1长春市儿童医院1998~2001年婴幼儿杯状病毒腹泻流行病学研究显示文摘人类杯状病毒(humancalicivirus,HuCV)是引起儿童和成人非菌性胃肠炎的主要病原之一。为了掌握HuCV在我国的流行情况,1998年7月至2001年6月,从长春市儿童医院2343例5岁以下腹泻患儿中共收集粪便标本1264份,其中1056份来自2135例住院患儿。对轮状病毒检测为阴性的588份标本,经多价酶免疫试验(EIA)和两组引物反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测HuCV,202份为阳性,其中住院患儿标本178份,HuCV检出率为16 9%。HuCV腹泻以2岁以下儿童为主(占96%),流行高峰季节为11月至次年3月。选择17株HuCV进行分子鉴定,15株属GⅡ 4群,1株属GⅡ 3群,另1株属GⅠ 2群,表明GⅡ 4群HuCV是我国流行的优势株。根据HuCV住院患儿的监测资料初步估计,HuCV腹泻住院率约为0 5‰~2 4‰。讨论了长春地区HuCV的流行趋势和疾病负担。以上结果为我国HuCV腹泻的预防和控制提供了科学依据。谢华萍 方肇寅 王光 孙利炜 吕红霞 Zhong WM Tai JH 林思恩 童志礼 章青 Glass RI Jiang X 2002病毒学报2002,18,4:75
2考虑电力业务重要性的电力通信网关键节点识别显示文摘为了能够准确辨识出电力通信网的关键节点,给出了一种识别电力通信网关键节点的分析方法。首先,通过分析电力业务对电力通信网的要求和对电力网的影响,建立多层评估模型,采用量化赋值的方式对评价指标进行量化处理,提出针对非对称不完全层次结构的层次分析法和基于云模型原理的改进熵权法,建立电力业务综合重要度评估体系;其次,结合实际电力业务分布情况建立加权网络,通过改进的权值降低法识别网络关键节点;最后,通过对两个实际电力通信网络的仿真验证了该方法的正确性。李昌超 康忠健 于洪国 郑世超 Ri Kihong 2019电工技术学报2019,34,11:37
3Ultrafast laser processing of materials: from science to industry显示文摘Processing of materials by ultrashort laser pulses has evolved significantly over the last decade and is starting to reveal its scientific,technological and industrial potential.In ultrafast laser manufacturing,optical energy of tightly focused femtosecond or picosecond laser pulses can be delivered to precisely defined positions in the bulk of materials via two-/multi-photon excitation on a timescale much faster than thermal energy exchange between photoexcited electrons and lattice ions.Control of photoionization and thermal processes with the highest precision,inducing local photomodification in sub-100-nm-sized regions has been achieved.State-of-the-art ultrashort laser processing techniques exploit high 0.1–1μm spatial resolution and almost unrestricted three-dimensional structuring capability.Adjustable pulse duration,spatiotemporal chirp,phase front tilt and polarization allow control of photomodification via uniquely wide parameter space.Mature opto-electrical/mechanical technologies have enabled laser processing speeds approaching meters-per-second,leading to a fast lab-to-fab transfer.The key aspects and latest achievements are reviewed with an emphasis on the fundamental relation between spatial resolution and total fabrication throughput.Emerging biomedical applications implementing micrometer feature precision over centimeter-scale scaffolds and photonic wire bonding in telecommunications are highlighted.Mangirdas Malinauskas Albertas Žukauskas Satoshi Hasegawa Yoshio Hayasaki Vygantas Mizeikis Ričardas Buividas Saulius Juodkazis 2016Light(Science & Applications)2016,5,1:37

5北京友谊医院1998~2001年轮状病毒哨点监测分析显示文摘目的 了解 5岁以下儿童中以医院为基础的轮状病毒流行情况。方法 按WHO轮状病毒监测的通用方法 (CID 98)进行 ,轮状病毒检测采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 /酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)。毒株分型用ELISA/逆转录聚合酶链反应。结果 从 1998年 4月至 2 0 0 1年 3月收集的4 84份腹泻患儿粪便标本中 ,检出阳性标本 12 3份 ,总的轮状病毒感染检出率为 2 5 .4 % ,住院和门诊患儿检出率分别是 31.6 %和 2 7.3% ,而在轮状病毒流行季节 ,则可以引起高达 4 6 .2 %急性腹泻住院率。腹泻患儿发病呈现两个明显的季节高峰 :一个由细菌性痢疾引起的夏季 (6~ 9月 )发病高峰 ,另一个是轮状病毒感染腹泻造成的秋冬季 (10~ 12月 )发病高峰。轮状病毒感染 96 .8%发生于 3岁以下幼儿 ,主要在 6~ 11月龄 (38.2 % )和 1~ 2岁 (2 8.5 % )年龄组 ,轮状病毒感染率在 6~ 35月龄年龄段最高。流行的轮状病毒G血清型依次为G1(5 5 .3% )、G2 (2 6 .8% )、G3(9.8% )和G4 (0 .8% ) ,没有发现G9型 ,10份 (8.1% )标本未能分型 ,混合感染 (0 .8% )罕见。结论 轮状病毒腹泻是北京市儿童的重要传染病 ,开发应用安全有效的轮状病毒疫苗将对减轻轮状病毒疾病负担有重要作用。童志礼 马莉 章菁 侯安存 郑丽舒 金宗平 谢华萍 马兰 张丽杰 Ivanoff B Glass RI Bresee JS JIANG Xi Kilgore PE 方肇寅 2003中华流行病学杂志2003,24,12:27
