,and enhance machining quality and machining efficiency of sculptured surfaces. | XU Rufeng CHEN Zhitong CHEN Wuyi | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,5: | 7 |
| 5 | Spindle Thermal Error Optimization Modeling of a Five-axis Machine Tool显示文摘Aiming at the problem of low machining accuracy and uncontrollable thermal errors of NC machine tools, spindle thermal error measurement, modeling and compensation of a two turntable five-axis machine tool are researched. Measurement experiment of heat sources and thermal errors are carried out, and GRA(grey relational analysis) method is introduced into the selection of temperature variables used for thermal error modeling. In order to analyze the influence of different heat sources on spindle thermal errors, an ANN(artificial neural network) model is presented, and ABC(artificial bee colony) algorithm is introduced to train the link weights of ANN, a new ABCNN(Artificial bee colony-based neural network) modeling method is proposed and used in the prediction of spindle thermal errors. In order to test the prediction performance of ABC-NN model, an experiment system is developed, the prediction results of LSR(least squares regression), ANN and ABC-NN are compared with the measurement results of spindle thermal errors. Experiment results show that the prediction accuracy of ABC-NN model is higher than LSR and ANN, and the residual error is smaller than 3 lm, the new modeling method is feasible. | 6 | Crystalloid and colloid preload for maintaining cardiac output in elderly patients undergoing total hip replacement under spinal anesthesia显示文摘The aim of the present study was to compare the effects of colloid and crystalloid preload on cardiac output (CO) and incidence of hypotension in elderly patients under spinal anesthesia (SA). A randomized, double-blinded study was conducted including 47 elderly patients undergoing scheduled total hip replacement (THR), who were randomized to three groups: the control group (C group, n = 15), crystalloid (RS group, n =16) and colloid group (HES group, n = 16). An intravenous preload of 8 mL/kg of either lactated Ringer's solution in the RS group or 6% hydroxyethyl starch in the HES group was infused within 20 min before SA induction, while no intravenous preload was given in the C group. There was a trend of decrease in CO and systolic blood pressure after SA with time in the C group. In the RS and HES groups, CO increased significantly after fluid preloading as compared with baseline (P < 0.01). Thereafter, CO remained higher than baseline until 30 min after SA in the HES group. The change of systolic blood pressure was similar to CO, but no significant difference from baseline was observed in each group. Hypotension occurred in 3 patients in the C group and one each in the RS and HES group, respec-tively (P = 0.362). | 9 | NDUFAB1 confers cardio-protection by enhancing mitochondrial bioenergetics through coordination of respiratory complex and supercomplex assembly显示文摘The impairment of mitochondrial bioenergetics,often coupled with exaggerated reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, is a fundamental disease mechanism in organs with a high demand for energy, including the heart. Building a more robust and safer cellular powerhouse holds the promise for protecting these organs in stressful conditions. Here, we demonstrate that NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit AB1 (NDUFAB1), also known as mitochondrial acyl carrier protein, acts as a powerful cardio-protector by conferring greater capacity and efficiency of mitochondrial energy metabolism. In particular, NDUFAB1 not only serves as a complex I subunit, but also coordinates the assembly of respiratory complexes I, II, and III, and supercomplexes, through regulating iron-sulfur biosynthesis and complex I subunit stability. Cardiac-specific deletion of Ndufab1 in mice caused defective bioenergetics and elevated ROS levels, leading to progressive dilated cardiomyopathy and eventual heart failure and sudden death. Overexpression of Ndufab1 effectively enhanced mitochondrial bioenergetics while limiting ROS production and protected the heart against ischemia-reperfusion injury. | 11 | Analysis of sensitivity and specificity:precise recognition of neutrophils during regeneration of contused skeletal muscle in rats显示文摘In this report,we applied the TissueFAXS 200 digital pathological analysis system to rapidly and accurately identify neutrophils during regeneration of contused skeletal muscle,and to provide information for follow-up studies on neutrophils to estimate wound age.Rat injury model was established,and skeletal muscle samples were obtained from the control group and contusion groups at 1,1.5,2,3,4,and 6 h,as well as at 1,3,5,and 15 d post-injury(n紏5 per group).The expression of nuclei and neutrophils was detected by hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining and immunohistochemical(IHC)staining.A total of 20 injury site areas of 0.25mm^(2)(0.5mm0.5mm)were then randomly selected at all time points.A TissueFAXS 200 digital pathological analysis system was used to identify the positive and negative numbers.Knowledge of five professional medical workers were considered the gold standard to measure the false positive rate(FPR),false negative rate(FNR),sensitivity,specificity,and area under the curve(AUC)of receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves.As a result,with a staining area of neutrophils from 8 μm^(2) to 15 μm^(2),the FPR was 4.28%–12.14%,the FNR was 12.42%–64.08%,the sensitivity was 35.92%–87.58%,the specificity was 87.86%–95.72%,the Youden index was 0.316–0.754,the accuracy was 82.80%–88.30%,and the AUC was 0.771–0.826.The AUC was largest when the cut-off value of the staining area was 12 mm^(2).Our results show that this software-based method is more accurate than the human eye in evaluating neutrophil infiltration.Based on the sensitivity and specificity,neutrophils can be accurately identified during regeneration of contused skeletal muscle.The TissueFAXS 200 digital pathological analysis system can also be used to optimize conditions for different cell types under various injury conditions to determine the optimal cut-off value of the staining area and provide optimal conditions for further study.Furthermore,it will provide evidence for forensic pathology cases. | Jiajia Niu Guoshuai An Zhen Gu Peng Li Qiqing Liu Rufeng Bai Junhong Sun Qiuxiang Du | 2022 | Forensic Sciences Research2022,7,2: | 2 |

| 20 | Combined nanosuspensions from two natural active ingredients for cancer therapy with reduced side effects显示文摘Tumor drug resistance and systemic side effects of chemotherapeutic drugs are the main reasons for the failure of cancer treatment.In recent years,it was found that some natural active ingredients can reverse MDR and regulate body immunity to enhance the efficacy and reduce toxicity of chemotherapeutic drugs.In this paper,a new nanosuspensions,HCPT and QUR hybrid nanosuspensions(HQ-NPs),was prepared by the microprecipitation-high pressure homogenization method to reverse tumor drug resistance,reduce toxicity,and increase therapeutic efficacy.The in vitro investigation results showed that HQ-NPs had a unique shape(particle size was about 216.3±5.9 nm),changed crystalline,and different dissolution rates compared with HCPT-NPs and QUR-NPs,which is attributed to the strong intermolecular forces between HCPT and QUR as indicated by the results of the molecule dock.It was verified that the HQ-NPs could double the retention of HCPT in cells and enhance the cytotoxicity to A549/PTX cells in vitro tests compared with HCPT-NPs.We also found that HQ-NPs can significantly enhance the accumulation of HCPT in tumor sites,improve the antitumor activity of HCPT,and protect the immune organs and other normal tissues(P<0.01),compared with HCPT-NPs.Therefore,hybrid nanosuspensions can offer promising potential as the drug delivery system for HCPT and QUR to increase the therapeutic efficacy and reduce the toxicity of HCPT. | Yonghui Qiao Zhihao Wei Tingting Qin Rufeng Song Zhiqiang Yu Qi Yuan Juan Du Qingbing Zeng Lanlan Zong Shaofeng Duan Xiaohui Pu | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,9: | 1 |
