| 4 | Hospitalized prevalence and 5-year mortality for IBD:Record linkage study显示文摘AIM:To establish the hospitalized prevalence of severe Crohn's disease(CD) and ulcerative colitis(UC) in Wales from 1999 to 2007;and to investigate long-term mortality after hospitalization and associations with social deprivation and other socio-demographic factors.METHODS:Record linkage of administrative inpatient and mortality data for 1467 and 1482 people hospitalised as emergencies for ≥ 3d for CD and UC,respectively.The main outcome measures were hospitalized prevalence,mortality rates and standardized mortality ratios for up to 5 years follow-up after hospitalization.RESULTS:Hospitalized prevalence was 50.1 per 100 000 population for CD and 50.6 for UC.The hospitalized prevalence of CD was significantly higher(P < 0.05) in females(57.4) than in males(42.2),and was highest in people aged 16-29 years,but the prevalence of UC was similar in males(51.0) and females(50.1),and increased continuously with age.The hospital-ized prevalence of CD was slightly higher in the most deprived areas,but there was no association between social deprivation and hospitalized prevalence of UC.Mortality was 6.8% and 14.6% after 1 and 5 years follow-up for CD,and 9.2% and 20.8% after 1 and 5 years for UC.For both CD and UC,there was little discernible association between mortality and social deprivation,distance from hospital,urban/rural residence and geography.CONCLUSION:CD and UC have distinct demographic profiles.The higher prevalence of hospitalized CD in more deprived areas may reflect higher prevalence and higher hospital dependency. | Lori A Button Stephen E Roberts Michael J Goldacre Ashley Akbari Sarah E Rodgers John G Williams | 2010 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2010，16，4： | 3 |

| 7 | 澳洲淡水龙虾(Cherax quadricarinatus)商业饲料中鸡肉粉替代鱼粉研究显示文摘水产动物红螯螯虾(Cherax quadricarinatus),俗称澳洲淡水龙虾,在热带和亚热带区域养殖发展十分迅速。由于饲料工业处于初级发展期,红螯螯虾营养需求与各种原料消化吸收率数据极其有限,生产饲料一般并未按照螯虾的特殊要求来单独设计配方。考虑到近期鱼粉价格上涨,使用类似鸡肉粉等替代蛋白源显得更为经济。本研究评价螯虾幼虾投喂使用鸡肉粉替代鱼粉的商业饲料生长效果。红螯螯虾幼虾(0.45±0.01) g暂养在户外圆池(容积24 600 L),密度为12.5尾/m2。养殖池水源为水库抽提,养殖期间保持流水。小龙虾投喂6种饲料,蛋白为26%,粗脂肪为7%,每个处理4个重复,在同等环境条件下生长良好。基础饲料中的鱼粉按比例被鸡肉粉替代,鱼粉含量递减为15%、12%、9%、6%、3%和0,而鸡肉粉含量递增为7.8%、10.5%、13.2%、15.8%、18.5%和21.2%,等氮等能饲料。经过56 d养殖试验,小龙虾所有试验组的存活率大于83%,增长11.3 g以上,处理组间没有显著差异。基于以上试验结果,可以得出结论,鸡肉粉适合作为小龙虾饲料中鱼粉的替代物。 | 刘训华 何志刚 Saoud,I P Rodgers,L J Davis,D A | 2019 | 饲料与畜牧2019，0，6： | 2 |
| 8 | Prognostic value of baseline FDG uptake on PET-CT in esophageal carcinoma显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the influence of baseline maximum standardized uptake value(SUVmax) on survival in a cohort of patients, undergoing positron emission tomography-computed tomography(PET-CT) scan for esophageal carcinoma. METHODS: The pre-treatment SUVmax numeric reading was determined in patients with confirmed esophageal or junctional cancer having PET-CT scan during the time period 1st January 2007 until 31 st July 2012. A minimum follow up of 12 mo was required. Patients were subdivided into quartiles according to SUVmax value and the influence of SUVmax on survival was assessed using univariate and multivariate analysis. The following pre-treatment factors were investigated: patient characteristics, tumor characteristics and planned treatment. RESULTS: The study population was 271 patients(191male) with esophageal or junctional carcinoma. The median age was 65 years(range 40-85) and histologic subtype was adenocarcinoma in 197 patients and squamous carcinoma in 74 patients. The treatment intent was radical in 182 and palliative in 89 patients. SUVmax was linked to histologic subtype(P = 0.008), tumor site(P = 0.01) and Union for International Cancer Control(UICC) stage(P < 0.001). On univariate analysis, prognosis was significantly associated with SUVmax(P = 0.001), T-stage(P < 0.001) and UICC stage(P < 0.001). On multivariate analysis, only T-stage and UICC stage remained significant.
