1三视校正的理论及鲁棒性算法显示文摘要讨论两方面的工作.首先,对三视校正问题进行理论分析,给出了校正后图像的基本矩阵与其约束条件之间的关系,讨论了三视校正过程中的6个自由参数的几何含义.这些结果为处理校正过程中带来的图像射影畸变提供了理论根据.其次,在RANSAC(random sampling consensus)框架下,提出了一种鲁棒的三视校正算法.与传统的校正算法不同,该算法不再只依赖于基本矩阵,而是直接利用了原始匹配点的信息.这种基于点的方法有两个优点:一方面,由于噪声的干扰,基本矩阵往往估计得不够准确;另一方面,由于基本矩阵的评价准则与校正结果的评价准则不同,即使从好的基本矩阵出发,也未必能获得好的校正结果.大量的模拟和真实图像实验表明,该算法具有很强的抗噪声及抗错误匹配的能力,能够获得令人满意的校正效果.张淮峰 Jan Cech Radim Sara 吴福朝 胡占义 2004软件学报2004,15,5:6

3Risk of recurrence of primary sclerosing cholangitis after liver transplantation is associated with de novo inflammatory bowel disease显示文摘AIM To evaluate risk factors for primary sclerosing cholangitis(PSC) recurrence(rPSC) after orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT) in patients with well-preserved colons. METHODS We retrospectively evaluated the medical records of all patients transplanted for PSC in our center between July 1994 and May 2015 and selected 47 with followup of at least 60 mo for further analysis based on strict inclusion and exclusion criteria. rPSC was confirmed by magnetic resonance or endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and liver biopsy. All patients were evaluated by protocolary pre-OLT colonoscopy with randomized mucosal biopsies. Colonoscopy was repeated annually after OLT. Both organ donors and recipients were human leukocyte antigen(HLA) typed by serological and/or DNA methods. All input data were thoroughly analyzed employing relevant statistical methods.RESULTS Altogether, 31 men and 16 women with a median(range) age of 36(15-68) years at the time of OLT and a median follow-up of 122(60-249) mo were included. rPSC was confirmed in 21/47(44.7%) of patients, a median 63(12-180) mo after transplantation. De novo colitis [rPSC in 11/12, P ≤ 0.05, hazard ratio(HR): 4.02, 95% confidence interval(CI): 1.58-10.98] and history of acute cellular rejection(rPSC in 14/25, P ≤ 0.05; HR: 2.66, 95%CI: 1.03-7.86) showed strong positive associations with rPSC. According to the univariate analysis, overlapping features of autoimmune hepatitis(r PSC in 5/5, P ≤ 0.05) and HLA-DRB1*07 in the donor(r PSC in 10/15, P ≤ 0.05) represent other potential risk factors for rPSC, while the HLA-DRB1*04(rPSC in 0/6, P ≤ 0.05), HLA-DQB1*03(rPSC in 1/11, P ≤ 0.05), and HLA-DQB1*07(rPSC in 0/7, P ≤ 0.05) recipient alleles may have protective roles.CONCLUSION De novo colitis and acute cellular rejection are clinical conditions significantly predisposed towards recurrence of PSC after liver transplantation.Lukas Bajer Antonij Slavcev Peter Macinga Eva Sticova Jan Brezina Matej Roder Radim Janousek Pavel Trunecka Julius Spicak Pavel Drastich 2018World Journal of Gastroenterology2018,24,43:4
4Frequency-multiplexed entanglement for continuous-variable quantum key distribution显示文摘Quantum key distribution with continuous variables already uses advantageous high-speed single-mode homodyne detection with low electronic noise at room temperature.Together with continuous-variable information encoding to nonclassical states,the distance for secure key transmission through lossy channels can approach 300 km in current optical fibers.Such protocols tolerate higher channel noise and also limited data processing efficiency compared to coherent-state protocols.The secret key rate can be further increased by increasing the system clock rates,and,further,by a suitable frequency-mode-multiplexing of optical transmission channels.However,the multiplexed modes couple together in the source or any other part of the protocol.Therefore,multiplexed communication will experience cross talk and the gain can be minuscule.Advantageously,homodyne detectors allow solving this cross-talk problem by proper data processing.It is a potential advantage over protocols with single-photon detectors,which do not enable similar data processing techniques.We demonstrate the positive outcome of this methodology on the experimentally characterized frequency-multiplexed entangled source of femtosecond optical pulses with natural cross talk between eight entangled pairs of modes.As the main result,we predict the almost 15-fold higher secret key rate.This experimental test and analysis of frequencymultiplexed entanglement source open the way for the field implementation of high-capacity quantum key distribution with continuous variables.OLENA KOVALENKO YOUNG-SIK RA YIN CAI VLADYSLAV C.USENKO CLAUDE FABRE NICOLAS TREPS RADIM FILIP 2021Photonics Research2021,9,12:3

7Detecting circulating tumor material and digital pathology imaging during pancreatic cancer progression显示文摘Pancreatic cancer(PC) is a leading cause of cancerrelated death worldwide. Clinical symptoms typically present late when treatment options are limited and survival expectancy is very short. Metastatic mutations are heterogeneous and can accumulate up to twenty years before PC diagnosis. Given such genetic diversity, detecting and managing the complex states of disease progression may be limited to imaging modalities and markers present in circulation. Recent developments in digital pathology imaging show potential for early PC detection, making a differential diagnosis, and predicting treatment sensitivity leading to long-term survival in advanced stage patients. Despite large research efforts, the only serum marker currently approved for clinical use is CA 19-9. Utility of CA 19-9 has been shown to improve when it is used in combination with PC-specific markers. Efforts are being made to develop early-screening assays that can detect tumor-derived material, present in circulation, before metastasis takes a significant course. Detection of markers that identify circulating tumor cells and tumor-derived extracellular vesicles(EVs) in biofluid samples offers a promising non-invasive method for this purpose. Circulating tumor cells exhibit varying expression of epithelial and mesenchymal markers depending on the state of tumor differentiation. This offers a possibility for monitoring disease progression using minimally invasive procedures. EVs also offer the benefit of detecting molecular cargo of tumor origin and add the potential to detect circulating vesicle markers from tumors that lack invasive properties. 20Population distribution modelling at fine spatio-temporal scale based on mobile phone data显示文摘Population distribution modelling can benefit many different domains,for example,transportation,urban planning,ecology or emergency management.Information about the location and number of people in an affected area is crucial for decision-makers during emergencies and crises.Mobile phone data represents relatively reliable and time accurate information on real-time population distribution,movement and behaviour.In this study,we evaluate the spatio-temporal distribution of population derived from phone data of the selected pilot area(City of Brno,Czech Republic).Analysis is based on the dataset describing the estimated human presence(EHP)with two values-visitors and transiting persons.The temporal change of data is first analysed and further processed using two methodological approaches.First,the dasymetric method is used where the building geometry and technical attributes served as a target layer.Second,the results of building level analysis are transformed into a regular grid zone of both visitors and the general EHP.Resulting spatio-temporal patterns are compared to the census data.Results demonstrate how the proposed building level dasymetric approach can improve the spatial granularity of EHP.Potential use of proposed methodology within selected emergency situations is further discussed.Petr Kubicek Milan Konecny Zdenek Stachon Jie Shen Lukas Herman Tomas Reznik Karel Stanek Radim Stampach Simon Leitgeb 2019International Journal of Digital Earth2019,12,11:1
