1河南地区婴幼儿把尿训练开始时间与排尿控制发育关系研究显示文摘目的了解婴幼儿把尿训练开始时间对排尿控制的影响。方法对7 415例6~12岁儿童进行无记名回顾性调查,按把尿训练开始时间将其分为6组(每3个月龄差分一组,第一组:0~3月龄,以此类推,第六组:16~18月龄)。统计每组获得白天排尿控制月龄。采用方差分析方法对各组及各组间的数据进行分析比较。结果把尿开始越早获得排尿控制的年龄越小(第1组和第6组控制月龄分别为:19.9±7.2,25.9±6.2)。其中,1、2、3组间(1~9个月龄开始把尿训练)白天获得排尿控制时间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),4~6组间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿出生后前9个月进行把尿训练,获得白天排尿控制的时间显著早于9个月后开始排尿训练。马源 文一博 汪玺正 王庆伟 何翔飞 花朝阳 李杏 SOREN Rittig 文建国 2018现代泌尿外科杂志2018,23,9:6
