1Human hepatic sinusoidal endothelial cells can be distinguished by expression of phenotypic markers related to their specialised functions in vivo显示文摘The hepatic sinusoids are lined by a unique population of hepatic sinusoidal endothelial cells (HSEC), which is one of the first hepatic cell populations to come into contact with blood components. However, HSEC are not simply barrier cells that restrict the access of blood- borne compounds to the parenchyma. They are func- tionally specialised endothelial cells that have complex roles, including not only receptor-mediated clearance of endotoxin, bacteria and other compounds, but also the regulation of inflammation, leukocyte recruitment and host immune responses to pathogens. Thus understand- ing the differentiation and function of HSEC is critical for the elucidation of liver biology and pathophysiology. This article reviews methods for isolating and studying human hepatic endothelial cell populations using in vitro models. In this review we examine the effect of the human microbiome on the components and pathogenesis of the metabolic syndrome. 5A Novel Electrocatalysis Method for Organic Pollutants Degradation显示文摘A novel electrocatalysis, ferrous ion catalyzed anodic-cathodic electrocatalysis (FACEC), was developed for organic pollutants degradation, which could promote the degradation by achieving synergetic effects of both anodic oxidation and cathodic indirect oxidation. 6凝血酶肽类对创面愈合及表皮细胞增生与移行的作用研究显示文摘目的探讨新合成的凝血酶受体激活肽 TP508对创面愈合及表皮细胞增生与移行的作用。方法SD大鼠 18只,麻醉下在每一大鼠背部作 4个直径 1.5 cm圆形皮肤切除创面。 TP508治疗组 9只大鼠,每 1创面用 TP508 0.1μg(40ml)治疗。对照组9只大鼠用40μl等渗盐水处理。用 JAVA Jandel和 IMAGE PRO图形处理软件计算创面面积。人表皮细胞NHEK945增生采用MTT测定法和细胞计数仪直接计数法。细胞移行实验采用48孔 Boyden细胞移行测定板进行,移行至滤膜下表面的细胞数以斑点密度表示。结果术后 7 d和 14 d,TP508处理组创面面积分别为盐水组的73.7%和45.4%(P<0.01)。凝血酶、TP508显著促进表皮细胞增生。培养液组细胞移行斑点密度为 76.6±13.8,添加 1μg/ml凝血酶和 10 μg/ml TP508,其斑点密度分别增至 104.4±12.2和109.4±14.6。结论凝血酶及TP508对大鼠皮肤切除创面愈合及人表皮细胞增生与移行均有显著作用,后者在一定程度上解释了TP508促进创面愈合的机理。黄跃生 杨宗城 黎鳌 DH Carney 2000中华烧伤杂志2000,16,1:5
7Comparison of two remote sensing models for estimating evapotranspiration: algorithm evaluation and application in seasonally arid ecosystems in South Africa显示文摘Remote sensing tools are becoming increasingly important for providing spatial information on water use by different ecosystems. Despite significant advances in remote sensing based evapotranspiration(ET) models in recent years, important information gaps still exist on the accuracy of the models particularly in arid and semi-arid environments. In this study, we evaluated the Penman-Monteith based MOD16 and the modified Priestley-Taylor(PT-JPL) models at the daily time step against three measured ET datasets. We used data from two summer and one winter rainfall sites in South Africa. One site was dominated by native broad leaf and the other by fine leafed deciduous savanna tree species and C4 grasses. The third site was in the winter rainfall Cape region and had shrubby fynbos vegetation. Actual ET was measured using open-path eddy covariance systems at the summer rainfall sites while a surface energy balance system utilizing the large aperture boundary layer scintillometer was used in the Cape. Model performance varied between sites and between years with the worst estimates(R2<0.50 and RMSE>0.80 mm/d) observed during years with prolonged mid-summer dry spells in the summer rainfall areas. Sensitivity tests on MOD16 showed that the leaf area index, surface conductance and radiation budget parameters had the largest effect on simulated ET. MOD16 ET predictions were improved by:(1) reformulating the emissivity expressions in the net radiation equation;(2) incorporating representative surface conductance values;and(3) including a soil moisture stress function in the transpiration sub-model. Implementing these changes increased the accuracy of MOD16 daily ET predictions at all sites. However, similar adjustments to the PT-JPL model yielded minimal improvements. 18Synthesis and Characterization of Mixed Al+AlN Nanoparticles显示文摘Mixed Al+AlN nanoparticles were synthesized by an active plasma-metal reaction method. Mean particle size of the mixed Al+AlN nanoparticles is about 30-50 nm. Defects were found in some AlN particles. 20光固化修复材料的吸水性对人工间隙的影响显示文摘目的 :本实验比较了两种光固化修复材料复合体 /复合树脂在 12周浸水实验后人工间隙的变化。方法 :选择 40个深 5mm ,内径 5 .5mm的玻璃圆柱体作为人工洞形 ,其内表面的 1/ 2进行喷砂 ,酸蚀 ,硅烷化 ,涂布一层牙本质粘接剂Primer&BondNT ,分别由光固化材料DyractAP(D)和SpectrumTPH(S)充填各 2 0个 ,这样在圆柱体的未粘接面形成人工间隙。每组中 10个样本浸泡在 37℃的去离子水中 (W) ,10个样本浸泡在 37℃的硅油 (O)中 ,通过光学显微镜放大 5 70倍测量 0 ,1,2 ,4,6 ,8,10 ,12周每个样本产生的最大间隙值 ,并进行统计分析 ,同时检测间隙减小的程度与储存时间的关系。结果 :统计分析得出不同时间测量的两种材料最大间隙值在浸水组有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,在浸油组却不存在 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,进一步分析D -W组在第六周后和S -W组在第四周后就无显著性差异 ;线性回归分析显示D -W和S -W这两组中的间隙宽度随时间以指数形式减少 ,从回归线的斜率可得出D -W组的间隙减少的速率比S -W组快 4.6倍。结论 :人工间隙的减小是由两种光固化材料的吸水性决定 ,而且在DyractAP组中间隙减小得更多、更快。黄翠 郑智明 张顺彬 祈理海 韦汉贤 Pashley DH 2002口腔医学研究2002,18,3:2
