| 1 | Multiple genetic alterations and behavior of cellular biology in gastric cancer and other gastric mucosal lesions:H.pylori infection,histological types and staging显示文摘AIM To investigate the expression of multiplegenes and the behavior of cellular biology ingastric cancer(GC)and other gastric mucosallesions and their relations to Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection,tumor staging andhistological subtypes.METHODS Three hundred and twenty-sevenspecimens of gastric mucosa obtained viaendoscopy or surgical resection,and ABCimmunohistochemical staining were used todetect the expression of p53,p16,Bcl-2 andCOX-2 proteins.H.pylori was determined byrapid urea test combined with pathologicalstaining or14C urea breath test.Cellular image analysis was performed in 66 patients withintestinal metaplasia(IM)and/or dysplasia(Dys).In 30 of them,both cancer and theparacancerous tissues were obtained at the timeof surgery.Histological pattern,tumor staging,lymph node metastasis,grading ofdifferentiation and other clinical data werestudied in the medical records.RESULTS p16 expression of IM or Dys wassignificantly lower in positive H.pylori chronicatrophic gastritis(CAG)than those withnegative H.pylori(CAG:54.8% vs 88.0%,IM:34.4% vs 69.6%,Dys:23.8% vs 53.6%,allP<0.05),Bcl-2 or COX-2 expression of IM orDys in positive H.pylori cases was significantlyhigher than that without H.pylori(Bcl-2:68.8%vs23.9%,90.5% vs 60.7%;COX-2:50.0% vs10.8%,61.8% vs 17.8%;all P<0.05).Themean number of most parameters of cellularimage analysis in positive H.pylori group wassignificantly higher than that in negative H.pylori group(Ellipser:53±14,40±12μm,Area1:748±572,302±202 μm2,Area2:3050±1661,1681±1990 μm2,all P<0.05;Ellipseb:79±23,58±15 μm,Ratio1:22%±5%,13%±4%,Ratio2:79%±17%,53%±20%,all P<0.01).There was significant correlation between Bcl-2and histologic pattern of gastric carcinoma,andbetween COX-2 and tumor staging or lymph nodemetastasis(Bcl-2:75.0% vs 16.7%;COX-2:76.0% vs 20.0%,79.2% vs 16.7%;allP<0.05).CONCLUSION p1l6, Bcl-2, and COX-2 but not p53 gene may play a role in the early genesis/ progression of gastric carcinoma and are associated with H. pylori infection. p53 gene is relatively late event in gastric tumorigenesis and mainly relates to its progression. There is more cellular-biological behavior of malignant tumor in gastric mucosal lesions with H. pylori infection. Aberrant Bcl-2 protein expression appears to be preferentially associated with the intestinal type cancer. | 4 | Effect of strain,strain rate and temperature on workability of AZ80 wrought magnesium alloy显示文摘The hot deformation behavior of AZ80 wrought magnesium alloy was studied in the temperature range of 523-673 K and the strain rate range of 0.01-10 s-1 using hot compression tests.Through the flow stresses behavior,the processing maps were calculated and analyzed according to the dynamic materials model.The stable,metastable and unstable regimes were clarified.The optimum processing conditions were suggested as following:the DRX regions in Domain #1-0.25,Domain #2-0.25,Domain #1-0.45,Domain #2-0.45,Domain #3-0.45,Domain #1-0.65 and Domain #1-0.85,and the DRV regions in Domain #3-0.25 and Domain #4-0.45.In each 'safe' DRX domain,it is preferable to conduct hot working in the small region around efficiency peak point.The strain has a great influence on the processing maps.The whole area of the 'safe' domains increases with the increase of true strain from 0.25 to 0.65,while it decreases with the increase of true strain from 0.65 to 0.85.The results of kinetic analysis reveal that the values of apparent activation energy in all the domains are higher than that for self-diffusion in pure magnesium (135kJ/mol),and the deformation mechanism in all the domains is likely to be cross-slip. | Lü Wen-quan QUAN Guo-zheng YU Chun-tang ZHAO Lei ZHOU Jie | 2012 | 中国有色金属学会会刊:英文版2012,22,S3: | 2 |
| 5 | First Principle Calculation of Electromagnetic Mechanism for Fe_2Si Bulk Material显示文摘The electronic structure and the magnetic properties of Fe_2Si bulk have been calculated by the first-principle density function theory method. The band structure shows that the hexagonal Fe^2 Si bulk is ferromagnetic which is a metal structure under spin-up, and a semiconductor with the band gap of 0.518 eV under spin-down. The density of states shows the Fe^1 3d–spin and Fe^3 3d–spin in the electronic system are the main factors that is the source of the ferromagnetic properties of Fe_2Si bulk. The electronic structure Si-ions is 3s23p6 and that of Fe-ions is e_g^2↑e_g^(*1)↓t_(2g)~3↑. The molecular magnetic moment of Fe_2Si is 2.00 μB. The potential diagram of Fe_2Si bulk shows the formation of covalent and ionic bonds between the Fe atom and the Si atom, it leads to the center charge of Fe is polarized and off center position. These special properties of Fe_2Si bulk are mainly caused by d-d exchange and p-d hybridization.
