1Effects of Rhenium on Creep Rupture Life of a Single Crystal Superalloys显示文摘The slabs of a single crystal superalloy were poured with 2.2% Re, 3.2% Re and 4.2% Re and otherelement contents of the alloys were basicalIy kept no changed. The effects of Re on the ultimatetensile strength, creep rupture life and rafting of a single crystal superalloy were studied. Theresults showed that with increasing Re content the ultimate tensile strength decreased but theplasticity increased at 649℃. and the creep rupture life remarkably increased while the plasticitydecreased at 982℃/248.2 MPa. 1038℃/206.8 MPa and 1070℃/176.8 MPa for the alloy, on themicrostructure aspect, with increasing the creep rupture life of the alloy the rafting was gettingbigger and bigger at the same test condition, and the rafting suppressed creep and increasedcreep rupture life in this single crystal superalloy.Li, Jiarong Tang, Dingzhong Lao, Riling Liu, Shizhong Wu, Zhongtang 1999Journal of Materials Science & Technology1999,15,1:8
2Resveratrol engages selective apoptotic signals in gastric adenocarcinoma cells显示文摘AIM: To investigate the intracellular apoptotic signals engaged by resveratrol in three gastric adenocarcinoma cancer cell lines, two of which (AGS and SNU-1) express p53 and one (KATO-Ⅲ) with deleted p53. METHODS: Nuclear fragmentation was used to quanti- tate apoptotic cells; caspase activity was determined by photometric detection of cleaved substrates; formation of oxidized cytochrome C was used to measure cytochrome C activity, and Western blot analysis was used to determine protein expression. RESULTS: Gastric cancer cells, irrespective of their p53 status, responded to resveratrol with fragmentation of DNA and cleavage of nuclear lamins A and B and PARP. Resveratrol, however, has no effect on mitochondria-associated apoptotic proteins Bcl-2, Bcl- xl, Bax, Bid or Smac/Diablo, and did not promote sub- cellular redistribution of cytochrome C, indicating that resveratrol-induced apoptosis of gastric carcinoma cells does not require breakdown of mitochondrial membrane integrity. Resveratrol up-regulated p53 protein in SNU-1 and AGS cells but there was a difference in response of intracellular apoptotic signals between these cell lines. SNU-1 cells responded to resveratrol treatment with down-regulation of survivin, whereas in AGS and KATO- Ⅲ cells resveratrol stimulated caspase 3 and cytochrome C oxidase activities. 3Density estimated physicochemical properties of alanine-based ionic liquid [C_7mim][Ala] and its application in selective transesterification of soybean oil显示文摘Amino acid ionic liquid (AAIL) based on alanine, 1-n-heptyl-3-methylimidazolium alanine ([C7mim][Ala]), has been prepared and characterized. Since the IL can form strong hydrogen bonds with water, trace amount of water is a problematic impurity in the IL. Using the standard addition method (SAM), the densities were measured in the temperature range from 293.15 to 343.15±0.05 K. On the basis of the experimental data of density, the surface tension , molar volume, and the molecular volume Vm, molar enthalpy of vaporization lgHm0, and the thermal expansion coefficients , for [C7mim][Ala] were estimated using semi-empirical methods. Also the interstice model has been verified with good accordance. Then the [C7mim][Ala] was taken as catalyst in the transesterification reaction with fatty acid, where soybean oil was used as raw material and methanol as reactant. The amount of catalyst, alcohol consumption, reaction time, temperature and other factors of the reaction were investigated. Using GC determination, the conversions were calculated by the internal standard method. 4Association between essential hypertension and polymorphisms of beta 1 adrenergic receptor gene G1165C (Gly389Arg) in Chinese Mongolian population显示文摘BACKGROUND: The prevalences of hypertension, cerebrovascular diseases, etc. are higher in Mongolian population because of the influence of various factors including genetics, geography, diet, etc. Therefore, it is helpful to develop researches on the genetics of various diseases including hypertension in Mongolian population. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the association between the polymorphism of beta1 adrenergic receptor (β1-AR) gene G1165C (Arg389Gly), an important candidate gene for various diseases of cardiovascular system, and essential hypertension in Mongolian population. DESIGN: A cross-sectional study. SETTINGS: Department of Neurology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical College; Wulate Houqi Red Cross Society. PARTICIPANTS: The survey was carried out from February 2003 to March 2005. Totally 239 Mongolian residents, whose blood relations of 3 generations were all Mongolians, were selected from Wulate Houqi, Inner Mongolia, and they were all informed with the survey and detected items. Based on the diagnostic standard of hypertension set by WHO in 1999, the subjects were divided into two groups according to the level blood pressure: ① Normal blood pressure group (n=117): systolic blood pressure (SBP) < 140 mm Hg (1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) < 90 mm Hg, and those having histories of cerebrovascular disease, heart disease, diseases of liver, kidney and tiroides, and diabetes mellitus were excluded. ② Essential hypertension group (n=122): including 51 patients with simple high SBP. All the enrolled subjects had no blood relationship with each other, and had no history of miscegenation. METHODS: The body height, body mass, waist circumference and blood lipids were measured routinely, and their habits of smoking and drinking were also investigated. Peripheral venous blood (5 mL) was drawn, the genome DNA was extracted, and the polymorphisms of the β1-AR G1165C (Gly389Arg) genotype were detected with the Sequenom system. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) experiment and SNP detection were performed in Huada Gene Laboratory of Bejing, then the univariate analysis of variance was applied in the sample comparison among groups, and the chi-square test was used to compare the genotypes and allele frequencies. The odd ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) were calculated. