1Nutrient concentrations and fluxes in the Changjiang Estuary during summer显示文摘In June 2003 and 2006 concentrations of nutrient were determined in the Changjiang Estuary.The data indicated that phosphate and nitrate did not behave conservatively in the estuary,but silicate behaved conservatively.An important mobilization of phosphate and nitrate was observed from the river up to halfway in the estuary.Both input flux(from river to estuary) and output flux(from estuary to coastal zone) of phosphate,silicate and nitrate were calculated from statistical interpretations of the salinity profiles.There was a large discrepancy between input and output fluxes of phosphate and nitrate.The river fluxes of silicate,phosphate and nitrate(f r ) are augmented 5.3%,28.9% and 36.6% in June 2003 and 1.0%,62.5%,31.7% in June 2006 by internal inputs(f i ).The phosphate and nitrate fluxes are enhanced through the estuarine process,while silicate flux is unaltered.The authors present some long-term data for nutrient concentrations and the ratios of silicon to nitrogen to phosphorus in the Changjiang Estuary.Silicate level falled in the last two decades,while concentration of nitrate increased.Phosphate concentration had no significant change.CHEN Hongtao YU Zhigang YAO Qingzheng MI Tiezhu LIU Pengxia 2010Acta Oceanologica Sinica2010,29,2:13

3Cloning of aminopeptidase N promoter and its activity in hematopoietic cell and different tumor cell lines显示文摘Aminopeptidase N (APN) promoter region was cloned and sequenced from peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The recombinant reporter construct containing the promoter and luciferase gene, designated pXPl-APNLuc, was introduced into myeloblastic cell line, T lymphocyte cell line and various tumor cell lines. Luciferase assay showed that APN upstream promoter is myeloid-specific for high expression in myeloblastic cell line and much lower expression in T lymphocyte cell line. The promoter activity was relatively high in lung adenoma cell line compared with other tumor cell lines including hepatoma cell line, tong cancer cell line and esophageal cancer cell line in which the promoter activity significantly diminished or was almost undetectable. 4Extraordinary simultaneous enhancement of the coercivity and remanence of dual alloy HRE-free Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets by post-sinter annealing显示文摘Post-sinter annealing process plays an important role in the microstructures and magnetic properties of the Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets.In this paper,systematically investigated are the magnetic properties and microstructures of the as-sintered and post-sinter annealed Nd-Fe-B magnets with Pr-Fe-Ga boundary addition.Two choice consecutive annealing methods are adopted at high and low temperatures,namely the 1 st annealing at 880℃ for 2 h and then the 2^(nd) annealing at 440℃ for 3 h.It is exceptional to find out that both the remanence and coercivity are improved after 2^(nd) annealing process for this type of magnet.The coercivity is hugely increased from 10.09 kOe for the as-sintered sample to 17.19 kOe for the 2^(nd) annealed magnet,with a significant increment of 70.37%in coercivity.The extraordinary magnetic properties of B_(r)=14.44 kGs,H_(cj)=17.19 kOe and(BH)_(max)=51.08 MGOe are obtained for the designated Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets without heavy rare earth(HRE)elements manufactured by dual alloy method.The Curie temperature is monotonically decreased from 634 K to 602 K while the c-axis alignment degree is optimized after annealing.Microstructural observation and analysis indicate that the elemental distribution patterns are altered after the 2^(nd) annealing.The diffusion of the aggregate(Pr,Nd,Cu,Ga)-rich phase from triple junctions into the grain boundary regions is ascribed to the formation of thin and continuous grain boundary layer,which is critical to improve the microstructures and magnetic properties.Qingfang Huang Qingzheng Jiang Jifan Hu Sajjad Ur Rehman Gang Fu Qichen Quan Jixiang Huang Deqin Xu Dakun Chen Zhenchen Zhong 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,11:3
