1用遗传算法进行多流股换热器网络综合的研究显示文摘建立了多流股换热器网络综合数学模型,该模型改进了文献中等温混合的不合理假设。多流股换热器网络综合问题本质上是一个混合整数非线性规划问题(MINLP),这类问题的非凸非线性的特性使得目标函数存在多个局部最优解。传统的基于梯度的搜索方法在处理这类问题时由于计算规模庞大且极易陷于局部最优解而不再适用,而遗传算法却为解决这类问题提供了很有希望的一个方向。因而对遗传算法求解多流股换热器网络综合问题进行了研究,提出了可以自动产生可行的多流股换热器网络的方法策略,最后通过两个例题说明所提方法是可行的。魏关锋 姚平经 罗行 Roetzel Wilfried 2003高校化学工程学报2003,17,4:19
2Synthesis of Large-scale Multistream Heat Exchanger Networks Based on Stream Pseudo Temperature显示文摘Effective temperature level of stream, namely stream pseudo temperature, is determined by its actual temperature and heat transfer temperature difference contribution value. Heat transfer temperature difference con-tribution value of a stream depends on its heat transfer film coefficient, cost per unit heat transfer area, actual tem-perature, and so on. In the determination of the suitable heat transfer temperature difference contribution values of the stream, the total annual cost of multistream heat exchanger network (MSHEN) is regarded as an objective func-tion, and genetic/simulated annealing algorithm (GA/SA) is adopted for optimizing the heat transfer temperature difference contribution values of the stream. The stream pseudo temperatures are subsequently obtained. On the ba-sis of stream pseudo temperature, optimized MSHEN can be attained by the temperature-enthalpy (T-H) diagram method. This approach is characterized with fewer decision variables and higher feasibility of solutions. The calcu-lation efficiency of GA/SA can be remarkably enhanced by this approach and more probability is shown in search-ing the global optimum solution. Hence this approach is presented for solving industrial-sized MSHEN which is difficult to deal by traditional algorithm. Moreover, in the optimization of stream heat transfer temperature differ-ence contribution values, the effects of the stream temperature, the heat transfer film coefficient, and the construc-tion material of heat exchangers are considered, therefore this approach can be used to optimize and design heat exchanger network (HEN) with unequal heat transfer film coefficients and different of construction materials. The performance of the proposed approach has been demonstrated with three examples and the obtained solutions are compared with those available in literatures. 4采用扩展温度振荡法测量超临界CO_2扁管内对流换热特性显示文摘As a natural working,fluid carbon dioxide (CO 2) has shown great potential in refrigeration and air conditioning industry. The heat transfer and pressure drop performance of supercritical CO 2 in pipes is necessary for gas-cooler design. This paper presents an experimental investigation of supercritical CO 2 heat transfer characteristics using temperature oscillation method.Considering the variable fluid temperature, an extended and more reasonable temperature oscillation model is built and used for heat transfer coefficient evaluation. The convective heat transfer coefficient of supercritical CO 2 flowing in an aluminum multi-channel flat pipe is measured for the first time.Experiments are performed under one typical pressure and temperature condition.The experimental setup and data acquisition as well as processing program are described in detail. New dimensionless heat transfer data in the form of Nusselt number via Reynolds number are given and analyzed.The results could be a good reference to gas-cooler design.The paper also supplies a general model or tool for determining local convective heat transfer coefficient which can be used more widely.张后雷 宣益民 Wilfried Roetzel 2001化工学报2001,52,7:3
5乙烯装置预冷系统换热网络的节能优化显示文摘利用虚拟温度法(流股有效温位)对国内某乙烯装置冷箱系统进行用能诊断分析,找出过程系统的用能“瓶颈”,并针对低温过程传热温差较小以及冷公用工程采用中间公用工程的特点,提出了低温过程多流股换热器网络的综合方法;该方法能够有效的利用冷热流股的有效温位,使冷公用工程的操作费用达到最小,得到合理的换热网络,并且在优化流股传热温差贡献值过程中,考虑了各流股温度、传热膜系数和换热器材质的影响,因此可以用于不同材质、不同传热膜系数低温换热网络的设计和优化;将该方法应用于国内某乙烯装置冷箱系统的综合中,与现场用能情况相比,冷公用工程用量降低了44.5%;结果表明该方法在工程中是可行的。马相坤 姚平经 钱新华 魏哲如 LUO Xing ROETZEL Wilfried 2006现代化工2006,26,z2:3
6低温过程多流股换热器网络综合显示文摘多流股换热器主要应用在低温过程领域.本文针对低温过程换热器网络的特点,基于流股虚拟温度的T-H图提出了利用遗传/模拟退火算法进行低温过程换热网络综合的方法.低温过程传热温差较小,在流股温差贡献值的选取上充分考虑了流股热力学平均温度的影响,使其取值更加合理;冷公用工程的利用不同于常温换热网络,温度越低其相应的费用越高,通过采用分批-逐次利用的原理分配冷公用工程,得到冷公用工程的温位及相应的匹配位置,能够有效地利用过程系统的传热温差,降低换热网络的操作费用;该方法利用虚拟T-H图法产生初始解,具有决策变量少,产生初始解均为可行的特点,能显著提高遗传模拟退火算法的计算效率,并适用于不同材质、不同传热膜系数网络的设计和优化;以国内某乙烯装置脱甲烷塔预冷系统综合为实例进行了分析.马相坤 姚平经 Lou Xing Roetzel Wilfried 2006化工进展2006,25,z1:2