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The distributions of β1-AR G1165C (Gly389Arg) genotypes and alleles were observed. RESULTS: All the 239 subjects were involved in the analysis of results, and no one missed. ①Comparison of β1-AR G1165C (Gly389Arg) genotypes and allele distributions: In Mongolian population, the frequencies of CC and GG+GC genotypes at β1-AR G1165C (Gly389Arg) site in the essential hypertension group (72%, 28%) were not significantly different from those in the normal blood pressure group (67%, 33%) (χ2=0.841, P=0.359; OR: 0.773, 95%CI: 0.445-1.342); The frequencies of C and G alleles also had no significant differences between the essential hypertension group (85%, 15%) and the normal blood pressure group (82%, 18%) (χ2=1.136, P=0.287; OR: 0.769, 95%CI: 0.747-1.248). ②The frequencies of CC and GG+GC genotypes at β1-AR G1165C (Gly389Arg) site had no significant differences between the patients with simple high SBP (71%, 29%) and the normal blood pressure group (χ2=0.250, P=0.617; OR: 0.833, 95%CI: 0.408-1.703); The frequencies of C and G alleles were not significantly different between the patients with simple high SBP (86%, 14%) and the normal blood pressure group (χ2=0.670, P=0.413; OR: 0.766, 95%CI: 0.404-1.453). CONCLUSION: In Mongolian population, the distributions of the genotypes and alleles of β1-AR G1165C (Gly389Arg) have no obvious differences between the subjects with normal blood pressure and the patients with essential hypertension (including simple SBP increase), which suggests that G1165C (Glu389Asp) site of β1-AR gene may be not a genetic mark of essential hypertension and simple high SBP in Mongolian population.Rile Hu Rile Hu Shigang Zhao Guangming Niu Chunyu Zhang Zhiguang Wang Mingfang Jiang 2006Neural Regeneration Research2006,1,3:2
5Topotactically constructed nickel-iron(oxy)hydroxide with abundant in-situ produced high-valent iron species for efficient water oxidation显示文摘The low efficiency of oxygen evolution reaction(OER) is regarded as one of the major roadblocks for metal-air batteries and water electrolysis.Herein,a high-performance OER catalyst of NiFe_(0.2)(oxy)hydroxide(NiFe_(0.2)-O_(x)H_(y)) was developed through topotactic transformation of a Prussian blue analogue in an alkaline solution,which exhibits a low overpotential of only 263 mV to reach a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2) and a small Tafel slope of 35 mV dec-1.Ex-situ/operando Raman spectroscopy results indicated that the phase structure of NiFe_(0.2)-O_(x)H_(y) was irreversibly transformed from the type of α-Ni(OH)_(2) to γ-NiOOH with applying an anodic potential,while ex-situ/operando 57Fe Mossbauer spectroscopic studies evidenced the in-situ production of abundant high-valent iron species under OER conditions,which effectively promoted the OER catalysis.Our work elucidates that the amount of high-valent iron species in-situ produced in the NiFe(oxy)hydroxide has a positive correlation with its water oxidation reaction performance,which further deepens the understanding of the mechanism of NiFe-based electrocatalysts.Zhichong Kuang Song Liu Xuning Li Meng Wang Xinyi Ren Jie Ding Rile Ge Wenhui Zhou Alexandre IRykov Moulay TSougrati Pierre-Emmanuel Lippens Yanqiang Huang Junhu Wang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,6:2

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the association between C825T polymorphisms of G-protein beta 3 subunit gene (GNB3), the important candidate gene of various disease of cardiovascular system, and Mongolian patients with essential hypertension. DESIGN: A comparative observation. SETTINGS: Department of Neurology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical College; Wulate Houqi Red Cross Society. PARTICIPANTS: Totally 267 Mongolian residents, whose blood relations of 3 generations were all Mongolians, were selected from Wulate Houqi, Inner Mongolia. The patients were screened based on the diagnostic standard of hypertension set by WHO in 1999, and the enrolled subjects were divided into two groups according to the level of blood pressure: ① Normal blood pressure group (n =124): 64 males and 60 females, systolic blood pressure (SBP) < 140 mm Hg (1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) < 90 mm Hg; ② Essential hypertension group (n =143): 71 males and 72 females, including 60 patients with simple high SBP (SBP ranged 145 to 195 mm Hg, whereas DBP < 90 mm Hg). METHODS: Peripheral venous blood (5 mL) was drawn from all the subjects, the genome DNA was extracted, and the polymorphisms of the GNB3 C825T genotype were detected with the Sequenom system. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) experiment and SNP detection were performed in Beijing Huada gene laboratory. Then the univariate analysis of variance was applied in the sample comparison among groups, and the chi-square test was used to compare the genotypes and allele frequencies. The odd ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) were calculated. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The distributions of GNB3 C825T genotypes and alleles were observed. RESULTS: All the 267 Mongolian subjects were involved in the analysis of results. ① GNB3 C825T genotypes: In Mongolian population, the frequencies of CC, CT and TT genotypes at GNB3 C825T site in the essential hypertension group (48%, 41%, 11%) were not obvious different from those in the normal blood pressure group (43%, 47%, 10%,χ2 =0.162, P =0.688; OR:1.176, 95%CI: 0.533–2.592), whereas there were also no obvious differences between the simple high SBP group (57%, 35%, 8%) and the normal blood pressure group (χ2 =0.733, P =0.392; OR:1.957, 95%CI: 0.623–6.143). ② GNB3 C825T alleles: In Mongolian population, The frequencies of C and T alleles in the essential hypertension group (69%, 31%) were not obviously different from those in the normal blood pressure group (67%, 33%, χ2 =0.094, P = 0.759; OR:0.945, 95%CI: 0.657–1.358), whereas there were also no obvious differences between the simple high SBP group (74%, 26%) and the normal blood pressure group (χ2 =2.133, P =0.144; OR:0.697, 95%CI: 0.428–1.133).