5Research and development of Ce-containing Nd2Fe14B-type alloys and permanent magnetic materials显示文摘Much demanded and overused are the critical rare-earth elements such as Pr, Nd, Dy, and Tb with increasing need of Nd Fe B-type rare-earth permanent magnets in the enlarging application areas, developing new high-tech industries, and emerging cutting-age frontiers. The balance and efficient use of rare-earth resources comes into being the national strategy, national defense, and border safety for many major countries and regions in the world.(Nd,Ce)Fe B-based permanent magnetic materials, which can not only reduce cost but also offer a feasible way for integrated and effective utilization of rare earth resources,have received much attention in recent years. The existence of CeFe_2 and the mixed valence state of Ce in Ce Fe B compound, the different metallurgy behavior and the particular processing as well as potential various magnetic-hardening mechanisms, however, make it quite different from Nd-based alloys.For instance, the coercivity of Ce-containing magnets in some certain composition range, is even higher than that of the counterpart pure Nd-based magnets though the Ce-containing magnets possess inferior intrinsic properties. Consequently, it is very important to design proper composition and structure, optimize processing, and analyze the mechanisms in depth for this kind of magnet. High performance and cost-effective magnets can be fabricated if we can make full use of the composition's inhomogeneous and abnormal coercivity variation of the Ce-containing permanent magnets. 7Lattice-based artificial endocrine system model and its application in robotic swarms显示文摘To solve the problem of controlling robot swarms in a distributed manner,we propose a novel latticebased artificial endocrine system (LAES) model,inspired by modern endocrinology theory.Based on a latticed environment,relying on cell intelligentization,connected by cumulative hormones,and directed by target cells,the LAES model can finally adapt to the continuous volatility of the external environment and maintain the relevant stability of the internal dynamics of the system,thus exhibiting the self-organizing and self-repairing features of the biological endocrine system.Experiments show that the LAES model enables a robotic swarm to search an unfamiliar space and seize multiple targets automatically without using unique global identifiers or a centralized control strategy for the individual robots.This demonstrates that the model can reliably be used to simulate large scale swarm behavior through wireless communication.XU QingZheng WANG Lei 2011Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,4:2

15Enhanced magnetic properties and improved corrosion performance of nanocrystalline Pr-Nd-Y-Fe-B spark plasma sintered magnets显示文摘Recently it is a hot topic to make full use of high abundant Y element in Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B-type permanent magnets.In contrast to Pr and Nd elements,Y shows different metallurgical behaviors during preparation process.In this paper,we have explored the magnetic properties,microstructures and corrosion performance of Pr-Nd-Y-Fe-B magnets fabricated by spark plasma sintering(SPS)technique from the ribbons of nanocrystalline and amorphous precursors,respectively.The coercivity and maximum energy product were improved for the magnets prepared from amorphous precursor materials(denoted as SPS-A hereafter)compared with the magnets prepared from crystalline precursor materials(denoted as SPS-C hereafter).Magnetic properties of Jr=0.79 T,Hci=864 k A/m,and(BH)_(max)=102 k J/m^(3)were obtained for SPS-A magnets.In contrast with SPS-C magnets,the magnetic properties of SPS-A magnets are not so sensitive to the preparation conditions,which is quite beneficial to the homogeneity of microstructure and enhancement of coercivity for large-scale production of the designated magnets.Aggregated(Pr,Nd,Y)-rich phase was found out in SPS-C magnets.Pr and Nd elements are rich at grain boundary while Y is distributed uniformly at main phase and grain boundary phase.The strip grains and equiaxed grains exist in SPS-C and SPS-A magnets,respectively.The enhanced magnetic properties for SPS-A magnets are accredited to the uniform distribution of rare-earth-rich phase and low demagnetization factor.It is revealed by electrochemical test and dipping test that the corrosion potential is more positive and the corrosion rate is slower for the SPS-A magnets in 3.5 wt.%Na Cl solution.The work is also expected to shed light on developing the nanocrystalline Pr-Nd-Y-Fe-B SPSed high-performance magnets in industry.Qingzheng Jiang Jie Song Qingfang Huang Sajjad Ur Rehman Lunke He Qingwen Zeng Zhenchen Zhong 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,58,23:1
