1北京市怀柔区儿童维生素D营养状况及其与体成分的关系显示文摘目的分析儿童维生素D的营养状况及其与体成分的关系。方法选取北京市怀柔区(北纬40.3°)7~11岁学龄儿童381名,于2008年3月采集静脉血并采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA,英国IDS公司)测定血清中25-羟维生素D[25(0H)D]的浓度,双能X线吸收仪(DExA,美国Norland公司)测定前臂及全身的体成分,分析维生素D与体成分的相关性。结果研究对象血清25(OH)D的平均浓度为(44.4±12.5)nmol/L,维生素D缺乏和不足率[血清25(OH)D≤50nmol/L]达68.5%。男生血清25(OH)D浓度(46.3±13.3)nmol/L高于女生(42.0±11.1)nmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=3.38,P〈0.01)。血清25(OH)D浓度与前臂近端、远端、全身及分部位中四肢的瘦体重呈正相关(r=0.13~0.19,P〈0.05),与前臂近端、远端的体脂百分比呈负相关(r=-0.14,P〈0.05;r=-0.1],P〈0.05),均有统计学意义。调整年龄、性别、身高、体重等混杂因素后,与前臂近端、全身分部位中双下肢的瘦体重相关性仍有统计学意义(r=0.12~0.14,P〈0.05)。血清25(OH)D浓度与各部位体脂的相关性均无统计学意义。结论维生素D缺乏在北京市郊区儿童中较为普遍,而维生素D营养状况对体成分,尤其对瘦体重有促进作用。赵静 张倩 张环美 郭宏霞 Rickard Oste 郝利楠 Gunilla Onning Lella Hulthen 胡小琪 2010中华流行病学杂志2010,31,1:41
2北京市郊区儿童维生素D营养状况与骨量的关系显示文摘目的了解北京市怀柔区儿童维生素D营养状况与骨量的关系,为改善我国儿童骨骼健康提供基础资料。方法采用横断面研究的方法 ,随机选取北京市怀柔区(北纬40.3°)381名7-11岁儿童,采集静脉血,用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]浓度,双能X线吸收仪测定前臂及全身骨矿物含量(BMC)、骨矿物密度(BMD)和骨面积(BA)。结果研究对象血清25(OH)D浓度平均为(44.4±12.5)nmol/L。血清25(OH)D浓度与身高、体重及全身和前臂的BMC、BMD和BA呈显著正相关(r=0.10~0.17;P〈0.05);调整年龄、性别、身高和体重后,仅全身分部位中的左上肢BMC和左上肢及右上肢BA与血清25(OH)D浓度呈正相关(r=0.11-0.14;P〈0.05),其余部位显著性消失。维生素D营养状况适宜儿童[25(OH)D〉50 nmol/L]的全身BMC比维生素D不足儿童[25(OH)D≤50 nmol/L]平均高4.2%(P〈0.05),但调整混杂因素后差异消失。结论维生素D营养状况与北京郊区儿童体格发育正相关,从而对儿童骨量增加起到间接促进作用。张倩 赵静 张环美 郭宏霞 Rickard Oste 郝利楠 Gunilla Onning Lena Hulthén 胡小琪 2010中国预防医学杂志2010,11,8:25
3Active suspension in railway vehicles:a literature survey显示文摘Since the concept of active suspensions appeared,its large possible benefits has attracted continuous exploration in the field of railway engineering.With new demands of higher speed,better ride comfort and lower maintenance cost for railway vehicles,active suspensions are very promising technologies.Being the starting point of commercial application of active suspensions in rail vehicles,tilting trains have become a great success in some countries.With increased technical maturity of sensors and actuators,active suspension has unprecedented development opportunities.In this work,the basic concepts are summarized with new theories and solutions that have appeared over the last decade.Experimental studies and the implementation status of different active suspension technologies are described as well.Firstly,tilting trains are briefly described.Thereafter,an indepth study for active secondary and primary suspensions is performed.For both topics,after an introductory section an explanation of possible solutions existing in the literature is given.The implementation status is reported.Active secondary suspensions are categorized into active and semi-active suspensions.Primary suspensions are instead divided between acting on solid-axle wheelsets and independently rotating wheels.Lastly,a brief summary and outlook is presented in terms of benefits,research status and challenges.The potential for active suspensions in railway applications is outlined.Bin Fu Rocco Libero Giossi Rickard Persson Sebastian Stichel Stefano Bruni Roger Goodall 2020Railway Engineering Science2020,28,1:8
4Fire behavior of mining vehicles in underground hard rock mines显示文摘The results from a number of investigations and fire experiments are presented and analyzed in order to characterize the fire behavior of mining vehicles in underground hard rock mines. The analysis also includes fire safety and fire protection measures with respect to the mining vehicle fire behavior.Earlier studies on fires in underground hard rock mines have shown that vehicles or mobile equipment are the dominant sources of fire. A better knowledge about the fire behavior of vehicles in underground hard rock mines is therefore needed. During the analysis the direction and flow rate of the ventilation in a drift was found to have a significant impact on the fire behavior, causing for example flame tilt with rapid fire spread. The shielded sections of a vehicle will be less affected by the ventilation flow resulting in for example a decreased flame spread. It was also found that spray fires may result in considerable heat release rate but are generally of shorter duration and will not make any significant contributions to the overall heat release rate of the fully developed vehicle fire. The fire duration of a loader tire from a full-scale fire experiment was found to be at least 200 min and will largely determine the total fire duration of the vehicle. A different scenario with different conditions with for example a slower flame spread resulted in an even longer fire duration. The radiative and convective fraction will be a key factor when determining the heat transfer mechanisms involved in a fire and will vary from material to material.Calculations show that the radiative fraction of the tire fires on two mining vehicles is significantly lower than found in earlier experiments. The design and construction of the mining vehicle will have an important impact on the fire behavior and could possibly mitigate the consequences of a fire and allow fire personnel to extinguish a fire that otherwise would have had a too high heat release rate.Hansen Rickard 2017International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2017,27,4:4
