19直喷式柴油机燃烧室的优化显示文摘采用的优化程序以遗传学运算法则为基础,它能同时使不同的合理性函数达到最大值。要优化的参数与燃烧室几何特征有关,它们的变化范围很大。在所有研究的燃烧室形状中,使凹坑容积与凹坑的挤气容积比保持恒定,因而所有研究燃烧室的压缩比相同。这种情况能确保排放的变化只受几何形状的影响。喷射角也作为一个可变参数来考虑。针对不同的发动机运转工况,即不同的转速和负荷同时进行了优化,并按照运转工况在欧洲行驶试验循环中的出现率对相应的合理性值进行加权。通过采用“修改”版的KIVA3V程序模拟每种燃烧室的性能,对遗传学运算法则进行了评估。按照作为基本型的一种商品化燃烧室几何形状所得的试验数据来调整喷油模型和燃烧模型的参数。根据发动机的排放水平(碳烟、NOx和HC)确定了3种合理性函数,并用一种补偿函数来解释发动机性能。优化过程的目标是选出一种能使所选定的合理性函数达到最佳折衷的燃烧室。此外,对按各单项合理性函数优化的燃烧室进行了分析,还研究了几何特征对排放的影响。Risi A 2005国外内燃机2005,37,4:1
