| 1 | 2020 Roadmap on gas-involved photo-and electro-catalysis显示文摘Green reactions not only provide us chemical products without any pollution, but also offer us the viable technology to realize difficult tasks in normal conditions.Photo-,photoelectro-,and electrocatalytic reactions are indeed powerful tools to help us to embrace bright future.Especially, some gas-involved reactions are extremely useful to change our life environments from energy systems to liquid fuels and cost-effective products, such as H2 evolution(H2 production),02 evolution/reduction,CO2 reduction,N2 reduction(or N2 fixation) reactions. We can provide fuel cells clean H2 for electric vehicles from H2 evolution reaction(HER),at the same time,we also need highly efficient 02 reduction reaction(ORR) in fuel cells for improving the reaction kinetics. Moreover,we can get the clean oxidant O2 from water through O2 evolution reaction(OER),and carry out some reactions without posing any pollution to reaction systems.Furthermore,we can translate the greenhouse gas CO2 into useful liquid fuels through CO2 reduction reaction(CRR).Last but not the least,we can get ammonia from N2 reduction reaction(NRR),which can decrease energy input compared to the traditional Hubble process. These reactions, such as HER,ORR,OER,CRR and NRR could be realized through solar-,photoelectro-and electro-assisted ways. For them, the catalysts used play crucial roles in determining the efficiency and kinds of products,so we should consider the efficiency of catalysts. However, the cost, synthetic methods of catalysts should also be considered.Nowadays, significant progress has been achieved, however, many challenges still exist, reaction systems, catalysts underlying mechanisms, and so on.As extremely active fields,we should pay attention to them.Under the background,it has motivated us to contribute with a roadmap on ’GasInvolved Photo-and Electro-Catalysis’. | Yulu Yang Yang Tang Haomin Jiang Yongmei Chen Pingyu Wan Maohong Fan Rongrong Zhang Sana Ullah Lun Pan Ji-Jun Zou Mengmeng Lao Wenping Sun Chao Yang Gengfeng Zheng Qiling Peng Ting Wang Yonglan Luo Xuping Sun Alexander S.Konev Oleg V.Levin Panagiotis Lianos Zhuofeng Hu Zhurui Shen Qinglan Zhao Ying Wang Nadia Todorova Christos Trapalis Matthew V.Sheridan Haipeng Wang Ling Zhang Songmei Sun Wenzhong Wang Jianmin Ma | 2019 | Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,12: | 1 |
| 2 | Role of real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography in mitral valve repair显示文摘Background and objective Pre-operative assessment of mitral valve (MV) anatomy is essential to surgical design in patients undergoing MV repair.Although 2-dimensional (2D) echocardiography provides precise information regarding MV anatomy,RT-3D TEE could increase the understanding of MV apparatus and individual scallop identification. We aimed to investigate the value of RT- 3DTEE in MV repair. Methods RT-3DTEE was performed in six patients with mitral valve prolapse (MVP) by using Philips 1E33 with X7-2t probe.Preoperative RT-3DTEE studies were compared with surgical findings in patients undergoing surgical mitral valve repair, and quantitative evaluation was performed by QLab 6.0 software before and after surgical mitral valve repair. Results RT- 3DTEE could display dynamic morphology of MV,the location of prolapse, and spatial relation to the surrounding tissue. It could provide surgical views of the valves and the valvular apparatus. These results were consistent with surgical findings. The quantitative evaluation before and after surgical MV repair indicated that anterolateral to posteromedial diameter of annulus, anterior to posterior diameter of annulus, perimeter of annulus, and area of annulus in projection plane were significantly smaller after operation compared with those before operation (P<0.05).The length of posterior leaflet, the area of anterior and posterior leaflet, the maximal prolapse height, the volume of leaflet prolapse and the length of coaptation in projection plane were significantly reduced after operation (P<0. 05).Conclusion RT-3DTEE is a unique new modality for rapid and accurate evaluation ofmitral valve prolapse and mitral valve repair. | Cuizhen Pan~1 Xianhong Shu~1 Qiling Cao~2 Chunsheng Wang~1 Wenjun Ding~1 Haozhu Chen~1 1 Department of Echocardiography, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, Shanghai Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases, Shanghai 200032, China, 2 Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, USA | 2008 | Journal of Geriatric Cardiology2008,5,3: | 1 |
| 3 | Design of a novel mitochondria targetable turn-on fluorescence probe for hydrogen peroxide and its two-photon bioimaging applications显示文摘Considering that hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)plays significant roles in oxidative stress, the cellular signal transduction and essential biological process regulation, the detection and imaging of H2O2 in living systems undertakes critical responsibility.Herein,we have developed a novel two-photon fluorescence turn on probe, named as Pyp-B for mitochondria H2O2 detection in living systems.Selectivity studies show that probe Pyp-B exhibit highly sensitive response toward H2O2 than other reactive oxygen species(ROS)and reactive nitrogen species(RNS)as well as biologically relevant species. The fluorescence colocalization studies demonstrate that the probe can localize in the mitochondria solely.Furthermore,as a bio-compatibility molecule, the highly selective and sensitive of fluorescence probe Pyp-B have been confirmed by its cell imaging application of H2O2 in living A549 cells and zebrafishes under the physiological conditions. | Kangnan Wang Wen Ma Yuchun Xu Xin Liu Gui Chen Meng Yu Qiling Pan Chaobo Huang Xiaochuan Li Qingchun Mu Yongbing Sun Zhiqiang Yu | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,12: | 1 |
| 4 | A Novel Fluorescent Probe for ATP Detection Based on Synergetic Effect of Aggregation-induced Emission and Counterion Displacement显示文摘In this work,a fluorescent probe(TPEBe-I)was developed for adenosine triphosphate(ATP)detection based on the synergetic effect of aggregation-induced emission and counterion displacement.TPEBe-I gave weak emission in aqueous solution due to the heavy-atom effect of counter iodide ion. However, upon the addition of ATP,the new aggregate complex(TPEBe-ATP)was formed between the cationic unit of TPEBe-I and ATP through electrostatic interactions, which not only restricted the intramolecular motion of luminogen but also eliminated the quenching effect of iodide ion.As a result, the fluorescent light-up detection for ATP was successfully achieved.Moreover,TPEBe-I exhibited high selectivity towards ATP and showed a wide linear detection region towards the logarithm of ATP concentration(5—600µmol/L)with a detection limit of 1.0µmol/L,enabling TPEBe-I as a promising probe for ATP quantitative analysis. | PAN Quan MA Feiyan PU Xinqing ZHAO Manyi WU Qiling ZHAO Na YANG Jun TANG Ben Zhong | 2021 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2021,37,1: | 1 |
