1Antidepressants can treat inflammatory bowel disease through regulation of the nuclear factor-κB/nitric oxide pathway and inhibition of cytokine production:A hypothesis显示文摘Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a group of inflammatory disorders mainly affecting the colon and small intestine. The main types of IBD are Crohn’s disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC). UC is restricted to the large intestine whereas CD can affect any part of the gastrointestinal tract. Treating this disorder depends on the form and level of severity. Common treatment involves an anti-inflammatory drug, such as mesalazine, and an immunosuppressant, such as prednisone. Several signaling pathways, including nuclear factor (NF)-κB and nitric oxide (NO), and genetic and environmental factors are believed to play an important role in IBD. Amitriptyline is a commonly used antidepressant with known anti-inflammatory activities. Amitriptyline also acts on the NF-κB/NO pathway or cytokine production. 2Kinetic simulation of oxidative coupling of methane over perovskite catalyst by genetic algorithm:Mechanistic aspects显示文摘The reaction kinetics of oxidative coupling of methane catalyzed by perovskite was studied in a fixed bed flow reactor.At atmospheric pressure,the reactions were carried out at 725,750 and 775 ?C,inlet methane to oxygen ratios of 2 to 4.5 and gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) of 100 min?1.Correlation of the kinetic data has been performed with the proposed mechanisms.The selected equations have been regressed with experimental data accompanied by genetic algorithm (GA) in order to obtain optimized parameters.After investigation the Langmuir-Hinshelwood mechanism was selected as the best mechanism,and Arrhenius and adsorption parameters of this model were obtained by linear regression.In this research the Marquardt algorithm was also used and its results were compared with those of genetic algorithm.It should be noted that the Marquardt algorithm is sensitive to the selection of initial values and there is possibility to trap in a local minimum.Nastaran Razmi Farooji Ali Vatani Shahrnaz Mokhtari 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,4:3
3基于自适应神经网络的四转子无人机滑模高度控制(英文)显示文摘由于动力学方程的非线性、四转子的轻量化和不稳定性等原因和现实情况,加上内、外扰动和参数不确定性等因素,使得四转子控制器的设计成为当今研究的热点。本文提出一种基于神经网络的自适应滑模控制器来控制四转子的高度。四转子高度的误差和误差导数是神经网络的输入,高度滑动面变量是输出。神经网络根据四转子的条件自适应地估计滑动面变量,并将四转子的高度设为期望值。用李雅普诺夫理论证明了该控制器的稳定性,证明了系统的所有状态都达到了滑动面,并保持在滑动面内。通过对比和仿真,验证了所提出的控制方法的优点。Hadi RAZMI 2018Journal of Central South University2018,25,11:2
4Comparative study of kinetic modeling for the oxidative coupling of methane by genetic and marquardt algorithms显示文摘Overall kinetic studies on the oxidative coupling of methane,OCM,have been conducted in a tubular fixed bed reactor,using perovskite titanate as the reaction catalyst.The appropriate operating conditions were found to be:temperature 750-775 ℃,total feed flow rate of 160 ml/min,CH4 /O2 ratio of 2 and GHSV of 100·min-1 .Under these conditions,C 2 yield of 28% was achieved.Correlations of the kinetic data have been performed with lumped rate equations for C2 and COx formation as functions of temperature,O2 and CH4 partial pressures.Six models have been selected among the common lumped kinetic models.The selected models have been regressed with the experimental data which were obtained from the Catatest system by genetic algorithm in order to obtain optimized parameters.The kinetic coefficients in the overall reactions were optimized by different numerical optimization methods such as:the Levenberg-Marquardt and genetic algorithms and the results were compared with one another.It has been found that the Santamaria model is in good agreement with the experimental data.The Arrhenius parameters of this model have been obtained by linear regression.It should be noted that the Marquardt algorithm is sensitive to the first guesses and there is possibility to trap in the relative minimum.Shahrnaz Mokhtari Ali Vatani Nastaran Razmi Farooji 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,3:2
5A Machine Learning Approach for Collusion Detection in Electricity Markets Based on Nash Equilibrium Theory显示文摘We aim to provide a tool for independent system operators to detect the collusion and identify the colluding firms by using day-ahead data. In this paper, an approach based on supervised machine learning is presented for collusion detection in electricity markets. The possible scenarios of the collusion among generation firms are firstly identified. Then,for each scenario and possible load demand, market equilibrium is computed. Market equilibrium points under different collusions and their peripheral points are used to train the collusion detection machine using supervised learning approaches such as classification and regression tree(CART) and support vector machine(SVM) algorithms.