6Dynamics modeling and control of a transport aircraft for ultra-low altitude airdrop显示文摘The nonlinear aircraft model with heavy cargo moving inside is derived by using the separation body method, which can describe the influence of the moving cargo on the aircraft attitude and altitude accurately. Furthermore, the nonlinear system is decoupled and linearized through the input–output feedback linearization method. On this basis, an iterative quasi-sliding mode(SM)flight controller for speed and pitch angle control is proposed. At the first-level SM, a global dynamic switching function is introduced thus eliminating the reaching phase of the sliding motion.At the second-level SM, a nonlinear function with the property of ‘‘smaller errors correspond to bigger gains and bigger errors correspond to saturated gains' ' is designed to form an integral sliding manifold, and the overcompensation of the integral term to big errors is weakened. Lyapunovbased analysis shows that the controller with strong robustness can reject both constant and time-varying model uncertainties. 9Epithelial toll-like receptor 9 signaling in colorectal inflammation and cancer: Clinico-pathogenic aspects显示文摘Toll-like receptors (TLRs) recognize specific motifs which are frequently present in bacteria, fungi, prokaryotes and viruses. Amongst TLRs, TLR9 can be activated by such bacterial or viral DNA fragments, immunoglobulin-DNA complexes or synthetic oligonucleotides, which all contain unmethylated cytosineguanine nucleotide sequences (CpGs). Emerging data indicate that TLR9 signaling has a role in, and may influence, colorectal carcinogenesis and colonic inflammation. CpGs are classified into three groups according to their influence on both the antigen-specific humoraland cellular immunity, and the production of type 1 interferons and proinflammatory cytokines. TLR9 activation via CpGs may serve as a new therapeutic target for several cancerous and various inflammatory conditions. Due to its probable anti-cancer effects, the application possibilities of TLR9-signaling modulation may be extremely diverse even in colorectal tumors. In this review we aimed to summarize the current knowledge about TLR-signaling in the pathogenesis and therapy of inflammatory bowel diseases and colorectal cancer. Due to the species-specific differences in TLR9 expression, however, one must be careful in translating the animal model data into the human system, because of the differences between CpG-oligodeoxynucleotide-responsive cells. 12Interplay between nitric oxide and VIP in CCK-8-induced phasic contractile activity in the rabbit sphincter of Oddi显示文摘AIM: The sphincter of Oddi (SO) plays an important role in delivery of bile into the duodenum. To establish whether vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) and nitric oxide (NO) were involved in phasic contractile activity of the rabbit SO stimulated by cholecystokinin-octapeptide (CCK-8).METHODS: Isolated SO muscle rings were cleaned of fat and mounted horizontally on two small L-shaped hooksone of which was connected to a force transducer for the measurement of isometric tension. The experiments were carried out in a thermostatically controlled (37±0.2℃)organ bath (5 mL) containing Krebs solution. The organ fluid was gassed with 95% O2 and 50 mL/L CO2 to keep the pH at 7.40±0.05. Contractile responses to CCK-8 (1μmol/L) were evaluated in the presence