1Catalytic performance of Fe_3O_4-CoO/Al_2O_3 catalyst in ozonation of 2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy) propionic acid,nitrobenzene and oxalic acid in water显示文摘Fe3O4-CoO/Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by incipient wetness impregnation using Fe(NO3) 3·9H2O and Co(NO3) 2·6H2O as the precursors,and its catalytic performance was investigated in ozonation of 2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy) propionic acid(2,4-DP) ,nitrobenzene and oxalic acid.The experimental results indicated that Fe3O4-CoO/Al2O3 catalyst enabled an interesting improvement of ozonation eciency during the degradation of each organic pollutant,and the Fe3O4-CoO/Al2O3 catalytic ozonation system followed a radical-type mechanism.The kinetics of ozonation alone and Fe3O4-CoO/Al2O3 catalytic ozonation of three organic pollutants in aqueous solution were discussed under the mere consideration of direct ozone reaction and OH radical reaction to well investigate its performance.In the catalytic ozonation of 2,4-DP,the apparent reaction rate constants(k) were determined to be 1.456×10-2 min-1 for ozonation alone and 4.740×10-2 min-1 for O3/Fe3O4-CoO/Al2O3.And O3/Fe3O4-CoO/Al2O3 had a larger Rct(6.614×10-9) calculated by the relative method than O3 did(1.800×10-9) ,showing O3/Fe3O4-CoO/Al2O3 generated more hydroxyl radical.Similar results were also obtained in the catalytic ozonation of nitrobenzene and oxalic acid.The above results demonstrated that the catalytic performance of Fe3O4-CoO/Al2O3 in ozonation of studied organic substance was universal to a certain degree.Shaoping Tong,Rui Shi,Hua Zhang,Chunan Ma College of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science,State Key Laboratory Breeding Base of Green Chemistry-Synthesis Technology,Zhejiang University of Technology,Hangzhou 310032,China 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,10:10

6Mantle flow underneath the South China Sea revealed by seismic anisotropy显示文摘It has long been established that plastic flow in the asthenosphere interacts constantly with the overlying lithosphere and plays a pivotal role in controlling the occurrence of geohazards such as earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.Unfortunately,accurately characterizing the direction and lateral extents of the mantle flow field is notoriously difficult,especially in oceanic areas where deployment of ocean bottom seismometers(OBSs)is expensive and thus rare.In this study,by applying shear wave splitting analyses to a dataset recorded by an OBS array that we deployed between mid-2019 and mid-2020 in the South China Sea(SCS),we show that the dominant mantle flow field has a NNW-SSE orientation,which can be attributed to mantle flow extruded from the Tibetan Plateau by the ongoing Indian-Eurasian collision.In addition,the results suggest that E-W oriented flow fields observed in South China and the Indochina Peninsula do not extend to the central SCS.Fansheng Kong Rui Gao Stephen S.Gao Kelly H.Liu Weiwei Ding Xiongwei Niu Aiguo Ruan Pingchuan Tan Jianke Fan Shaoping Lu Zhengyi Tong Liqun Cheng Wenfei Gong Yanghui Zhao Jiabiao Li 2023National Science Review2023,10,10:0
