| 10 | 后牙氧化锆固定桥修复效果评估:4年临床观察病例报告显示文摘目的:本研究通过对后牙3~4单位的氧化锆固定桥修复50个月的临床效果观察.评价氧化锆支架和饰瓷的成功率。材料和方法:对象为在Goettigen大学就诊的75名13内最多缺失2颗牙且存在对颌牙的患者。共制作了99个固定桥,观察分为两组.观察组包括51个固定桥.使用适合钛和氧化锆的饰瓷[热膨胀系数(TEC)为85μm/(m·k)].对照组48个固定桥.使用经典的用于氧化锆的低溶附饰瓷[TEC为9.5μm/(m·K)],磷酸锌粘结。采用Kaplan—Meier法进行统计学分析,通过log—rank检验分析成功率与时间的关系。结果:总共7个修复体失败:4个由于技术问题.3个由于周围组织并发症。Kaplan—Meier法分析显示48个月后修复体总成功率为94%。23个病例需要临床干预:13个崩瓷(加瓷)、6个脱粘结(重新粘结)、3个龋坏(充填治疗)、1个牙髓坏死(根管治疗)。两组饰瓷的成功率没有统计学差异(10g—rank检验P=0.81)。结论:通过4年临床观察,后牙氧化锆固定桥具有较高的成功率,主要的并发症是崩瓷和脱粘结,且主要发生在下颌。 | Mathias Roediger Nikolaus Gersdorff Alfons Huels Sven Rinke 魏青梅(译) 姜婷(审) | 2010 | 中国口腔医学继续教育杂志2010，，6： | 1 |
