| 1 | MMP-2和TIMP-2基因多态性与胃癌发病风险的研究显示文摘目的探讨西南汉族人群中基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metallopmteinase-2,MMP-2)和金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-2(tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2,TIMP-2)基因启动子区域单核苷酸多态性与胃癌发病风险的关系。方法在美国Sequenom MassARRAY系统上利用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱法(MALDI-TOF MS)针对308对胃癌病例和对照分析MMP-2-1306C/T和TIMP-2-418G/C基因多态特征。同时利用自行设计的问卷收集研究对象的人口学特征和日常生活习惯。结果 MMP-2-1306C/T的CC、CT和TT基因型在病例组和对照组中的频率分别为:79.5%、19.8%、0.6%和79.8%、19.2%、1%;TIMP-2-418G/C的GG、GC和CC基因型在病例组和对照组中的频率分别为:71.4%、26.6%、2.0%和70.5%、27.8%、1.7%;MMP-2-1306C/T(P=0.936和0.984)和TIMP-2-418G/C(P=0.817和0.898)的基因型和等位基因频率分布在胃癌组与对照组间均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。同时未发现基因-基因联合作用(OR=1.004;95%CI:0.460~2.191)和基因-环境之间的交互作用。结论本研究未发现MMP-2-1306C/T和TIMP-2-418G/C多态性与胃癌发病风险有关,且两单核苷酸多态之间无基因-基因联合作用,也未发现基因与环境的交互作用。 | 陈凤 杨淑娟 田智 温圆圆 谢瑶 潘雄飞 Marie Loh 黄荷 兰慧 温莹 赵志梅 Richie Soong 杨春霞 | 2014 | 现代预防医学2014，41，1： | 9 |
| 2 | Income smoothing and the cost of debt显示文摘The literature on income smoothing focuses on the effect of earnings smoothing on the equity market.This paper investigates the effect of income smoothing on the debt market.Using the Tucker–Zarowin(TZ) statistic of income smoothing,we find that firms with higher income smoothing rankings exhibit lower cost of debt,suggesting that the information signaling effect of income smoothing dominates the garbling effect.We also find that the effect of earnings smoothing on debt cost reduction is stronger in firms with more opaque information and greater distress risk. | Si Li Nivine Richie | 2016 | China Journal of Accounting Research2016，，3： | 4 |
| 3 | CMA和ALDH2基因多态性与胃癌发病风险的研究显示文摘目的探讨西南地区汉族人群CMA-1903G/A(rs1800875)和ALDH2-rs671多态性与胃癌发病风险的关系。方法采用1∶1配对病例对照研究,纳入经组织病理确诊的胃癌病人及健康对照各308例,使用自行设计的问卷收集研究对象的人口学特征和胃癌危险因素信息,并对rs1800875和rs671基因多态特征进行检测。结果 rs1800875GG、AG和AA基因型在病例组和对照组中的分布频率分别为:64.4%、32.7%、2.9%和61.7%、33.7%、4.6%;rs671GG、GA和AA基因型在两组中的分布频率分别为:63.0%、34.4%、2.6%和63.0%、32.5%、4.5%;上述两基因型频率分布在两组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。吸烟和饮酒两类人群中rs671 GA+AA基因型携带者患胃癌的风险高于GG基因型携带者(P=0.01,P=0.025),rs1800875基因多态性与胃癌的患病风险不存在统计学意义的关联(P=0.928,P=0.974)。结论本研究发现rs671在吸烟和饮酒人群中其多态性与胃癌的发病风险有关,rs1800875多态性与胃癌的发病风险无关。 | 赵芸 陈凤 杨淑娟 田智 温圆圆 谢瑶 潘雄飞 Marie Loh 黄荷 兰慧 温莹 赵志梅 Richie Soong 常虹 李思齐 薛清萍 杨春霞 | 2014 | 现代预防医学2014，41，21： | 4 |
| 4 | Gender development and hepatitis B and C infections among pregnant women in Africa:a systematic review and metaanalysis显示文摘Background:Although Africa is a region of hyper endemicity to viral hepatitis B(HBV)and C(HCV)infections,there is limited data on their related burden among pregnant women.The present systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to determine the magnitude of these infections among pregnant women living in Africa and investigate its association with gender-related human development indicators.Main text:We searched PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Africa Journal Online,and Global Index Medicus,with no language restriction,to identify observational studies on HBV and HCV infections in pregnant women residing in Africa published from January 1,2000 until December 31;2017.Eligible studies reported the prevalence of HBV and/or HCV infection(s)(HBs antigen and HCV antibodies)and/or infectivity(HBe antigen or detectable HCV viral load).Each study was independently reviewed for methodological quality.We used a random-effects model metaanalysis to pool studies.In total,145 studies(258251 participants,30 countries)were included,of which 120(82.8%)had a low,24(16.5%)a moderate,and one(0.7%)had a high risk of bias.The prevalence of HBV and HG/infections was 6.8%(95%confidence interval[CI]:6.1-7.6,113 studies)and 3.4%(95%CI:2.6-A.2,58 studies),respectively.The prevalence of HBe antigen and HCV detectable viral load was 18.9%(95%CI:14.4-23.9)and 62.3%(95%CI:51.6-72.5)in HBV positive and HCV positive pregnant women,respectively.The multivariable meta-regression analysis showed that the prevalence of HBV infection increased with decreasing gender development index,males,level of education and females'expected years of schooling.Furthermore,this prevalence was higher in rural areas and in western and central Africa.The prevalence of HCV infection increased with decreasing proportion of seats held by women in parliament.Conclusions:To address the burden of HBV and HCV infections,beyond well-known risk factors at the individual-level,macro-level factors including gender-related human development indicators and dwelling in rural areas should be considered.In Africa,HBV or HCV infeaed mothers seems to have high potential of transmission to their children. | Jean Joel Bigna Angeladine M.Kenne Aghiles Hamroun Marie S.Ndangang Audrey Joyce Foka Dahlia Noelle Tounouga Remi Lenain Marie A.Amougou Jobert Richie Nansseu | 2019 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2019，8，2： | 2 |