and absence of N^G-nitro-L-arginine (LNNA), an inhibitor of NO synthase (100μmol/L), and (p-chloro-D-Phe^6-Leu^17)-VIP (VIPa,30μmol/L), a VIP receptor antagonist.RESULTS: CCK-8 stimulated the phasic activity of the SO.NO synthase inhibition increased the frequency and amplitude of contractions with a slight increase in developed tension.Pre-incubation with VIPa also attenuated this CCK-8 effect.The combined application of LNNA and VIPa abolished the phasic activity of the muscle rings with a marked increase in tension in response to CCK-8.CONCLUSION: VIP and NO together contribute to an increase in phasic activity of SO.Attila Pálv(o|¨)lgyi Réka Sári József Németh Annamária Szabolcs István Nagy Péter Hegyi János Lonovics Zoltán Szilvássy 2005World Journal of Gastroenterology2005,11,21:11

16Contribution of TLR signaling to the pathogenesis of colitisassociated cancer in inflammatory bowel disease显示文摘In the intestine a balance between proinflammatory and repair signals of the immune system is essential for the maintenance of intestinal homeostasis. The innate immunity ensures a primary host response to microbial invasion, which induces an inflammatory process to localize the infection and prevent systemic dissemination of pathogens. The key elements of this process are the germline encoded pattern recognition receptors inclu-ding Toll-like receptors(TLRs). If pathogens cannot be eliminated, they may elicit chronic inflammation, which may be partly mediated via TLRs. Additionally, chronic inflammation has long been suggested to trigger tissue tumorous transformation. Inflammation, the seventh hallmark of cancer, may affect all phases of tumor development, and evade the immune system. Inflammation acts as a cellular stressor and may trigger DNA damage or genetic instability. Furthermore, chronic inflammation can provoke genetic mutations and epigenetic mechanisms that promote malignant cell transformation. Colorectal cancers in inflammatory bowel disease patients are considered typical examples of inflammation-related cancers. 17Error analysis of the semi-discrete local discontinuous Galerkin method for semiconductor device simulation models显示文摘In this paper we continue our effort in Liu-Shu (2004) and Liu-Shu (2007) for developing local discontinuous Galerkin (LDG) finite element methods to discretize moment models in semiconductor device simulations. We consider drift-diffusion (DD) and high-field (HF) models of one-dimensional devices, which involve not only first derivative convection terms but also second derivative diffusion terms, as well as a coupled Poisson potential equation. Error estimates are obtained for both models with smooth solutions. The main technical difficulties in the analysis include the treatment of the inter-element jump terms which arise from the discontinuous nature of the numerical method, the nonlinearity, and the coupling of the models. 19针对Terra/MODIS数据的改进分裂窗地表温度反演算法(英文)显示文摘针对Terra/MODIS数据提出改进的分裂窗地表温度反演算法。充分考虑了传感器观测角度(VZA)的影响,并对地表和有效大气辐射按照不同的亮度温度区间分别进行Planck函数简化。利用TIGR3大气廓线库中的875条晴空大气廓线,ASTER波谱库中的106条地物发射率波谱,结合MODTRAN4大气辐射传输模型模拟得到分裂窗算法系数。利用MODTRAN4模拟数据对算法精度进行验证,结果表明本文的改进算法和原算法的均方根误差RMSE分别为0.34K和0.65K。敏感性分析表明,在中等湿润的大气条件下,算法对大气水汽含量并不敏感。该算法降低了传感器观测角度带来的地表温度反演误差。利用2009年6月美国SURFRAD辐射观测网6个站点的实测数据对改进算法、原算法以及MOD11_L2地表温度产品进行了对比验证,RMSE分别是0.93K、1.49K和1.0K,表明本文算法可以提高反演精度。Ri Changin 柳钦火 历华 方莉 YU Yunyue SUN Donglian 2013遥感学报2013,17,4:8