5Experimental analysis of tip vortex cavitation mitigation by controlled surface roughness显示文摘This study presents results of experiments where roughness applications are evaluated in delaying the tip vortex cavitation inception of an elliptical foil.High-speed video recordings and laser doppler velocimetry(LDV)measurements are employed to provide further details on the cavitation behavior and tip vortex flow properties in different roughness pattern configurations.The angular momentum measurements of the vortex core region at one chord length downstream of the tip indicate that roughness leads to a lower angular momentum compared with the smooth foil condition while the vortex core radius remains similar in the smooth and roughened conditions.The observations show that the cavitation number for tip vortex cavitation inception is reduced by 33%in the optimized roughness pattern compared with the smooth foil condition where the drag force increase is observed to be around 2%.During the tests,no obvious differences in the cavitation inception properties of uniform and non-uniform roughness distributions are observed.However,the drag force is found to be higher with a non-uniform roughness distribution.Urban Svennberg Abolfazl Asnaghi Robert Gustafsson Rickard E.Bensow 2020Journal of Hydrodynamics2020,32,6:4
6Indications and surgical options for small bowel, large bowel and perianal Crohn's disease显示文摘Despite advancements in medical therapy of Crohn's disease(CD), majority of patients with CD will eventually require surgical intervention, with at least a third of patients requiring multiple surgeries. It is important to understand the role and timing of surgery, with the goals of therapy to reduce the need for surgery without increasing the odds of emergency surgery and its associated morbidity, as well as to limit surgical recurrence and avoid intestinal failure. The profile of CD patients requiring surgical intervention has changed over the decades with improvements in medical therapy with immunomodulators and biological agents. The most common indication for surgery is obstruction from stricturing disease, followed by abscesses and fistulae. The risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in CD is high but the likelihood of needing surgery for bleeding is low. Most major gastrointestinal bleeding episodes resolve spontaneously, albeit the risk of re-bleeding is high. The risk of colorectal cancer associated with CD is low. While current surgical guidelines recommend a total proctocolectomy for colorectal cancer associated with CD, subtotal colectomy or segmental colectomy with endoscopic surveillance may be a reasonable option. Approximately 20%-40% of CD patients will need perianal surgery during their lifetime. 9Fire behaviour of multiple fires in a mine drift with longitudinal ventilation显示文摘The fire behaviour involving multiple fires in a mine drift with longitudinal ventilation was analysed. The conditions and fire phenomena occurring were described. The analysis was based upon experimental data from model-scale fire experiments. A fire involving several fuel items may lead to flames tilted horizontally and filling up the entire cross section, leading to earlier ignition, higher fire growth rates, higher fire spread rate and severe fire behaviour. Longer flame lengths will also result due to decreased air entrainment. A correlation for the continuous flame length was proposed. 10Hydrodynamic mechanisms of aggressive collapse events in leading edge cavitation显示文摘Transient cavities generated from unsteady leading-edge cavitation may undergo aggressive collapses which are responsible for cavitation erosion.In this paper,we studied the hydrodynamic mechanisms of these events in the leading edge cavitation fonned over a modified NACA0009 hydrofoil using experimental and numerical methods.In the experimental investigation,high-speed visualization(HSV)and paint test are employed to study the behavior of the cavitating flow at σ=1.25,α=5°,U∞=20 m/s.In the numerical part,the same cavitating flow is simulated using an inviscid density-based compressible solver with a barotropic cavitation model.The numerical results are first compared with the experimental HSV to show that the simulation is able to reproduce the main features of the cavitating flow.Then,as the compressible solver is capable of capturing the shock wave upon the collapse of cavities,the location of collapse events with high erosion potential are determined.The location of these collapse events are compared with the paint test results with a qualitatively good agreement.It is clearly observed,in both the experiments and the numerical simulation,that there exists four distinct regions along the hydrofoil with higher risks of erosion:(1)A very narrow strip at the leading edge,(2)an area of accumulated collapses at around 60 percent of the sheet cavity maximum length,(3)an area around the closure line of the sheet cavity with the highest erosion damage,and(4)a wide area close to the trailing edge with dispersed collapse events.A combined analysis of the experimental and numerical results reveals that the small-scale structures generated by secondary shedding are more aggressive than the large-scale cloud cavities(primary shedding).It is also observed that the high risk of cavitation erosion in regions 2 and 3 is mainly due to the collapses of the small cavity structures that are formed around the sheet cavity closure line or the rolling cloud cavity.Mohammad Hossein Arabnejad Ali Amini Mohamed Farhat Rickard EBensow 2020Journal of Hydrodynamics2020,32,1:2
